The Opportunity
Iterable is looking for a data-driven and highly independent Paid Search Specialist to join our Global Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Director of Global Campaigns, you will lead the hands-on execution of our search strategy, working under the strategic direction of our Digital Performance Marketing Manager. This is a critical role responsible for driving the intent-based pipeline that fuels our growth across NOAM, EMEA, and ANZ.
The search landscape is shifting rapidly. We are looking for an expert who doesn’t narrowly focus on Google Search Ads, but understands how search fundamentals - keywords, headlines, and intent - translate to emerging AI platforms and the broader Google ecosystem (like YouTube). Based in Lisbon, you will drive projects forward during EMEA hours while maintaining a consistent communication loop with US-based stakeholders to ensure global alignment.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Execute the Global SEM Strategy: You will build, launch, and manage all paid search campaigns across our major global regions. You’ll ensure our brand is visible to the right people at the right time to drive high-quality leads and pipeline.
- Master Emerging Search Platforms: You will stay at the forefront of the industry, identifying how search fundamentals (headlines, keywords, and intent-based targeting) translate to new platforms like ChatGPT, AI-driven search engines, and other emerging channels.
- Proactive Roadmap Management: You won’t wait for a to-do list. You will identify new growth opportunities, create your own project plans, and propose experimental tactics that support our high-level digital goals.
- Uncover Insights with Data: You will dive deep into our data stack (Sigma, GA4, and Salesforce) to understand performance trends. You’ll explain the "why" behind the numbers and implement the tactical shifts to solve problems or scale wins.
- Continuous Experimentation & CRO: You will lead a rigorous testing program to improve performance across the entire search funnel. This includes A/B testing ad copy and bidding strategies, as well as partnering with Web and Content teams to lead and own landing page experimentation and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to ensure we are maximizing every dollar spent
- Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll serve as the go-to expert for search execution, working with Product Marketing, Web, and the Digital Performance Marketing Manager to ensure our ads align with global brand and product launches.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 5+ years of dedicated PPC/SEM experience: You have hands-on experience managing large-scale, global accounts in a B2B SaaS environment.
- A Proactive Growth Mindset: You are curious about where search is going. You understand how to apply search fundamentals (keywords/intent) to the next generation of AI-driven platforms and are excited to test them.
- Strong Analytical Skills: You are highly comfortable working with data. You know how to use tools like Sigma or Tableau to pull insights and make decisions based on facts.
- Experience with CRO & Landing Page Tools: You understand conversion rate optimization principles and have experience using landing page builders or testing tools to improve post-click conversion rates.
- Independence & Reliability: You have a proven ability to drive projects forward during EMEA hours while maintaining a consistent communication loop with US-based stakeholders. You are a master of your own time, working effectively across time zones to make smart, independent decisions without needing constant supervision.
- Clear Communication: You can take complex search data and explain it clearly and concisely in English to stakeholders across the company.

- AI Tooling: You leverage AI (like Gemini) to work faster - whether it’s drafting ad copy or analyzing data exports to find optimizations.

What we're looking for:
We’re looking for a VP, Global Demand Generation to own the full revenue marketing engine – driving predictable pipeline growth, accelerating deal velocity, and ensuring operational excellence across the marketing organization.
This leader will be accountable not only for demand generation outcomes, but also for the systems, data, and insights that power them. You’ll oversee global demand programs (field, ABM, campaigns, paid, and digital) alongside Marketing Operations and Analytics – bringing rigor to forecasting, clarity to performance, and scalability to how we grow.
Reporting to the CMO, you’ll be a core member of the marketing leadership team and a key partner to Sales, RevOps, Finance, Product Marketing, and Brand. What you'll own:
- Own the global revenue marketing strategy and outcomes
- Define and lead the end-to-end demand generation strategy aligned to company growth goals, ICPs, and GTM priorities
- Translate revenue targets into measurable demand plans, forecasts, and investment strategies
- Partner closely with Sales leadership on pipeline planning, account coverage, and forecast accuracy

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $252,000 - $315,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. What we're looking for:
We’re looking for a Director, Brand & Content Strategy to define and lead Iterable’s brand strategy across narrative, creative, and content. Reporting to the CMO, this leadership role will blend strategic thinking with strong creative judgment. You’ll own how Iterable is positioned in the market and how that positioning comes to life across every touchpoint—from flagship campaigns and thought leadership to our website, events, and always-on content.
What you'll own:
- Brand strategy and positioning: Lead the brand strategy across the business, ensuring we have a clear and differentiated position in the market. You'll define the brand vision and identity, and bring consistency and clarity across audiences, programs, and channels.

The Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Iterable, you will be the connective tissue between market opportunity, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy. You'll own specific product areas within our platform (Enterprise/Ecosystem: APIs/SDKs, Integrations, Governance, Data Infrastructure), translating customer needs into strategy and strategy into action. This role combines deep technical product knowledge with sharp business acumen to drive adoption, expansion, and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Messaging
- Craft strategic, audience-first messaging and positioning for your product portfolio
- Develop compelling narratives that cut through market noise, power sales conversations, and accelerate customer journeys
- Test and validate messaging with customers and prospects to ensure resonance, clarity, and differentiation
Launch & Go-to-Market
- Lead product launch planning and execution from concept to market
- Define launch tiering and coordinate cross-functional teams for maximum impact
- Establish clear launch success metrics and analyze performance to inform future GTM strategies
Enable Internal Teams
- Drive launch readiness by equipping sales, CS, and partner teams with the tools, training, and messaging they need to win
- Partner with sales engineering to develop technical narratives aligned to business outcomes

- Work with the enablement team to create objection-handling frameworks and discovery questions to support prospect conversations

What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- 3-5 years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, preferably with technical products
- Experience in positioning products to both technical users and business decision-makers

- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and deal velocity
- Previous work experience in consumer apps and tech, or media and publishing industries is highly valued.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $112,000 - $175,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.

About the Role
We are currently deep in the development of the next chapter of our digital presence—a modern, performance-driven site built on WordPress Block Theme.
We are looking for a Marketing Web Developer to join us. You will primarily step into an active build to help us launch our new platform, while also providing support for our current site as needed during the transition. Subsequently, you will help drive the technical evolution of our marketing engine alongside our internal team.
You have deep expertise in modern WordPress (Gutenberg/Blocks), but you are also comfortable in a React stack, specifically managing our complex lead generation forms. You will partner with our existing technical team to ensure our site is secure, accessible, and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Play a key role in the development of Iterable's marketing website, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user experience across all devices.
- Complex React Integration: Maintain and enhance our custom lead generation forms built on a React stack. You will ensure these forms communicate correctly with our APIs and MarTech platforms.
- Accelerate the New Build: Collaborate with the team to ship our new Block Theme-based site. You will write clean, semantic code to finalize layouts and functionality.
- Analytics & Data: Go beyond basic tracking. You will implement custom analytics events (GA4/GTM) to track user behavior precisely and ensure data integrity for the marketing team.
- Performance & Optimization: Proactively monitor page speed (Core Web Vitals) and SEO technical health. You will identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep the site lightning-fast.
- Security & Reliability: Work with the technical team to ensure website scalability and maintain security standards.
- Strategic Input: You aren't just a ticket-taker. You will provide technical recommendations for improvements regarding loading times, architecture, and user experience.
Technical Requirements
- Modern WordPress: Deep experience with Block Themes, theme.json, and Full Site Editing (FSE). You prefer native WordPress solutions over heavy page builders, and prefer to build your own solutions over stacking piles of plugins.
- React & JS Proficiency: Solid understanding of React.js to manage our lead-gen forms, along with modern vanilla JavaScript (ES6+).
- Analytics Implementation: Proven experience setting up and debugging Google Tag Manager and creating custom events in GA4. You understand the data layer.
- API Integrations: Experience connecting websites to third-party MarTech platforms (e.g., CRMs, Marketing Automation tools) via REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Web Fundamentals: Strong grasp of SEO best practices, semantic HTML5, and Web Accessibility standards.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (Pull Requests).
Soft Skills & Operational Excellence
- Communication: You can translate complex technical concepts into plain English for business owners and marketing stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a QA mindset. You meticulously check for responsiveness, accessibility issues, and cross-browser compatibility before shipping.
- Task Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You can balance urgent hotfixes with long-term development work.
- Collaborative: You thrive working closely with other developers and designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs and with marketers to understand campaign requirements.
