About the Opportunity
This role exists to transform partnerships into a predictable, high-converting acquisition channel, increasing sourced pipeline coverage to sustainable enterprise levels. Drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR by operationalizing repeatable lifecycle, campaign, and co-sell motions across Tier 1 SIs and strategic ISVs.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Partner Lifecycle Ownership & Pipeline Acceleration
- Design and execute quarterly joint business plans and co-sell motions to drive sourced pipeline output across the partner portfolio
- Design and execute partner-led campaigns and co-sell playbooks to generate net-new opportunities.
- Operationalize execution cadence, including executive alignment and joint account planning.
- Primary KPI: Incremental sourced pipeline generated per partner.
Commercial Cadence, Forecasting, & Campaign Integration
- Manage the sourced pipeline weekly, driving forecast discipline and aligning with Sales Directors on pipeline commit and best-case scenarios.1
- Track partner-influenced opportunities, identifying stalled deals and deploying targeted intervention strategies.1
- Partner closely with ISV and Marketing teams to activate joint campaigns, ensuring velocity and tracking ROI to translate marketing commitments into measurable pipeline output.
Performance Visibility & Strategic Reporting
- Establish rigorous partner-level pipeline tracking and quantify the impact of activation on pipeline uplift.
- Drive strategic improvements in pipeline coverage and surface data-driven, capital-efficient growth levers to executive leadership.
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- A commercially-driven mindset with a strong bias for analytical execution.
- Direct experience in partner ecosystems, co-sell programs, or revenue-driving strategic alliances.
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) and proven ability to drive action across internal and external teams.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach, leveraging data to drive insights and influence partners for measurable outcomes.
- Fluency in data modeling (SQL & BI Tooling), KPI development, and reporting/dashboard creation to translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Experience with Python for statistical and scoring analyses (preferred).

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Manager to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team across Portugal and the US. This team is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by engaging both prospective customers and our existing client base, and plays a critical role in driving both new business and expansion opportunities across the business.
This person will be responsible for the day-to-day performance, coaching, and development of the BDR team. We’re looking for someone who can build and maintain a high-performance, high-accountability culture while keeping the team engaged, motivated, and having fun. A big part of the role will be driving consistent activity levels across both prospecting and customer engagement motions, improving conversion rates, and helping BDRs build the skills they need to progress into Account Executive roles over time.
The Manager, BDRs will report directly to the EVP of Global Revenue and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure the team is aligned to our highest priority growth initiatives. This includes supporting pipeline creation across new logo acquisition as well as cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a BDR team based in Portugal and the US
- Drive day-to-day performance across activity levels, meeting generation, and pipeline contribution
- Coach BDRs on outreach, messaging, objection handling, discovery, and qualification
- Support pipeline generation across both net new and expansion (cross-sell / upsell) opportunities
- Help BDRs develop the product and technical understanding needed to engage credibly with prospects and customers
- Partner with the Sales Enablement team to ensure onboarding and ongoing enablement programs are executed consistently
- Reinforce adoption of tools, messaging frameworks, and training delivered through existing enablement programs
- Work with Sales and Customer Success leadership to align outreach efforts to territory plans and account growth strategies
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics and identify areas for coaching and improvement
- Support clear development paths for BDRs looking to advance into AE roles
- Build and maintain a team environment that is performance-oriented, collaborative, and positive
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role (BDR, AE, or similar)
- Experience managing or mentoring sales talent
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation across both new logo and customer expansion motions
- Comfort managing to activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate product capabilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Salesforce and common sales engagement / prospecting tools

Renewal Manager
Overview:
Salsify is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented and results-driven Renewal Manager to drive customer retention and growth for an assigned portfolio of customers in our Mid-Market segment. The Renewal Manager will own all aspects of the contract renewal process and work closely with the Customer Success team to mitigate risk + drive upsell.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Executes on all phases of the renewal process
- Pricing proposal
- Negotiation
- Contract creation
- Identifies customer requirements, uncovers roadblocks, and executes renewal strategies to retain customers and increase ARR
- Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion
- Proactively identifies churn risk by analyzing adoption and health metrics in partnership with the Customer Success Managers
- Actively participates in the development and execution of cross-functional churn risk mitigation strategies

- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales, Operations, Customer Success, or Account Management role

Our Business Development Representatives play a crucial role in our sales cycle as the first point of contact for prospects and current customers. About the Opportunity
Salsify is on the hunt for an energetic and motivated software sales professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. In this role you will be a key strategic contributor in developing new business for Salsify's CommerceXM.
Our Business Development Representatives play a crucial role in our sales cycle as the first point of contact for prospects and current customers. You will constantly be collaborating with your peers, account executives, and marketing to develop a sales methodology that allows you to create awareness with your prospects, demonstrating that you are a thought leader in the Commerce technology space, so you can help brands improve their business by using the Salsify platform.
*This is a Hybrid role in the Boston Headquarters*
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Learn Salsify’s ROI, value proposition and customer stories to create intrigue in our prospects and develop solid business conversations through cold outreach
- Leverage sales and industry best practices to identify and qualify our next ideal customer
- Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
- Log activity consistently and reliably in the CRM tool - Salesforce
- Collaborate with Account Executive team to develop territory strategy and strengthen a highly convertible pipeline
- Execute successful follow up on marketing tasks such as webinars, campaigns, and qualified contacts a weekly basis
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- 1-3 years experience in a professional environment - bonus points for B2B Software Sales
- Demonstrated success interacting with people by phone, leading, persuading and overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting
- Proven effective use of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Google Apps, Slack, and Outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
- Enthusiastic and self-starting
- Experience with or ability to learn web applications such as Salesforce and LinkedIn
