Tripadvisor is looking for an experienced back-end software engineer to join the Hotels Platform team, which maintains the critical infrastructure and data that powers Tripadvisor’s Hotels pages for over 400 million travelers each month. In this role, you will help us build, enhance, and sustain a suite of highly-performant, consumer-scale microservices that help our travelers plan their next great adventure.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a broad set of battle-tested engineering skills, a strong sense of ownership, a passion for solving complex problems collaboratively, and an unwavering commitment to learning and advancing their craft.

The Tripadvisor Experiences Engineering team is distributed across Europe and is responsible for the platform, mobile apps and all their supporting infrastructure. We run the systems that help operators build their businesses and those which enable third parties to utilise our inventory. About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer II - iOS to join our fast-growing team. This role is open to candidates based within a commutable distance (generally up to 1.5 hours) of our office hub in Kraków. We are unable to offer B2B contracts at this time. We embrace flexibility in where and how work gets done and also value meaningful in-person moments to connect and collaborate. You can expect a remote-first working model with periodic in-person gatherings at your closest office for team connection, planning, or other key moments.

Bókun is seeking a Principle Product Marketing Specialist to own our AI-powered content strategy and bottom-of-funnel content programme. Reporting directly to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, this role sits at the intersection of product marketing, content, and emerging AI search — responsible for positioning Bókun as a citable source in commercial AI prompts — building the library of high-intent onsite content (product-led blogs, FAQs, templates, integration content) that gets Bókun surfaced, recommended, and chosen at the moment buyers make decisions
This is not a traditional Product Marketing role. You will be the person who understands how LLMs surface information, how AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews decide what to recommend — and who builds a content engine designed to win in that world.
What You'll Do:
AI & LLM Content Strategy
Content creation explicitly designed to be surfaced and cited by AI tools at the decision stage of the buyer journey
Build and maintain a structured library of authoritative content (feature explainers, comparison guides, how-tos, FAQs) engineered to rank in and be recommended by LLMs
Position Bókun as a citable source in commercial AI prompts by creating and owning high-intent onsite content — product-led blogs, FAQs, templates, and integration content designed to be surfaced when buyers are actively evaluating solutions
Monitor how Bókun is represented across AI search tools and identify gaps, inaccuracies, and opportunities to improve our presence
Stay ahead of how AI search behaviour is evolving and continuously adapt our content approach
Bottom-of-Funnel Content
Create and own a programme of bottom-of-funnel content designed to convert buyers at the moment of decision — how-to guides, feature walkthroughs, use case explainers, and platform comparison content
Build content that directly answers the specific questions buyers ask when evaluating Bókun against competitors — structured for both human readers and AI citation
Develop and maintain a content calendar focused on high-intent, decision-stage topics across the customer lifecycle
Video & Explainer Content
Script, brief, and project-manage short-form explainer and how-to videos that educate new and existing customers on Bókun features
Collaborate with design and production to deliver video content that works across the website, social, email, and in-product
GTM & Product Marketing
Support Go-to-Market strategy and execution for new features and launches, contributing AI-first content assets to each GTM
Conduct post-launch content analysis to identify gaps and optimise for both human and AI search performance
Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape and ensure Bókun's content positioning reflects market realities
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and the broader marketing team to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned with product direction
Bring an AI search and LLM perspective into cross-functional planning conversations

This role is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in our London, UK office.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related discipline, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or travel technology
Genuinely curious about how AI search and LLMs work — you've thought about how tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini decide what to surface, and you want to build content that wins in that environment
Experienced in creating bottom-of-funnel content — how-tos, feature guides, comparison pages, decision-stage explainers — that drives real conversion
Comfortable scripting and briefing video content; bonus if you've managed short-form explainer video production end-to-end
Strong writer with the ability to produce clear, structured, benefit-led copy across formats — from long-form guides to concise feature explainers
Analytical and data-driven — you use performance data to understand what's working and iterate quickly
Familiar with AI content tools and comfortable using them to scale output without sacrificing quality (e.g. Perplexity, Notebook LM, ChatGPT, Jasper or equivalent)
Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
Highly collaborative — you know that great content requires close partnership with product, engineering, and sales
Nice To Have:
Experience with SEO and structured content for search (schema, FAQs, entity-based SEO)
Familiarity with how AI Overviews, featured snippets, and LLM training data intersect with content strategy
Experience in travel tech or marketplace platforms

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Mid Market Key Accounts team within the Hotel Solutions group. Our team builds exceptional, strategic, and long-term relationships with the largest and most valuable hotel companies with the Hotel Solutions portfolio. We find ways to solve our clients’ many business challenges with a variety of Tripadvisor solutions, thereby supporting our customers and driving revenue for Tripadvisor. As a Senior. We are seeking a driven and high-performing Associate Destination Manager who will be responsible for the health and quality of the Viator product offering across their assigned geographical destinations. The Associate Destination Manager will have a solid understanding of key trends, opportunities, and challenges within their destination and work to optimize our product offering to best match the consumer demand in terms of product variety, pricing, and availability.
You are a brand ambassador that will focus on growing your destination as well as Viator's positioning within your given territory. Key Responsibilities
Drive Velocity & Strategy: Own the end-to-end testing cycle for the Checkout Pod. You will define hypotheses, launch A/B tests, and iterate based on results to drive checkout conversion and post-booking engagement.
Lead the Roadmap: Create and deliver a comprehensive product roadmap for checkout and post-booking experiences, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and strategic value. You will be responsible for measuring and reporting your pod’s impact to the business.
Work Across Surfaces: Lead checkout and confirmation flows across web and mobile app platforms (iOS/Android). You understand the unique nuances of different surfaces and how to create a cohesive, high-trust experience across them.
Navigate Ambiguity: Comfortably operate in situations where technical, regulatory, or business constraints are evolving. You are willing to take bold steps, making data-backed "pivot or persevere" decisions in a high-stakes transactional environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Payments, Fraud, Loyalty, App, and Brand teams. You are able to communicate product performance and vision clearly to senior leadership while advocating for the needs of our travelers.

Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in online marketplaces.
Proven experience shipping features in transactional or checkout flows across multiple surfaces, including native apps and web.
A track record of running A/B tests that actually moved the needle on conversion or revenue.
Experience working in a "Pod" or cross-functional team model.
Familiarity with ML-driven features like recommendations or personalization in checkout or post-booking contexts is a plus.

We are seeking a driven and high-performing Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for growing Viator’s catalogue of products by acquiring new and exciting suppliers across your geographic region. The Field Sales Representative role requires excellent sales and communications skills, effective relationship-building talents, and a proven track record of exceeding targets with experience in outside sales, telesales, new customer acquisition and/or business development, preferably with an online or travel company.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate negotiation of terms, including rates and margins, to close new business
Manage designated pipeline and make outbound calls
Engage with destination marketing organizations and other trade groups to win customers
Consultatively position our distribution platform and value proposition
Modify customer engagement to overcome objections and identify solutions to roadblocks
Achieve and exceed communicated targets
Collaborate with sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle

Territory and pipeline management experience using Salesforce or another CRM tool
Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the development and deployment of lifecycle trigger automations, adhoc promotions and engagement campaigns to ensure the business is positioned to drive long-term customer engagement and retention.
Work cross-functionally with product, product marketing and sales to translate business goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation & targeting logic (sometimes pulled from other tools), and dynamic content requirements.
Demonstrated success creating marketing campaigns with expertise using Braze, including building nurture programs, smart-list development, setup, testing, launching, and scoring of campaigns & programs.

Tripadvisor Group is seeking a Social Video Creative & Editor to join the Tripadvisor Creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this person will work primarily with the Creative and Social teams to create and edit social-first content across Tripadvisors channels on platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. As well as support any additional creative needs as appropriate.
The ideal candidate is comfortable producing short-form videos and other social media posts, capturing original content or leveraging existing content, creator content, stock footage and UGC. They are a social native that understands platform nuances, has a great eye for social trends and is passionate about all things travel. We're looking for a self-starter with excellent judgment and communication skills. This is a fulltime, paid position.

This role is an on-site position in our London office.
You Will
Operate at the forefront of social creativity with a creator first mindset and a strong instinct for what cuts through on platforms. You live and breathe internet culture, spotting emerging trends and turning them into brand storytelling that feels timely and part of the conversation.
Work closely with Tripadvisor Groups Creative and Social teams to develop social media content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube with potential for Facebook, Pinterest and Reddit.
Lead production and execution of a range of social videos and posts, leveraging trends and placing Tripadvisor at the heart of the cultural conversation.
Use AI and emerging creative tools to supercharge production, experimenting with new workflows that allow us to ideate, produce and scale high quality video content faster while keeping the craft and originality of the work front and centre.
Appear on-camera or voice videos; in partnership with the brand team, hone Tripadvisor’s unique voice on social.
Participate in brainstorms, proactively bring new ideas to the table, take direction and feedback from Social and Creative team leads.
Manage workback calendars and production needs to meet deadlines with the social media team.
Find creative ways to adapt relevant archival Tripadvisor Group footage to support the social media calendar.
Assist the Creative team on diverse video editing projects, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to assist across video and photo production tasks as needed.
You Have
4+ years video editing experience, preferably with a focus on native social formats e.g. TikTok, Reels.
Experiencing capturing social first videos and photos, specifically short-form video content (30-90 seconds).
Experience creating specifically for social media for a brand either at an agency or directly with a brand.
Ability to script, storyboard and contribute during creative development.
Proficiency in editing and design software such as the Adobe suite, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and in-app editing tools.
Experience using AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT or Adobe Firefly to enhance ideation, editing and rapid content production.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategic thinking to cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and under close direction

We’re looking for a Software Engineer II to join our fast-growing team. This role is open to candidates based within a commutable distance (generally up to 2 hours) of one of our office hubs in Lisbon, Saldanha.
