The Pre-Sales Solution Engineering organization owns the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and adoption roadmap for our customers. Solutions Engineering is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds - from Financial Consulting to Product Management, Customer Support to Software Engineering, and we are serious about building a diverse, experienced and curious team.
The Solutions Architect is a senior technical leadership role. You are a customer facing hands-on technologist with credibility built on domain expertise across Cloudflare portfolio. You should have solid experience in influencing enterprise architecture design across various senior buyer personas both at customers and partner organizations. Your role will be to convince these decision makers of the long term value of thinking of Cloudflare as a strategic technology partner.

Role
The Data Support Developer is responsible for the day-to-day data support of the Sky Road Product Suite. They will be responsible for front-line (Tier-1) support of all Sky Road clients and processes during European trading hours, Tier-1 and Tier-2 support of client data questions and issues, and developing scripts and tools to facilitate monitoring, alerting, and reconciliation of client data and processes. The client support team is the front line of support to all Sky Road clients. The Data Support Developer will communicate with the development team on support issues that require escalation. They will also work with the project management team to assist with the onboarding of new clients and to understand new client workflows to facilitate support. The Data Support Developer will also assist with the QA testing process of data workflows during client onboarding and releases.
The Sky Road technology team consists of front-end developers, server-side developers, and data developers. The technology teams closely collaborate with each other, the client services team, and senior management to deliver the latest features into the Sky Road products. This role will ensure the client’s experience is a success.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Integrations, the surface that connects every Typeform experience to the tools customers use to run their business.
Integrations is where Typeform stops being a destination and becomes part of the customer’s stack. Every response captured can flow into a CRM, a marketing tool, a database, a chat, or a spreadsheet, wherever the next step happens. That layer needs to be deep, dependable, and easy to extend, at the scale of 500 million responses a year for 150,000 businesses across the long tail of tools they rely on. It has to be reliable, observable, secure, and able to scale as customer stacks become more sophisticated.
In this role, you will own Integrations end to end. You will evolve the platform while partnering with Automations and Typeform AI to make the integrations layer the substrate for both customer configured and agentic workflows.
Your work will define how Typeform plugs into the rest of the SaaS world for tens of thousands of customers, and how AI agents take action through it.
The Integrations team owns the layer that connects Typeform to the broader SaaS ecosystem: the connectors, auth flows, the action catalog, and the partner experience that makes it all work. Hundreds of millions of integration calls flow through this surface every year.
The team sits inside the Workflow Automations group alongside Automations, and works closely with Data Capture upstream, as well as with the Partnerships team and external partners across the long tail of tools customers rely on.

In this position, you will bridge the gap between manual and automated testing, leading the transition toward a highly automated, AI-assisted QA environment.
You will join the Data Import team, a cross-functional product team that owns one of the most foundational capabilities of the Lucanet platform. It's where the platform starts: the team brings large volumes of customer data into Lucanet, organizes it into reporting entities, and that's what unlocks the entire platform for our customers.
This capability underpins month-end closing and financial reporting for our customers. The team works closely with other product areas within Consolidation Financial Planning and the Data Platform team to ensure reliability, scalability, and data correctness.
From a quality perspective, this area comes with real complexity: high data volumes, complex business rules, and strong expectations around accuracy. The team is actively evolving how quality is owned, moving from traditional QA towards quality engineering and developer-led testing, with QA acting as a strategic partner across the full software development life cycle.
The core mission for this project is to implement a robust 'developer-led testing' methodology. We are actively shifting quality responsibilities to the development team, empowering our developers to write their own tests. Your role will be to act as a quality consultant, guiding, pair-programming, and verifying the work of the developers rather than solely writing tests in isolation. You will also work closely with a wider QA community of seven automation engineers to ensure our testing strategy is scalable.

Our EMEA Boomi Product Support team is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong blend of technical acumen and communication skills, passionate about helping customers. Coaching other support engineers on difficult technical integration issues and actively participating in our community, leveraging their skills and experience to provide further support to our community members.
Leading knowledge-sharing sessions, writing advanced technical documentation, and contributing to internal training
Prioritizing and managing escalated issues with our internal development teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, managing customer expectations, setting priorities, and communicating complex technical issues across a wide audience with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Using and leveraging Boomi’s AI-driven tools and continuously looking for opportunities to engage with their peers, our customer-facing internal teams, and other internal stakeholders on this topic.

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study.

Experience with enterprise integration tools that can be used to extend the team’s knowledge.

The Problem and the Role
OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions.
We are seeking a Developer Experience Lead, who will report to the head of Product Growth, to own the entire developer-facing surface of our platform, from documentation to integration support to API governance. We have built a world-class financial engine, but how external developers experience that engine has no owner. This role fills that gap.
This is a foundational role. You will be the first hire in this function. You will architect the documentation ecosystem from the ground up, define the processes that keep it accurate as the platform evolves, and directly support the clients who integrate with our APIs. Over time, you will shape how Developer Experience operates as a discipline at OpenFX, influencing product decisions, integration strategy, and the developer journey end-to-end.
You will set the bar higher than industry standards, building a knowledge system that turns complex FX liquidity and cross-border payment flows into a Hello World integration in under 15 minutes.

As a Staff Backend Engineer (Python) on the Duo Chat team in AI Engineering, you'll lead the backend architecture that powers GitLab Duo Chat across the GitLab DevSecOps platform. You'll solve hard problems in building reliable, secure, and scalable AI-powered chat workflows so customers can plan, write, review, and secure code faster, with confidence. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll set direction for how we integrate and evolve large language model providers (including Google Vertex AI) across Ruby on Rails and Python services, raise the bar on observability and testing, and guide the team through ambiguous, high-impact technical decisions. Over your first year, you'll be expected to drive key architectural choices, reduce technical debt that slows iteration, and help the team ship durable improvements to response quality, reliability, and maintainability.

The Duo Chat team sits within GitLab's AI Engineering organization and is responsible for building and evolving GitLab Duo Chat, the AI-powered chat experience embedded across the GitLab DevSecOps platform. You'll work with a small, cross-functional group of backend, frontend, and AI specialists who collaborate asynchronously across time zones, using GitLab issues, merge requests, and documentation as the primary way of working. The team focuses on integrating and scaling generative AI capabilities (including providers like Google Vertex AI), improving reliability and performance, and strengthening debugging, observability, and testing workflows so customers can safely use AI to plan, write, review, and secure their code across GitLab.
