We're seeking an experienced Manager, Recruiting & Talent to support our talent acquisition strategy and build teams that fuel Nova Credit's growth. In this role, you'll own recruiting initiatives that directly support our business objectives, partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to attract top talent in a competitive fintech landscape. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from technical roles to go-to-market and operations positions, while developing innovative sourcing strategies and enhancing our candidate experience. The applicable salary range for this position is $73,000 - $96,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
The Customer Engineering (CE) team at Moloco partners with the Business Development (BD) and Product/Engineering teams to be the trusted technical advisors for Moloco’s clients. You will help the retail media platform owners to successfully build an in-house advertisement business for clients using the Moloco Commerce Media (“MCM”), a machine learning-powered AdTech solution.
Within the MCM org, the Customer Engineering team (CE) is responsible for driving the successful adoption of Moloco Commerce Media, serving as GTM champions and technical experts. The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Moloco is at an inflection point. Strong growth and an expanding North American (NA) market are unlocking a new phase for the business, and field marketing is at the center of how we make that happen.
As US Field Marketing Manager, you will be Moloco's field marketing presence on the ground in North America (NA). You will own how we show up in market: executing flagship events, curated VIP experiences, and executive engagement programs that open doors with the most important buyers in our space. You will work as part of a tight-knit regional team and be responsible for bringing the NA market perspective.
This is not a role where you execute someone else's plan. You will have real ownership of the NA field calendar, of vendor and partner relationships, of executive engagement programs, and of how Moloco tells its story in the US market.
