About the Role
We are hiring a Principal Engineer, Systems & Strategic Expansion to be the most senior IC in the engineering organization and the CTO's right hand on technology. This is a building role. At Inspiren, architecture happens by shipping systems, coaching others to make proactive technology investments, and building the tooling that makes good patterns the default. A defining responsibility of this role is making every engineer in the org faster while simultaneously raising the bar on architecture, quality, resilience, and security. We believe agentic development is how you achieve both at once. Your job is to make agentic workflows the fastest, easiest, most correct way to build — so that engineers choose them not because they are told to, but because they are better. You will build the AI platform, agents, skills, templates, and paved roads that make coding agents architecturally literate by default, and you will continuously push that frontier forward. The fast path and the correct path should be the same path, and you are the person who builds that path.

Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Principal Engineer to lead the technical architecture and evolution of our hybrid digital ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will drive the strategic integration of multi-modal AI into our core infrastructure while architecting an omnichannel platform capable of supporting complex customer journeys. We are seeking a Principal UX Designer — Enterprise Modernization to serve as the design authority within our AI-powered Application Modernization Factory.
This is not a heads-down design execution role.You will define UX patterns, standards, and modernization approaches that scale across 100+ enterprise software applications.

About the Role
We are looking for a Distinguished Engineer to pioneer and scale autonomous, agentic SDLC capabilities across GitLab. Distinguished Engineers are recognized experts across multiple technology domains and represent the most senior level of technical leadership within and across divisions at the company.
In this role you will deeply immerse in GitLab's product and internal engineering workflows to identify classes of problems that can be wholly or largely addressed by AI agents, validate them through rigorous experimentation in production-adjacent environments, and codify patterns that can be productized for our millions of users. You will act as a bridge between Architecture, Product, Infrastructure, and Data and ML teams, ensuring that agentic capabilities deliver durable value internally first and then scale reliably and securely to our customers.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location. The Staff Software Engineer Opportunity
As a Staff Backend Engineer on the Okta Digital Credentials (ODC) team, you will define the technical direction of a new VDC identity ecosystem and set the standard for how we build it.
This role demands deep technical expertise in backend architecture and the ability to influence decisions across the team and adjacent engineering groups. You will thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment, cutting through ambiguity to drive product-market fit.
A distinctive part of this role is setting the team's standard for AI-native engineering. The Role and Its Impact
Our analog connectivity product portfolio includes sophisticated mixed-signal components that form the critical signal conditioning path in both optical modules and copper interconnects: transimpedance amplifiers, transmit drivers, continuous-time linear equalizers, and integrated analog subsystems. The firmware you develop will directly control the adaptive behavior, calibration sequences, and real-time performance optimization of these analog circuits deployed in data centers worldwide.

In this role, you will set technical direction and lead the design and development of high-impact backend services and systems that power Wavelo's products. You'll focus on building reliable, performant, and maintainable software, enabling teams to ship high-quality features efficiently at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous problem spaces, can translate business needs into robust technical solutions, and consistently raises the bar for software design and engineering practices across teams.
You will collaborate closely with product, data, and infrastructure partners to design APIs, improve system architecture, and evolve our backend ecosystem. While you'll work alongside Infrastructure and DevOps teams, your primary focus will be on application-layer design, service reliability, and delivering customer-facing value through code.

Gain a deep understanding of the current platform landscape including infrastructure, platform services, and application layers.
Identify key constraints that are slowing engineering delivery.
Build context around the environment platform strategy, including declarative environments, generated artifacts, and self-service developer experiences.
Identify current platform gaps such as manual steps or fragile integrations.
Establish strong working relationships across Infrastructure/CI, Operations, Security, and product engineering teams.
Begin shaping shared standards through design reviews and code reviews.
Identify 1–2 high-leverage improvements (e.g., removing manual provisioning steps, improving reliability signals, tightening CI/CD contracts).
Contribute to and lead technical design and architecture discussions for foundational platform initiatives.
Design and implement features that improve platform repeatability, reliability, and safety.
Deliver solutions such as:
Dependency-ordered orchestration inputs
Self-service preview tooling
Standardized deployment interfaces
Promote an “automate-first” mindset by reducing manual operational work and pushing reliability and quality earlier in the development lifecycle.

The base salary range for this position is $164,500 to $192,800. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design, evolution, and reliability of our global financial data extraction and normalization platform. This system ingests filings across formats (HTML, PDF, APIs, spreadsheets), extracts and standardizes financial data using a combination of AI and deterministic systems, and delivers trusted, traceable outputs at scale to downstream financial services teams and customers.
This role owns the self-sourcing and extraction foundation used by multiple teams across the organization. Today, human validation is used as a safety net.
