The Role

Amae Health is seeking an energetic and resourceful Community Liaison to join our Community Engagement Team. This full-time role requires a home address within the San Francisco, CA region. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and champion Amae's mission to deliver compassionate, comprehensive mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness.

What You Will Work On

Community Outreach & Referral Partner Development (80%)

• Actively manage and grow patient referrals in your region through systematic outreach to existing provider partners
• Identify and develop new potential referral sources to grow Amae's presence
• Coordinate rapid responses to urgent patient situations, collaborating with hospital systems, social workers, and providers
• Work closely with clinical staff to ensure referred patients are connected with appropriate care
• Serve as a visible, trusted ambassador for Amae Health in the community

Planning, Collaboration, & Documentation (20%)

• Track outreach activity, referral outcomes, and pipeline in CRM to meet or exceed enrollment targets
• Develop quarterly market plans in collaboration with clinical and leadership teams
• Participate in weekly team meetings; complete documentation accurately and on time

What You'll Have

• 3+ years of client or customer-facing experience with defined engagement targets
• Proven track record of building a referral base and relationships in business development, sales, community outreach, or referral management
• Knowledge of and passion for mental health and wellness
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong public speaking ability

As our Senior Product Operations Manager, you’ll own how the product actually gets delivered, adopted, and improved in the real world. You’ll sit at the center of Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams, turning strategy into execution.

The Opportunity

• Boots-on-the-Ground Research: Spend significant time in our clinics user testing our product with clinicians and patients. You will transform insights into high-fidelity prototypes that shine.

Reporting to the VP, People, the Office Coordinator is responsible for shaping how the Amae experience comes to life day-to-day in our San Francisco office. This role is based in-office five days per week.

Own the Day-to-Day Office Experience

We are seeking a Senior/Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale Amae Health's patient and clinic-facing technology platform. In this hands-on individual contributor role based in San Francisco (in-person, full-time), your work will be central to shaping how patients and families access our precision psychiatry services.

• Design, develop, and ship full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Architect, implement, and maintain APIs and backend services that power our clinical and patient-facing experiences
• Deploy, monitor, and scale production systems using Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud infrastructure
• Integrate securely with healthcare data sources (EHRs, FHIR, HL7) in compliance with HIPAA and related regulations

The Strategy & Operations team at Amae plays a critical role in driving the programs and systems that support delivery of excellent care. This highly cross-functional role will work across a diverse range of teams and functions, leveraging complex problem-solving skills in a growth-oriented organization. • Own the creation, rollout, and ongoing refinement of projects that support day-to-day behavioral health delivery; build structured workflows, playbooks, and feedback loops
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify bottlenecks and design solutions that scale across markets
• Use data, user feedback, and operational insights to evaluate program performance and identify improvement opportunities

We’re hiring our first dedicated marketing hire — someone who can build and own the full marketing stack for Amae. You’ll work directly with our co-founders to shape Amae’s brand voice and positioning, and own end-to-end execution across every channel.

What You'll Work On

• Demand generation and referral growth: Channel strategy across SEO/GEO/SEM, email, social, and events — with a focus on driving referrals from health system partners and clinicians
• Content and thought leadership: Build and execute a content engine that positions Amae as the authority on serious mental illness care — blog, LinkedIn, newsletters, and more

We’re hiring our first dedicated marketing hire — someone who can build and own the full marketing stack for Amae. You’ll work directly with our co-founders to shape Amae’s brand voice and positioning, and own end-to-end execution across every channel.

The Role

Reporting to the Co-Founder & CEO, this role will facilitate both internal and external work streams, supporting various efforts including managing the office of the CEO, and enabling successful execution of strategic programs. Primary functions include special projects, communications, fundraising, hiring, administration, and C-Suite planning. Highly cross-functional, the Chief of Staff will navigate high-priority, sensitive business initiatives in a collaborative and team focused manner. 

What You’ll Do

• Act as an in-house consultant and strategic advisor to the executive and senior leadership team based on priorities and vision of the CEO
• Lead the process for development of the long-term strategy and annual strategic plan in collaboration with the C-Suite
• Develop/maintain KPI Dashboard and high-level performance metrics   
• Provide insights and develop strategic communications for the CEO
