Join Mochi Health as Senior Product Designer and help us create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that make healthcare more accessible and effective. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creatively-driven Senior Brand Designer to support the execution and evolution of Flexport’s visual identity across multiple touch points. We want someone who is a systems thinker and is skilled at creating scalable design solutions and thinking holistically about the brand ecosystem. This role blends hands-on design work with project and vendor management, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed across a wide variety of brand expressions—from our website and marketing campaigns to sales decks and internal presentations.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Brand Designer to design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership teams to define how the world sees and experiences Pump.
While this role spans core brand and visual design, we're actively looking for someone with strong motion design capabilities. You’ll be a key creative partner in telling compelling stories through both static and animated content.
Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for digital, brand, and campaign needs
Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and motion/animated content to support product launches, GTM, and internal communications
Collaborate cross-functionally on brand evolution, content strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns, partnering closely with marketing teams to drive audience engagement and demand generation
Own and evolve Pump’s design system to ensure visual consistency across all channels
Support executive, investor, and sales presentations with creative design and storytelling
Contribute to overall creative strategy and participate in campaign brainstorms
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in visual or motion design, ideally at a fast-paced startup or B2B SaaS company
A strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work across digital and brand
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Framer (required)
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools
Strong skills in layout, typography, animation, and visual storytelling
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an understanding of marketing goals and audience engagement

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager II to help build and ship DigitalOcean’s Security Products with high execution quality and clear customer communication. This role sits at the intersection of security product strategy and engineering delivery, turning customer needs and security outcomes into well-scoped work, crisp requirements, and shippable increments.
You will partner closely with engineering and UX to drive backlog health, delivery rhythm, dependency management, and release readiness across one or more Security Products workstreams, while also strengthening how we communicate Security Products and incident updates. This includes producing clear written narratives and launch assets, and creating reusable templates, checklists, and stakeholder workflows that keep product launches and incident response communications consistent, accurate, and timely in partnership with Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations.
You will report to the Head of Security Products, who owns overall portfolio strategy and the broader Security voice.

The Problem
Severe mental illness affects over 15 million adults in the United States. Schizophrenia. Schizoaffective disorder. Bipolar I. Treatment-resistant depression. These are the conditions the rest of healthcare has systematically failed to build for.
What makes this problem different from most of healthcare is that the tools to solve it do not exist. The clinical protocols, the measurement science, the precision medicine, the technology to deliver coordinated longitudinal outpatient care for this population. None of it has been built. This is a frontier problem, and it requires frontier science and care delivery to solve.

Who We Are
Amae Health is a Series B, venture-backed Public Benefit Corporation delivering specialty outpatient care for people with severe mental illness through high-acuity, in-person clinics nationwide.
Our integrated model brings psychiatry, therapy, primary care, dietitians, and community support together under one roof. Leading health systems—including New York-Presbyterian, Cedars-Sinai, Mass General Brigham, Novant Health, and CommonSpirit—collaborate with us to expand this level of care.
Alongside care delivery, we are building the science and technology the field has long lacked—proprietary clinical protocols, novel measurement, and an AI-driven data platform designed for severe mental illness.

Compensation & Benefits
Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base salary range for this role is $215,000 to $255,000 per year based on level and a full-time schedule and the compensation package will include equity.
