About the Team: The Engineering team at Emergent builds the core systems that power our autonomous agents, platform reliability, and product velocity. We operate in an engineering-first environment with high ownership, fast feedback loops, and a strong bias toward shipping. The team works closely with Product, Research, and Design to turn ambitious ideas into production-grade systems.
The Role: As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers building and scaling critical platform and product capabilities.
