About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President or Vice President, Product Marketer to support the commercialization of our Alternative Investments platform across private wealth channels. This role partners closely with Distribution, ISG and Research to execute fundraising campaigns, drive lifecycle marketing initiatives, and deliver compelling advisor engagement programs.

This individual will help translate complex alternative investment strategies into clear, differentiated messaging and scalable marketing programs that support capital raising efforts and deepen advisor adoption across RIAs, independent broker-dealers, private banks, and enterprise wealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• GTM strategy and Campaign Execution
  • Support end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for fundraising campaigns across alternative investment offerings.
  • Execute lifecycle marketing initiatives to sustain engagement throughout the fundraising period and beyond close.
  • Support launch and ongoing promotion of Research insights and model portfolios, ensuring they are integrated into broader alternative investment campaigns and advisor communications.

  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates across distinct wealth channels and advisor segments based on where they are in the journey
• Channel Strategy Development
  • Support targeted marketing programs for RIAs, IBDs, private banks, and enterprise wealth firms.
  • Assist in segmenting advisor audiences and tailoring messaging based on sophistication level and portfolio construction needs.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase penetration within key distribution channels.
• Sales Enablement & Advisor Education
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, brochures, videos, webinars, conference materials, portfolio construction insights, case studies
  • Create educational content to support advisor understanding of alternative investments
  • Ensure marketing materials align with Distribution priorities and support advisor conversations.
• Content & Thought Leadership
• • Collaborate with Research and ISG to translate market insights into compelling, advisor-focused content.
  • Support development of multi-format materials (white papers, webinars, digital campaigns, conference materials).
  • Reinforce the firm’s positioning within private markets and advisor portfolio construction conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services (e.g. investment management, product marketing within financial services with a focus on alternative investments, private market funds, or similar products
• Experience with 1940act funds and private markets a plus
• Broad understanding of how to effectively market to wealth managers
• Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with internal teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills for storytelling and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced team environment

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Strategic Finance professional to join the Corporate Finance team. This role will involve large scale responsibilities across financial and managerial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis of key financial and performance indicators, monthly and quarterly management reporting duties, including support during the financial close, financial modelling, and partnership with key business and department Leads to enhance decision making. Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting and forecasting of the company’s key financial performance indicators, with emphasis on revenue, expenses, sales activity, and select GAAP and Non-GAAP metrics, liaising with FP&A team members, sales and business leads, while providing analysis of budget vs. actuals and real-time forecasting of revenue and expenses.
• Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget process across key financial performance indicators, with emphasis on revenue, expenses, sales-based inputs and activity, and client level detail.
• Develop key financial and performance metrics with detailed analytics for the Management Committee and business leads.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or accounting experience within the financial services industry and/or FP&A or strategic finance experience with a top-tier firm
• Familiar with private market investments such as private equity, hedge funds, and/or structured investments are preferred
• Experience in planning and ERP tools (i.e., WorkDay Adaptive, Tableau, Essbase, etc.) and familiar with Oracle NetSuite and/or General Ledger systems (i.e., PeopleSoft, Axiom) is preferred
• Able to work with business/sales and department leads on business performance including budgeting, forecasting and advanced analytics
• Advanced degree and/or credentials desired, such as MBA, CPA, CFA

Responsibilities

• Act as general counsel for the firm’s structured investments and annuities businesses, serving as primary counsel on all legal and regulatory aspects, including firm-wide strategic initiatives and day-to-day matters, related to the firm’s web-based platform covering structured investments and annuities, structured investments distribution, broker-dealer matters, strategic relationships and product and global expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a broker-dealer or financial technology firm, including experience managing other attorneys
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and FINRA rules
• Working knowledge of applicable insurance rules and regulations is a plus
• Experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements with sophisticated clients and counterparties
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new topics and work in an evolving business environment

This role will support the Structured Investments team, within the firm’s SIMON technology platform, by owning, developing, and maintaining the structured investments eco-system on the platform for clients.  The team develops and manages the technology platform experience with many of iCapital’s largest clients, including investment banks, broker-dealers, private banks, and RIAs throughout the United States. This individual will be responsible for assisting in developing and executing the firm’s strategy and solution in the structured investments market and developing relationships with new and existing partners active in the product category.

The Full Stack Engineer at iCapital will work end-to-end on new features, enhancements, and defect resolution on one or more of iCapital's software platforms.
