About the Position
We’re seeking a Document Control Lead to support a large-scale aviation redevelopment program delivered within a complex public-sector infrastructure environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant project documentation while also supporting the development, implementation, and standardization of program-level document control procedures, protocols, governance materials, etc.
This is a long-term, full-time, hybrid position (4 days per week onsite subject to change based on project requirements) location in Queens, NY.

About the Positions
We’re seeking Project Controls Analysts (Cost and Data Visualization) at multiple levels to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (rail and bus), aviation (international airports), and water projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods.
These roles sit at the intersection of project controls and modern data analytics. Depending on level and experience, responsibilities may span cost control, financial tracking, and schedule awareness, combined with advanced data structuring and visualization capabilities. Across all levels, the focus is not just on building dashboards, but on working within active programs to help teams understand what the data is actually telling them and where performance is trending.
Team members support cost and financial oversight across publicly funded programs (USDOT, FAA, FTA, and state DOTs), contributing across the full reporting lifecycle. This may include partnering with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, integrating and validating data from multiple systems, structuring datasets, and developing dashboards and reports that support project execution, program controls, and executive decision-making.

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $180,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The Senior Accountant, General Accounting, is responsible for performing a variety of complex accounting tasks and financial analyses to support the organization's financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Senior Accountant, General Accounting will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information and contributing to the overall success of the finance department.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
CPA certification is preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong understanding of general accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Experience with accounting software (e.g., such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of US GAAP.

What You’ll Do
The Senior Accountant, Consolidations is a key member of the corporate accounting team, responsible for the accurate and timely consolidation of the company's financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This role involves a deep understanding of consolidation principles, intercompany transactions, foreign currency translation, and equity accounting. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, and will contribute to the preparation of financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

We are investing in a Security Compliance Analyst to own governance of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and support SOX audit readiness across CLEAR. This role will drive process rigor, improve evidence quality, and strengthen our compliance posture to enable scalable, efficient growth.
What you’ll do:
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external SOX auditors, coordinating and delivering accurate PBC evidence to ensure smooth audit cycles
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of User Access Reviews (UARs) for SOX-critical systems, including evidence collection, reviewer coordination, and remediation tracking
• Validate change management processes by reviewing documentation, approvals, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
• Monitor and document IT Operations controls, including job scheduling and disaster recovery / backup testing
• Maintain SOX documentation and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline evidence collection, and advance a more scalable, automation-forward compliance model
How you’ll measure success:
• Timeliness and completeness of audit deliverables (e.g., PBC requests, UAR execution)
• Reduction in control deficiencies, audit findings, and regulatory risk exposure
• Efficiency gains in audit cycles, including measurable time savings for control owners
• Accuracy, consistency, and scalability of ITGC documentation and reporting
What you’re great at:
• 2–5+ years of experience in IT audit, SOX compliance, or internal audit (Big Four experience preferred)
• Deep knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), including Section 404, and the COSO Internal Control Integrated Framework
• Demonstrated ability to perform risk assessments, evaluate control design effectiveness, and conduct operating effectiveness testing
• Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and their relationship to financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERPs)
• Ability to manage complex, recurring compliance processes with strong attention to detail and operational rigor
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to partner with control owners and interface effectively with auditors
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CPA are preferred

Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements.

FanDuel is looking for a Finance Manager to support Prediction Markets and serve as the primary finance business partner for other Sports products. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and business partnership skills. This individual will play a critical role in managing the Sports cost base, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision making across high impact, revenue generating functions. The applicable salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
