The Sr. Technical Enablement Program Manager, Post-Sales is a crucial team member focused on the long-term success of the Post-Sales teams who serve our customers. This role owns the strategy and creation of dedicated enablement programming for our growing and constantly evolving Post-Sales team members, focusing specifically on Support & Advanced Services. You are the owner and conductor of all enablement programming to ensure role efficacy and the steward of deep product expertise. You will work upstream with Post Sales leadership, operations, Product, Product Marketing, CTO, and our enablement teams to ensure that as our processes evolve and product grows, our technical field teams have the deep-dive knowledge required to implement, troubleshoot, and ensure customer adoption and renewal.

The Architect

• Design programs that ensure customer success: You are the brain and strategic insight building impactful programs that ensure our post-sales team has the product, process, tool, and best practice knowledge and skills needed to ensure customer adoption, high CSATs, and efficient, effective Wiz implementation. From onboarding to ongoing enablement and strategic initiatives, you drive our teams to excellence with measurable, worldwide programming.
• Ensure technical efficacy: Be the voice of the post-sales field on New Product Introductions. You'll rapidly absorb complex architectural changes and translate them into actionable, high-impact technical requirements—answering the essential questions for our post-sales teams: "How do we deploy this?" "How do we troubleshoot it?" and "What are the known limitations?"
• Build the Technical Toolkit: Convert product updates into the "Survival Guide" the field uses every day. This includes everything from implementation playbooks and API documentation summaries to troubleshooting trees and health check checklists.
• Drive Operational Alignment: Partner with key stakeholders in Operations, Strategic Programs, CTO, and Post-Sales leaders directly to ensure global alignment of Support and Services roles, elevating best practices and driving both efficiency and consistency.

The Builder

• Technical Liaison: Serve as the strategic hub between the Post Sales leadership (who defines role-based gaps), technical implementation groups like our CTO organization, the Content Creation team, AI tool builders, and more. Some days will be more Program Management - making sure critical projects that benefit your roles get across the line. Some days will be more enablement - influencing requirements, rapidly prototyping, or whipping up content yourself.  You will translate complex technical workflows into precise content requirements and lab scoping documents for production. You know these roles and their needs intimately. When you’re at your best, our SMEs spend more time with customers and less time on content.
• Facilitate Key Sessions: You’re not just a partner behind the scenes, you are the face of technical enablement programming for your audiences. You lead key enablement sessions, can create a killer deck, and get to know your audience well.
• Lifecycle Knowledge Manager: Working with our content builders and governance teams, you take full responsibility for the key materials needed for your roles to succeed. Wiz moves at a breakneck pace. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and highly product proficient enabler to lead our Product Readiness (NPI) efforts for our commercial field teams. You are the bridge between Product/PMM and our non-technical GTM roles (AEs, BDRs, Renewals, etc). Your mission is to ensure that every new release is translated from a technical feature into a compelling business story that fits our overall platform messaging.

This is a "Builder" role that requires a blend of Program Management (the "When") and value framework messaging (the "How"). You aren't just announcing updates; you are defining the business impact, creating the sales-ready content, and ensuring our sellers know exactly how to articulate the value of our products and platform in a way that drives value for the customer. You will be supported by our amazing LXD team in terms of design, but you will need to be able to write content.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• NPI Program Architecture: Design and run the global GTM readiness framework for new product introductions. You define the enablement structure aligned with the tiers of a launch and coordinate the cross-functional "Go-to-Market" engine.
• Commercial Translation: Partner with PM & PMM to understand new releases and translate them into "Seller-Speak." You focus on business outcomes, buyer personas, and competitive differentiation rather than deep-dive technical specs.
• Platform Messaging Continuity: Ensure that every new product launch reinforces our broader platform story. You prevent feature-siloing by weaving new capabilities into our core sales playbook.
• Content Creation: You are responsible for the hands-on creation of GTM assets. This includes building "What’s in it for the Customer" guides, sales playbooks, discovery talk tracks, objection handling scripts, and recorded "Commercial Deep Dives."
• Impact & Adoption: Partner with Sales Ops to track which releases are actually landing in the field. You identify gaps in seller knowledge and build targeted interventions to improve product attachment rates.

• Industry Proficiency: 4+ years in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, and/or Sales in the Cybersecurity or Cloud space. You must have enough industry context to understand our platform without needing a technical tutor.

You will serve as the primary engine for foundational GTM content, creating the "Golden Source" materials that set the standard for the company.
