SUMMARY

Our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization is growing at an extraordinary rate, and strategic resource allocation is a key part of optimising for success at scale. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join the GTM Analytics and Systems team as a Lead Analyst, GTM Productivity Analytics.

This role will be a critical partner to our GTM Leadership and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams, responsible for insights, modeling, and systems related to capacity, productivity and attainment. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, GTM Analytics and Systems, the Lead Analyst will own the core models that track current performance and predict future capacity.

LOCATION: We are focusing on candidates who are East-Coast based. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve as the primary analytical and systems owner for GTM productivity modelling and capacity planning, working closely with RevOps, FP&A, and GTM Leadership.
• Design, build, and maintain predictive capacity models based on productivity trends, historical data, and strategic hiring plans.
• Own and enhance the core models and dashboards that track GTM attainment, productivity, and performance against quotas.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes to drive optimal sales behavior and performance.
• Drive alignment on standardized metrics and methodologies for productivity and attainment reporting across Operations, Finance, and Business stakeholders.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and exploratory deep dives into drivers of GTM performance, translating complex findings into clear, executable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with FP&A on cross-functional reporting and modelling tasks
• Partner with IT and BI teams to strengthen data and systems infrastructure, ensuring high data quality, accessibility, and consistency across systems.
• Represent the team in cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on GTM efficiency and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 6+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, or a similar data-focused role, with a strong emphasis on sales and/or financial modeling.
• Exceptional ability to synthesise data into actionable insights, and communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable predictive models, data pipelines, and analytical tools in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A strong understanding of how a high-growth GTM team operates, and the collaborative dynamics with FP&A teams
• Experience with modern data tooling (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Looker) is highly desirable, though the capacity to rapidly master new technologies is the priority.

SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our GTM Strategic Initiatives Team, contributing to the areas of Product, Alliances, and Integrations. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager of GTM Strategy and Planning and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders crossing Revenue, Operations, Product, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have both the ability to understand the strategic vision and goals of the company while translating that to day-to-day program execution. This role will help to execute a wide range of projects and interact with many different stakeholders within Wiz, so strong communication, organization, and quantitative reasoning skills are key requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact Wiz's growth and innovation while learning more about driving strategic programs and execution within a fast-growing environment.

Collaboration with key GTM teams, including Sales, Channel, Revenue Operations, Finance, GTM Enablement, and Product Marketing, is essential to drive organizational success and enhance our go-to-market strategies and will be key in this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Impact Large Cross-Functional Initiatives: Develop and partner on comprehensive project plans to support large-scale corporate initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and success. This includes aligning with company goals, coordinating timelines, and managing resources to achieve success and maximize impact. 
• Example Initiatives: New Product Launches, New External Program Launches, Merger and Acquisition Operationalization, Sales Program Launches, etc.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze program performance, penetration, and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
• Sales Enablement: Support the development and distribution of guidelines, sales tools, and training materials to enable sales teams to effectively understand and act on large-scale corporate initiatives.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies and support organizational success. Report progress and alert teams and leadership to any potential roadblocks or challenges proactively.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, project management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of working cross-functionally and discovering business insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Prior work experience in SaaS companies and/or management consulting; familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a bonus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
• Strong business acumen and intuition, essential for proactively partnering with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives. 
• Ability to adapt and maintain high-quality standards in a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure. 
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines, and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently. 
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce required, proficiency in Tableau/SQL is a plus.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Field Operations Analyst to support our U.S. Public Sector business (Federal, SLED, and DIB). This role will be instrumental in driving operational rigor, forecasting accuracy, and scalable growth across a complex and rapidly evolving go-to-market environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales operations experience, a deep understanding of forecasting and pipeline management, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to support mission-critical Public Sector initiatives. This individual will operate as a key business partner to Sales leadership and help drive day-to-day operational cadence.

This role reports to the Manager of Public Sector Field Operations.

LOCATION

Remote – United States (Public Sector–aligned time zones preferred)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive Public Sector business cadence: Partner with Federal and SLED Sales leadership to support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
• Forecasting & pipeline rigor: Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline quality across long-cycle, compliance-driven deals (FedRAMP, CMMC, IL4/IL5)
• Operational analytics: Analyze pipeline, bookings, and conversion trends to identify risks and growth opportunities across Public Sector segments
• Salesforce ownership: Maintain data integrity and hygiene within SFDC, ensuring accurate reporting across complex account structures (agencies, primes, DIB)
• KPI & dashboard development: Partner with GTM Analytics to build reporting for pipeline health, coverage ratios, and segment performance
• Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Legal to support deal execution and compliance-driven sales motions
• Annual planning support: Contribute to territory design, account segmentation (Federal, SLED, DIB), headcount planning, and quota setting
• Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements tailored to Public Sector sales cycles and procurement dynamics

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Operations (Public Sector experience strongly preferred)
• Understanding of Federal and/or SLED sales motions, including long sales cycles and regulated environments
• Strong grasp of forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM processes
• Experience supporting quota planning, territory alignment, or account segmentation
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (reporting, dashboards, data analysis)
• Ability to interpret and apply GTM policies, deal structures, and sales processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communicator with experience partnering across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting Federal programs (FedRAMP, CMMC, DoD, IC, etc.)
• Familiarity with Public Sector account structures (agencies, integrators, DIB)
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments
