What you will do:

As part of our dynamic international People team, you will play a key role in driving our Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to contribute to a tech-driven, mission-led organisation, shaping how we attract, assess, and hire outstanding talent.

• Source and screen top talent for roles across Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering/ Tech, and more.
• Conduct CV reviews and initial phone interviews, and organise the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date pipeline in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and support decision-making.
• Work closely with the broader HR team to support our recruitment goals and employer brand.
• Take part in ongoing projects and initiatives to continuously improve how we attract and engage talent.

Who you are:

• You are fluent in English and French (Spanish skills are a plus)
• You bring proven experience in recruitment, ideally gained within an international or fast-paced environment.
• You have a solid understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, from talent sourcing and stakeholder management to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• You are a confident communicator who builds rapport with ease and enjoys working with people from a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.
• You have a naturally curious mindset and a genuine interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and hiring operations.
• You are proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with composure and sound judgement.
• You are energised by problem-solving, continuous improvement, and contributing to a collaborative People team.

TripAdvisor is seeking an experienced International Benefits Analyst who can support a wide range of day-to-day management of issues in creative ways. 

The ideal candidate will work with the Global Benefits team to assist with the administration of the company's benefits and Leave program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements. Requires previous professional experience.

The ideal candidate will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. 

Location: United Kingdom, Remote or Hybrid (London Office), or Dublin ROI

What You’ll Do:

• Liaise with internal and external providers and systems for all international benefits
• Sickness and Leave of Absence management (requests, inquiries, processing) for Tripadvisor employees. 
• Assist with International benefit renewal (open enrollments)
• Global Policy reviews and benchmarking
• Support International pension governance requirements
• Responsible for Benefits Content on Passport/Service Now, Benefit Orientation, and creating/sending international employee communication
• Maintain Benefit stats
• Liaise with HR Business Partners/Staffing on business-related requests
• Day to Day Benefits processing, including Insurance forms, reconciliation/audits, meal vouchers, voluntary benefits/statutory requirement, i.e., eye care vouchers, biketowork, kiddievouchers  
• Respond to employee benefit inquiries
• Provide support on new initiatives implemented through Global Benefits 

Skills & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 5 to 8 years of work experience with international benefits
• Thorough understanding of HRIS systems, Service Now and Workday experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.
• Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset 
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, managing priorities.
• Strategic initiative: ability to identify issues and develop recommendations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain poised in difficult situations.
• Possess an understanding of business strategies, culture and work to achieve results. 
• Able to execute work beyond the scope of the function and provide analysis and advice in non-routine, project-related areas.
• Support a wide range of day-to-day management of issues in creative ways.
