Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a team of CRM Executives, including task distribution, prioritization, and workload balancing.
Hands-on execution of CRM campaigns within internal systems alongside the team, especially for high-priority, complex, or sensitive campaigns.
Overseeing the technical setup and execution of CRM campaigns across the team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Mentoring, onboarding, and developing team members; conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Maintaining and improving team processes, documentation, and quality standards. Reviewing campaigns, translations, and final copy before launch to ensure high quality and consistency.
Identifying errors, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies, and proactively collaborating with managers and adjacent teams (CRM Managers, Localization, Design, BI) to resolve them.
Working with Google Docs and Sheets to organize, track, and report on team performance, project status, and campaign metrics.
Tracking team KPIs and reporting results to the CRM Manager / Head of CRM.
Driving process optimization and automation initiatives to improve team efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Acting as the main point of contact between Executives and stakeholders, escalating risks when needed.
Proven hands-on experience setting up and executing CRM campaigns — mandatory.
Previous experience managing or leading a team — mandatory.
Experience in the iGaming industry — preferred.
English level B2 or higher.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and people efficiently under pressure.
Confident user of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Clear, proactive, and structured communication skills — both with the team and with stakeholders.

What You Will Do
This role centers on technical program leadership, with an emphasis on delivering enterprise technology capabilities through a product- and service-oriented mindset. In this role, you are the face of ClassPass to our fitness partners and manage a high-revenue book of business. You already know how to manage client relationships, interpret their performance metrics, and come up with creative solutions to address their concerns. You are comfortable with numbers, and are excited to use data, market trend analysis, and your budding knowledge of the boutique fitness space to make actionable recommendations to our partners.
As an Account Manager, you help our studios and your market/region succeed which will range from prospecting new supply to upselling to your client base. You will work directly with studio owners and managers in our network to make sure they see incredible value in their partnership with us.
You confidently communicate the ClassPass value proposition, explain the usefulness of our tools and effectively troubleshoot partner issues. You also advocate for our partners internally, escalate bugs and communicate pain points and feature requests through the appropriate channels.

Work with copywriters and designers to create compelling email content.
Writing engaging ad copy for email campaigns when copywriting resources are not available.
Build analytics and reporting framework. Understand how to gather insights from program performance data and develop recommendations to drive measurable improvement in results and identify new opportunities.
Knowledge about email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
SQL experience is a plus.

You:
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Customer Success Department, you will be responsible for making sure our products are installed and meet our clients requirements with integration and performance management. Feedzai sells and implements one the the world's leading Fraud Risk Scoring systems. We work with some of the largest banks and financial firms to help protect them from transaction fraud, money laundering, and account takeover.
As a Software Engineer in the Customer Success organisation you will be responsible for making sure our products are installed and meet our clients requirements with integration and performance management. You will work with a broad range of technologies including multiple flavours of SQL, NoSQL database, on-premise environments, Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google), along with multiple streaming or messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka). The software engineer while working with these technologies will help with installation and configuration of our solutions, but will also develop custom Java inbound and outbound interfaces, use web services to enhance data in process and will develop custom extensions and modules for our Fraud Analysis platform. You will work as part of a project team alongside Data Scientist, Project Managers, Fraud Analysts and your peers to meet with the client, understand their needs, turn those needs into requirements and execute on those requirements.
