About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve one of the most important areas of the Typeform experience, product usage and growth.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Data, Marketing, and Lifecycle. You will own the full journey across onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement, helping customers discover value faster and return more often.
The opportunity is significant. We have a strong testing and publishing motion, but there is still a large gap between users creating forms and becoming active, retained customers. This role is central to improving that journey and turning usage into sustainable revenue growth.
You will partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Research, Data, and Engineering to define and execute a clear growth strategy across the customer lifecycle. This is not a role for someone who waits for perfect information or builds roadmaps around ideas alone. We are looking for someone who starts with the problem, uses data to identify opportunities, and moves quickly to test and learn.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Integrations, the surface that connects every Typeform experience to the tools customers use to run their business.
Integrations is where Typeform stops being a destination and becomes part of the customer’s stack. Every response captured can flow into a CRM, a marketing tool, a database, a chat, or a spreadsheet, wherever the next step happens. That layer needs to be deep, dependable, and easy to extend, at the scale of 500 million responses a year for 150,000 businesses across the long tail of tools they rely on. It has to be reliable, observable, secure, and able to scale as customer stacks become more sophisticated.
In this role, you will own Integrations end to end. You will evolve the platform while partnering with Automations and Typeform AI to make the integrations layer the substrate for both customer configured and agentic workflows.
Your work will define how Typeform plugs into the rest of the SaaS world for tens of thousands of customers, and how AI agents take action through it.
The Integrations team owns the layer that connects Typeform to the broader SaaS ecosystem: the connectors, auth flows, the action catalog, and the partner experience that makes it all work. Hundreds of millions of integration calls flow through this surface every year.
The team sits inside the Workflow Automations group alongside Automations, and works closely with Data Capture upstream, as well as with the Partnerships team and external partners across the long tail of tools customers rely on.
Integrations is where Typeform stops being a destination and becomes part of the customer’s stack. You will own the layer that connects 150,000 businesses to the hundreds of tools they rely on: the connectors, auth, the action catalog, and the platform that makes it all work.
You will also help lead the shift from manual connections to agentic action, the moment integrations stop being a checkbox and become the substrate every workflow and every agent runs through.

About the role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and evolve Data Capture, the surface where every Typeform creator builds and every respondent answers.
Typeform's respondent experience is widely recognised as one of the best in the market. Behind that experience sits Data Capture: the form builder, the blocks library that powers every question and interaction, and the formats through which respondents engage. As Typeform expands into new use cases and AI powered experiences, this surface must evolve toward a composable foundation that supports conversational, page based, embedded, video, voice, and AI moderated interactions from a unified architecture.
In this role, you will lead the strategic direction of Data Capture across three teams. You will manage two Senior Product Managers, carry IC ownership on one of the teams, and drive the architectural evolution of the surface into the composable primitives.
About the team
Data Capture owns the creator and respondent experience end to end. It is made up of three teams:
• Create & Design — the form builder, design system, brand kits, and multi language.
• Blocks — the library of question types and the renderer that powers them across every experience.
• Agentic forms — AI-native surfaces: voice agents, video interviews, and AI-moderated flows where the form thinks, asks follow-ups, and adapts in real time.
The group works closely with platform engineering, product design, Typeform AI, Integrations, and the teams driving end to end customer journeys. Its mission is to keep Typeform's surface market leading on craft while expanding into the components and formats our customers need.
Things you will do
• Define and drive the strategy for Data Capture in line with the Group's vision and priorities, with a clear thesis and quarterly sequencing for 2026 and 2027
• Lead the replatforming of the surface into composable primitives consumable across multiple surfaces in the organisation
• Define and ship the AI-native evolution of Data Capture: Smart Blocks, AI-moderated interviews, voice and video respondent flows, and the primitives that make them composable
• Partner with Typeform AI to land agentic respondent experiences in production at the scale of 500 million responses a year, without fragmenting the core platform
• Hold the quality bar across the group on specs, discovery, instrumentation, and craft
• Partner closely with engineering on architectural decisions that shape the future of the platform
• Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, and product leadership to align on priorities and technical direction
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision making.
• Use data and customer insight to identify opportunities and measure product impact.
• Show strong ownership and high agency: proactively identify risks, unblock teams, and push things forward
• Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, and sales to align on priorities and technical direction
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and shifts in customer expectations to identify opportunities and guide strategy
What you already bring to the table
• A strategic thinker with strong product instincts and high ownership
• AI-native operator: builds with LLMs, agents, and tool-use frameworks daily and treats AI fluency as a core multiplier, not a buzzword. Has a point of view on what AI-first respondent experiences should feel like
• Real depth in agentic systems, LLM orchestration, tool use, or action execution frameworks, with a view on how they ship in production at scale
• Architectural conviction: Familiarity with platform architecture, sufficient to partner on renderer refactoring and modular and composable architecture decisions
• Technical depth: comfort engaging with engineers on architecture, system design, and the underlying primitives (APIs, webhooks, rendered components, data contracts, event flows) that connect blocks to downstream consumers, not only the abstraction layer
• Comfort with technical trade off discussions around performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and architectural direction
• Experience managing Product Managers while owning IC work on one team
• Experience defining mid and long term product strategy across multiple teams in fast moving environments
• Strong product sense and the ability to identify what creates a great creator and respondent experience
• Customer first mindset with strong discovery and validation skills; pairs early customer signal with data to test ideas fast
• A data driven approach to decision making and prioritisation; able to set the measurement model for a surface without leaning on a data analyst for every question
• Strong storytelling and strategic framing: able to bring alignment and influence group and leadership level decisions through clarity and narrative
• High agency: doesn't wait to be told, thrives in moving things forward proactively
• Passionate about mentoring others and contributing to a strong product culture
• Always learning, always improving, and invested in building great things with others

• Familiarity with AI enhanced product experiences such as AI moderated workflows, smart logic, or agentic flows
• Experience leading platform or infrastructure level product initiatives
• Experience driving architectural or platform refactoring initiatives, especially transitions from product facing to platform composable structures
• Experience with developer facing surfaces such as webhooks, APIs, SDKs, and event systems

We're looking for a Data Platform Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our core data infrastructure. You'll work on pipelines, platform tooling, and data quality, helping us scale reliably and build good engineering habits along the way.
You'll report to the Senior Data Platform Manager and collaborate closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Platform Engineering. This is a hands-on role — you'll spend most of your time building, fixing, and improving, with growing opportunities to shape technical decisions as you settle in.

About the role
We are looking for a Head of Creative to define and lead the evolution of Typeform’s brand and creative expression as the company enters its next stage of growth.
Typeform is expanding from a form builder into a broader platform for building powerful customer interactions and workflows. As the product evolves, the brand must evolve with it. This role will shape how Typeform is understood in the market, ensuring our narrative and visual identity reflect the full ambition of the platform.
As Head of Creative, you will lead the strategy, craft, and systems behind the brand across every marketing touchpoint. From shaping the brand identity to building scalable creative systems that power marketing across channels, you will ensure our creative work communicates clearly, consistently, and with impact.
You will lead and grow a multidisciplinary creative team while establishing the processes and infrastructure needed to deliver high quality creative at scale. Your work will define how Typeform shows up to millions of people around the world.
What you will do
• Lead the evolution and repositioning of the Typeform brand as the product and platform expand
• Define the creative vision and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
• Drive the rollout of a refreshed brand identity and narrative that reflects the company’s product evolution
• Build scalable creative systems and processes that support marketing across web, campaigns, product launches, and content
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team across design, copy, motion, and production
• Partner closely with marketing, product design, and leadership to align brand storytelling with product strategy and growth goals
• Work with performance marketing and growth teams to ensure creative supports experimentation, conversion optimisation, and channel performance

• Significant experience leading creative teams within high growth technology companies
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic brand thinking and exceptional creative execution
• Experience evolving or repositioning a brand as a company and product expands
• Strong cross functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and build alignment across teams
• Deep creative craft across design, copy, motion, or production, with the ability to mentor and guide creative talent
• Experience building scalable brand systems, creative processes, and operational frameworks
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and how creative supports acquisition and conversion
• Fluency with modern creative tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity with emerging AI driven creative workflows
