SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Field Operations Analyst to support our U.S. Public Sector business (Federal, SLED, and DIB). This role will be instrumental in driving operational rigor, forecasting accuracy, and scalable growth across a complex and rapidly evolving go-to-market environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales operations experience, a deep understanding of forecasting and pipeline management, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to support mission-critical Public Sector initiatives. This individual will operate as a key business partner to Sales leadership and help drive day-to-day operational cadence.

This role reports to the Manager of Public Sector Field Operations.

LOCATION

Remote – United States (Public Sector–aligned time zones preferred)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive Public Sector business cadence: Partner with Federal and SLED Sales leadership to support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
• Forecasting & pipeline rigor: Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline quality across long-cycle, compliance-driven deals (FedRAMP, CMMC, IL4/IL5)
• Operational analytics: Analyze pipeline, bookings, and conversion trends to identify risks and growth opportunities across Public Sector segments
• Salesforce ownership: Maintain data integrity and hygiene within SFDC, ensuring accurate reporting across complex account structures (agencies, primes, DIB)
• KPI & dashboard development: Partner with GTM Analytics to build reporting for pipeline health, coverage ratios, and segment performance
• Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Legal to support deal execution and compliance-driven sales motions
• Annual planning support: Contribute to territory design, account segmentation (Federal, SLED, DIB), headcount planning, and quota setting
• Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements tailored to Public Sector sales cycles and procurement dynamics

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Operations (Public Sector experience strongly preferred)
• Understanding of Federal and/or SLED sales motions, including long sales cycles and regulated environments
• Strong grasp of forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM processes
• Experience supporting quota planning, territory alignment, or account segmentation
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (reporting, dashboards, data analysis)
• Ability to interpret and apply GTM policies, deal structures, and sales processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communicator with experience partnering across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting Federal programs (FedRAMP, CMMC, DoD, IC, etc.)
• Familiarity with Public Sector account structures (agencies, integrators, DIB)

We're looking for a talented AI Security Researcher to join our team and play a critical role in Wiz's foundational, risk-driven approach to cloud security. This role requires deep technical research into complex cloud- and AI-native environments to identify the most significant, unaddressed risks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct deep technical research to discover and report novel risks and attack vectors specific to modern cloud and AI-native architectures and systems. 
• Discover and articulate the highest unaddressed risk areas, working with Product and Engineering teams to translate research into product capabilities.
• Define necessary foundational product capabilities by delivering both compelling proofs of risk (demonstrating impact) and technical POCs (showing how to solve it).
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure comprehensive risk coverage and support the investigation of new and complex product scope.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security or security research, specifically relevant to modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Strong hands-on skills with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go) for automation and research, as well as query languages (e.g., KQL, SQL) for efficient data analysis of security telemetry. 
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive complex, multi-quarter research projects from initial concept through to clear, delivered impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g Product, Engineering, Marketing) to achieve shared goals.

ADVANTAGE

• Specialized knowledge or research experience in AI security, focusing on risks to AI as deployed in the enterprise. 
• Experience in public-facing work, such as presenting at recognized industry conferences, authoring technical blog posts, or publishing research.

SUMMARY

Wiz is looking for an experienced Commissions Accountant to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in the global commissions accounting process, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, and supporting our fast-growing revenue engine. We are open to remote candidates, with a strong preference for those based on the East Coast.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Administer the end-to-end commissions accounting process, including monthly accruals, capitalization, amortization, and reporting in accordance with ASC 606 and US GAAP
• Perform the calculation, validation, and reporting of commissions and variable compensation across the global sales organization
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Payroll, FP&A, and Revenue Accounting to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts
• Assist in the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of commission systems (e.g., Spiff, Xactly, CaptivateIQ or similar)
• Support audits by providing documentation and analysis related to commissions and bonus accruals
• Ensure adherence to controls and SOX compliance for commissions-related processes
• Understand accounting guidance for new compensation plans, SPIFFs, or plan design changes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant accounting and/or commissions operations experience, or similar
• Experience and extensive knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606), commission capitalization, and SaaS industry practices – Must
