About the Role

We’re hiring a Brand Designer to design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where you’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership teams to define how the world sees and experiences Pump.

While this role spans core brand and visual design, we're actively looking for someone with strong motion design capabilities. You’ll be a key creative partner in telling compelling stories through both static and animated content.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual and motion assets for digital, brand, and campaign needs

• Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and motion/animated content to support product launches, GTM, and internal communications

• Collaborate cross-functionally on brand evolution, content strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns, partnering closely with marketing teams to drive audience engagement and demand generation

• Own and evolve Pump’s design system to ensure visual consistency across all channels

• Support executive, investor, and sales presentations with creative design and storytelling

• Contribute to overall creative strategy and participate in campaign brainstorms

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in visual or motion design, ideally at a fast-paced startup or B2B SaaS company

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work across digital and brand

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Framer (required)

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools

• Strong skills in layout, typography, animation, and visual storytelling

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an understanding of marketing goals and audience engagement

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-driven creative environment

We're looking for a Marketing Lead to own the full marketing lifecycle at Pump, from email and lifecycle programs to SEO, programmatic channels, and performance marketing. This is a technical, execution-focused role for someone who builds and optimizes systems. You'll work closely with our leadership, as well as performance marketing, GTM, and product teams to drive measurable growth across every stage of the funnel. This is the position for a skilled, technical marketer who wants real scope and meaningful ownership at a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

Handle the full marketing lifecycle, owning programs across acquisition, activation, and retention with a focus on performance and growth.

Build out and own email marketing from the ground up, including lifecycle flows, nurture sequences, segmentation, and performance optimization.

Deploy SEO and programmatic channels strategically, owning keyword strategy, technical SEO, content optimization, and programmatic distribution to drive scalable acquisition.

Manage and collaborate closely with performance marketing, GTM, and product teams to align execution across the funnel.

Lead performance analytics and attribution, building the reporting infrastructure to understand what's driving traffic, leads, and pipeline and making data-driven decisions to optimize spend and effort.

Launch and optimize demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels, continuously testing and improving based on data.

Support product launches and sales enablement in close collaboration with Product and Sales.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or devtools marketing, ideally at a startup or high-growth company

Demonstrated experience owning lifecycle and email marketing, with programs built from scratch and optimized over time

Technical SEO and programmatic channel experience, deployed strategically as core acquisition levers

Strong analytical background, fluent in attribution, funnel metrics, and performance reporting, with a habit of making decisions based on data

Hands-on experience with GTM and growth marketing execution, having run campaigns end-to-end and moved numbers

Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads

About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead the entire marketing function at Pump. This is a founding leadership role where you'll define our go-to-market strategy, own brand and content, and drive customer acquisition across channels. You’ll partner closely with our CEO, sales, and product teams to craft messaging that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences in the DevOps, FinOps, and cloud infrastructure space.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across brand, content, product marketing, and growth.
• Own positioning and messaging, crafting narratives that clearly communicate the value of Pump’s cloud savings platform.
• Develop and scale our content engine—from long-form reports to memes, carousels, founder thought leadership, and short-form video.
• Launch and optimize demand generation campaigns across organic and paid channels (LinkedIn, X, newsletter, SEO, etc.).
• Work closely with Product and Sales to support feature launches, enablement materials, case studies, and customer stories.
• Build and manage a network of freelancers, contractors, or agency partners as needed to extend marketing reach.
• Track, measure, and optimize performance across key marketing KPIs: traffic, leads, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or devtools marketing, with experience owning marketing in a startup or high-growth environment
• Strong background in content, product marketing, or growth—bonus if you’ve built these from scratch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you're a sharp storyteller and strategist
• Hands-on execution skills in copywriting, design direction, and campaign building
• Experience running experiments and working across cross-functional teams

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, reliable, part-time Videographer to help capture, produce, and shape the visual story of Pump.co. In this role, you’ll support both culture-focused filming and creative marketing video production, helping bring our brand, people, and ideas to life through high-quality video. You’ll work closely with our marketing, leadership, and sales teams to film and ideate content, including brand videos, social content, interviews, and campaign-driven assets. Beyond execution, we’re looking for someone who can contribute creatively—bringing ideas, concepts, and suggestions for compelling video content. This is a 15–20 hour/week role, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and wants meaningful creative ownership without a full-time commitment. No prior knowledge of cloud, AI, or technical products is required.

Responsibilities

• Film in-office content, team culture, events, and behind-the-scenes moments

• Collaborate on and help execute creative marketing videos and campaigns

• Contribute ideas and concepts for engaging video content

• Set up and shoot interviews, brand videos, and short-form content

• Deliver clean, organized footage and assist with light-to-moderate editing

• Work closely with marketing to align content with brand and growth goals

• Create beautiful edited videos that are ready to be shipped

Qualifications

• Experience filming video (freelance, academic, or personal projects welcome)

• Comfortable operating cameras or professional mobile setups

• Strong eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling

• Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently 

• Available 15–20 hours per week
