The Role

We are currently seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our organisation as the lead product contributor shaping our Workflow Platform. The Workflow Platform is a foundational infrastructure investment for Addepar, acting as the critical orchestration layer that nearly every major new product initiative relies upon.

In this highly visible domain, you will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and execution for the substrate that powers client-defined automation, next-generation AI agents, and internal developer tools. • Power Client-Defined Automation: You will provide the engine that makes scalable, client-defined automation possible without requiring a bespoke engineering project for each use case.
• Provide the Execution Layer for AI Agents: You will build a reliable execution layer that allows our AI assistants to perform long-running, multi-step tasks deterministically without timing out or losing state.

The Role

We are currently seeking a full stack Software Engineer to join our Feed & Workflow Intelligence team!

We are part of a new initiative that seeks to leverage machine learning & artificial intelligence in order to accelerate the velocity of onboarding data (think everything from unstructured PDFs to complex CSV and Excel data sets) to the Addepar Data Lakehouse - Addepar’s proprietary system for managing data across the entire company. The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the R&D Operations (R&D Ops) team at Addepar. R&D Ops serves as an internal shared services team for coordinating, supporting, and optimizing how teams work within the R&D organization. The team’s mandate includes the following: 

• Operationalize standards for the efficient execution of Initiative management
• Streamline the process for how work gets into the R&D Planning pipeline to lay the path for OKR fulfillment
• Provide guidance and governance on best practices for teams through standards and processes

Join Addepar’s Application Security team as a Senior Application Security Engineer focused on embedding security deeply into our development lifecycle by building, automating, and maintaining security controls at scale. This role will also work on pushing AI initiatives forward and defining how our engineering teams securely implement AI, while simultaneously integrating wider workflows into our own security processes. The Role

We are seeking an experienced backend software engineer to join the Platform Integrations team!

We are looking for a senior engineer to join us in building client onboarding solutions, to enable clients to bring their data on to our systems, allowing them to report, analyze, and understand their data, and work with all their data in one central place.

We interface with product and client solutions teams to gain a deep understanding of the data and of client’s needs. We implement performant workflows that our users depend on for their day-to-day operations. We maintain the Python framework that enables teams across Addepar to build their own workflows on the Data Lakehouse.

The Platform Integration team is passionate about handling large volumes of data, automation to reduce manual effort, and guiding and impacting best practices in how teams across Addepar use the Lakehouse Platform.

Solutions Consultants/Architects are responsible for designing and implementing out-of-the-box solutions for new clients, ensuring that we are efficiently and effectively onboarding some of the world’s most sophisticated investors. They are focused on identifying how Addepar can unlock significant value for our clients’ businesses and regularly call upon their analytical skills in order to advise clients on how to model and examine their financial instruments and assets. They have a deep understanding of both finance and technology, take ownership of our clients’ happiness and excel at project governance. 

Our ideal candidate has a history of providing a superior client experience directly in investment management or in software deployments of a related domain. Part of the broader Addepar Data Management organisation, the Portfolio Data Operations team is responsible for ensuring Addepar's clients have timely and high quality data. This will include overseeing the processing of transactions and positions so that it meets client timelines, ensuring data quality through verification checks, and helping clients with their data support questions. The Portfolio Data Operations team sits at the nexus of Addepar's activity and requires daily communications with data providers, clients, and other personnel within Data Operations and across the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily internal verification checks to ensure portfolio account data is accurate and available within SLAs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and data feed processing exceptions, and triage with Engineering Support when needed.
• Complete and maintain operational workflows, and identify and implement opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate with Client Support, Solution Architects, and other members of Sales and Services to address client data inquiries and requests.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design, test, and implement new processes and tooling features that improve data quality as well as increase operational efficiency.
• Participate in broad company initiatives to stand up new product offerings and services.

Who You Are 

• Prior work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with deep knowledge of capital markets, trade processing and lifecycle, and middle/back-office operations systems.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to details and a passion for problem solving!
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of multitasking and prioritising effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Very team-oriented, balanced, and forward thinking.
• Technical skills preferred in any or all of the following: Microsoft Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Jira, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other common financial services systems and applications.
