Overview

As a Training and Development Specialist (TDS), you are responsible for contributing to and participating in the creation, curation, and delivery of adult learning programs for Rithum. In this role you utilize internal knowledge resources to develop a curriculum that reflects best practices and technical detail and organizes training activities to deliver and maintain appropriate content across multiple mediums. You demonstrate familiarity with instructional methods, content organization, and skills development, and leverage these skills to ensure knowledge acquisition, application, and retention.

As a Senior Software Engineer for our Retailers business function, you are responsible for writing efficient, well-structured, and maintainable code, setting an example for other engineers as a subject matter expert, mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers.  You work closely with our lead designers and architects to drive our product forward and to ensure the scalability, maintainability and performance of our product suite.

Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you are an integral partner in the sales cycle assisting the GTM (Go-To-Market) Sales Organization by presenting both platform and service offerings to establish confidence in Rithum’s technology infrastructure and to overcome all technical objections in the sales cycle. You identify and understand business requirements and execute a technical sales strategy, effectively showing the solutions that address these requirements while highlighting business value.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue opportunities with new and expansion of existing accounts in collaboration with sales and client success teams.
• Support the solutions discovery process for technical, functional, and overall value proposition of our retailer and brand solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proofs-of concept, strategic recommendations, and product demonstrations in person and via Zoom.
• Evaluate prospective and current client’s business goals, data & systems integration requirements, and recommend effective strategies to meet these needs.
• Communicate market feedback to product management and services for incorporation to future product developments and service offerings.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a positive and strategic handoff to service teams sharing documentation of goals and requirements generated during sales cycle.
• Participate in self-paced learning to improve understanding of all Rithum products.
• Stay informed regarding changes in the industry environment.

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

• 2+ years of presales consultative experience and/or management of an ecommerce program generating $5million+
• Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on discovery, positioning and business justification
• Experience in a technical environment, specifically dealing with data optimization
