As we expand into India and build out a new operation, we're searching for a talented and motivated Principal Analytics Engineer (Data Architect) to serve as a thought leader in our data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for the end-to-end system design and architecture of our business critical analytical systems (DWs). This role will be responsible for the design and development of a governed, reliable, and scalable analytics ecosystem, transforming raw data into high-value, performant data products for DS/ML, analytics, and reporting.

A key aspect of this role is providing thought leadership and architecting efficient, large-scale data transformation systems within Snowflake. You will have demonstrated experience architecting data solutions for SaaS companies, specifically within the Go-To-Market (GTM), Marketing, Customer Experience, and Financial business domains. Working as a strategic advisor to BI analysts, Data Scientists, and business leadership, you will drive the organization's data strategy, ensure data accessibility, and foster data democratization across the enterprise.

This full-time position reports to the Director of Analytics Engineering and is based in Smartsheet’s corporate offices in Bengaluru, India.

You Will:

Lead the end-to-end system design and architecture for large, complex analytics systems, optimizing data transformations from our data lake in Snowflake into analytical data products (DWs).
Define and drive the adoption of design standards, architectural principles, and data modeling methodologies (including Data Vault (DV 2.0) and dimensional modeling) across the organization.
Propose and drive strategic initiatives and coordinate the technical roadmap for analytical systems across the engineering organization partnering closely with the Big Data Platforms (BDP) team.
Serve as the data architect for critical SaaS business domains, including Go-To-Market, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance, translating ambiguous business problems into scalable technical analytical solutions.
Develop and implement the organization's data strategy for data quality, observability, and testing, raising the bar for engineering quality.
Architect and guide teams to build and maintain a governed, robust, reliable, and scalable analytics system leveraging Gen AI capabilities including AI-assisted code development practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to BI analysts, data scientists, and business leaders, educating and advising leadership on technical data topics and data accessibility strategies.
Foster data democratization via activation of data on critical platforms like Smartsheet Platform, Amplitude, ThoughtSpot, Gainsight & Salesforce.
Actively mentor analytics engineers and provide mentorship across disciplines, leading forums such as guilds, design reviews, and engineering forums.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data privacy needs and define data masking strategies aligned with industry compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).

You Have:

12+ years of experience in advanced data modeling, data architecture, and data warehousing. This role is expected to do development activities in combination of the data architecture scope, so hands-on experience is necessary.
Deep expertise and 10+ years of hands-on experience with Data Vault (DV 2.0) and Dimensional Modeling.
Expert-level knowledge of modern data stacks, including Snowflake, dbt, and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, GitLab pipelines).
Proven experience architecting and building analytical products for SaaS companies in GTM, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Financial data domains.
Comprehensive understanding of data topologies (e.g., data mesh, hub/spoke) and data modeling methodologies (e.g., Data Vault, Kimball, Inmon).
Demonstrated ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments where the strategy may not be defined.
Proven experience with building and maintaining business analytics layers and semantic layers to enable self-service for non-technical end-users.
Strong production experience supporting and maintaining analytics/data warehouse solutions with mission-critical datasets.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience educating and advising senior leadership and mentoring teams across disciplines.
Strong knowledge of data governance principles, CI/CD practices (e.g., GitLab), self-serve analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, ThoughtSpot), and cloud architectures (AWS preferred).

You Have:

6+ years of experience in advanced data modeling using Data Vault (DV 2.0), dbt, and Snowflake.
Proven experience in building analytics systems with data transformation, dependency, and workload management (Data Vault, AutomateDV, dbt core, Airflow, Snowflake, GitLab, SQL).
Proven experience with building and maintaining business analytics layers and semantic layers to enable self-service for non-technical end-users.
Strong production experience supporting and maintaining analytics/data warehouse solutions with mission-critical datasets.

You Will:

Help to create, evolve, and maintain the reporting infrastructure for the Sales organization to facilitate data across the organization
Partner with engineering, data science, and other analytics teams to build scalable analytics solutions with a focus on reporting capabilities
Mine large datasets to ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes
Analyze and monitor data for anomalies, with a focus on data quality and consistency within reports
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance, pipeline health, and other critical metrics
Automate report generation and distribution to improve efficiency
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior analysts on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and reporting best practices
Ensure data governance and data integrity across all reporting tools and platforms

You Have:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business, or economics)
5+ years of experience in an analytics/engineering role with increasing responsibility
Experience in Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM)
Expertise in SQL and preparing data for analysis, modeling, and visualization
3+ years of experience using Python for data analysis / automation
3+ years of experience with dbt core
3+ years of experience with Git (Gitlab, Github etc.) and CI/CD concepts like branching, merging, Code Reviews etc.
Demonstrated experience with a modern engineering tech stack (Airflow, AWS, Docker etc.)

About This Role

Manifest Global operates four brands across 50+ countries, generating data across thousands of schools, hundreds of thousands of students, and 1,000+ university partners. Counselor behaviour, student application journeys, university conversion rates, placement outcomes, attribution revenue - it's all there. The data exists. The question is whether the infrastructure around it is good enough to make it useful.

Right now, the data platform works. Pipelines run, the warehouse holds data, the BI layer surfaces reports. But Manifest is growing - new brands, new markets, new activation use cases - and the infrastructure needs to scale with it. There are pipelines that need to be more reliable. Transformation logic that needs to be cleaner. Warehouse design that needs to handle more volume without degrading performance. And an activation layer - reverse ETL, operational analytics, data flowing into the tools the business actually uses - that is still being built.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will own significant parts of the data platform end to end - ingestion, transformation, warehouse, activation - and you will be one of the people who determines whether Manifest's data infrastructure is a genuine competitive advantage or a persistent constraint. You will work closely with Principal Engineers, Product, and business stakeholders across all four brands, and you will be expected to operate with the ownership and judgment of someone who has built production-grade data systems before.

What makes this role different: Manifest has real data - cross-brand, multi-geography, commercially significant data. The stack is modern: Snowflake, dbt, Hevo, Airtable, Metabase. The problems are real. And when the data infrastructure surfaces the right insight, it changes a decision that affects real students and real institutions.

What You Will Own

1. AI Infrastructure for Data Engineering

Design and build AI-assisted development tooling - LLM-powered code generation for dbt models, SQL transformations, and pipeline scaffolding that dramatically reduces time-to-production for new data assets
Build intelligent data quality and anomaly detection systems - AI-driven monitoring that learns normal patterns across pipelines and surfaces anomalies before they propagate downstream, replacing manual threshold-based alerting
Implement AI-augmented data cataloguing and lineage - automated documentation generation, schema understanding, and semantic tagging so engineers spend less time writing docs and more time building
Develop AI-powered pipeline debugging and root cause analysis - tooling that diagnoses failures, traces impact through the DAG, and proposes fixes rather than requiring engineers to trace failures manually
Build and maintain the infrastructure that supports AI features - vector stores, embedding pipelines, retrieval layers, and model serving infrastructure that powers AI capabilities across Cialfo, BridgeU, and Explore
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI developer tools - stay ahead of how AI tooling (Claude, Cortex AI, GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs) can be embedded into the team's workflow to shorten feedback loops and accelerate feature delivery

2. Data Warehouse Design, Cost & Maintenance

Own significant portions of the Snowflake data warehouse - schema design, performance optimisation, and the integrity of the data models that the rest of the stack depends on
Apply strong data warehousing methodologies: dimensional modelling, layered transformation logic, clear separation between raw, staged, and served layers
Design and build cross-brand data primitives - shared, canonical data layers for K12, Student, University, and Application data that work consistently across Cialfo, BridgeU, and Kaaiser. This is active work and a critical foundation for the multi-brand data platform
Own Snowflake cost optimisation - monitor warehouse spend, identify high-cost queries and sync jobs, right-size warehouse configurations, and drive measurable reductions in monthly compute spend.
Ensure the warehouse handles increasing data volumes from across all four brands without degrading query performance or downstream reliability

3. ETL/ELT Pipelines, Scheduling & Transformation Logic

Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines - ingestion via Hevo or similar, transformation via dbt, SQL-based logic that is clean, documented, and maintainable
Design and manage Snowflake Task DAGs - build and maintain dependency-chained task graphs for ingestion, LLM processing, and sync workflows. Understand how to structure root tasks, child tasks, CRON scheduling, warehouse assignment, and failure isolation so pipelines don't cascade-fail
Own Airtable as an operational data layer - manage Snowflake-to-Airtable and Airtable-to-Snowflake sync workflows, including the SNOWFLAKE_TO_AIRTABLE_TABLELIST sync config, upsert logic, incremental filters, and sync cost optimisation. Airtable is both a key data source and a reporting destination across brands
Build and own reverse ETL workflows that activate warehouse data into operational tools - getting the right data into the hands of the teams that need it, not just into dashboards
Take full ownership of pipeline failures: root cause identification, fix, downstream impact analysis, and prevention - not just resolution

4. Data Quality & Reliability

Define and enforce data quality standards across datasets you own - automated validations, delta checks, row counts, time-based monitoring
Build monitoring and alerting that surfaces problems before they reach the business
Document data lineage, transformation assumptions, and technical decisions so the platform is understandable and maintainable as the team grows

5. BI Platform & Reporting

Maintain and enhance the existing BI layer - Metabase and build reporting interfaces that non-technical stakeholders can actually use
Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions
Communicate clearly across all four brands - be the person who can explain a data problem in business terms and a business problem in data terms

What Success Looks Like

You'll start by building a complete picture of the current state - which pipelines are fragile, where data quality is inconsistent, what the highest-impact improvements look like, and where activation use cases aren't yet built. You will have a point of view on where to move first.

From there, the infrastructure will be measurably more reliable. Pipelines that were breaking will run consistently. Data quality issues will be caught early or prevented entirely. The BI layer will be getting used - not just maintained.

Over time, the data platform will be something the business genuinely relies on - fast enough to support the pace of growth, reliable enough that data consumers trust what they are looking at, and built in a way that the next engineer who joins can understand and extend without starting from scratch.

About You

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience

Experience

5+ years building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines and data warehouses - not prototypes, but systems that real business decisions depend on
Strong experience architecting and implementing large-scale business intelligence solutions
Strong experience in data warehouse design and advanced SQL
Hands-on experience with the modern data stack: Snowflake (or equivalent cloud warehouse), dbt, Hevo or Airbyte or similar

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Data Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Tech Ops division. THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Senior Data Analyst Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Data Enablement - this role will be responsible for unlocking analytics across the company. You'll serve as a critical data and technical partner that empowers our Sales, TAM, and Customer Success teams with the deep product insights they need to succeed. The Senior Data Analyst Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Data Enablement - this role will be responsible for unlocking analytics across the company. You will do this through a combination of data lifecycle ownership, data tooling enablement and outreach programs designed to foster the safe usage of scalable data models for reporting and analytic consumption.

You'll serve as a critical data and technical partner that empowers our Sales, TAM, and Customer Success teams with the deep product insights they need to succeed. An average week will find you partnering with these teams to understand their measurement needs, reviewing engineering plans to ensure we capture critical data signals from the Auth0 product and developing data products that drive key success metrics. What you’ll be doing

Partner with peers and leaders in Sales, TAM, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Program Management to develop scalable measurement strategies for our data assets, products and services
Drive scalable, semantic data models that can support stakeholders both inside of Auth0 and across the enterprise
Educate and enlighten data stakeholders with newly available objects and models that will unlock product, revenue, sales and business insights
Build reusable data models that support key concepts of the business (Entitlement, Activation, Utilization, Engagement, etc.)
Deliver executive dashboards and product insights based on foundational productionalized data models

What you’ll bring to the role

5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or analytics engineering, or product management
5+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Streamlit, PowerBI, Sigma, Omni, etc.)
5+ years of SQL experience
Strong understanding of data lifecycle management including instrumentation, governance, modeling and self-service interfaces
Experience working within a Jira/Agile environment to manage and prioritize technical work.
Build relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand product data needs, distill business requirements into technical documentation and prioritize work accordingly
Excellent business acumen and emotional intelligence in ambiguous environments

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Risk Management team you will develop best in class credit risk strategies that reward our members and deliver value to Liberis. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and workstreams that provide credit risk insights while ensuring we stay within the organisation’s risk appetite.

You should have experience in a similar analytical role where you have used statistical and analytical tools to drive innovative strategy changes. You should be able to derive insights from data and be able to present results in a concise way to relevant stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

1. Risk Data Architecture & Structuring

Design and maintain scalable credit risk data marts and portfolio datasets.
Define and document data definitions, schemas, and maintain metric logic for key risk indicators (e.g. delinquency, roll rates, vintage curves, loss metrics).
Partner with Data Engineering to optimise warehouse structures (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift or equivalent) and to improve the accuracy, consistency, and automation of risk reporting processes.
Ensure consistency and governance across risk, finance, and commercial datasets.
Validate and reconcile underlying data sources, ensuring data quality standards are upheld.
Use data to ensure the execution of our strategy is in line with expectations with the right governance, control, and monitoring.

2. Building scalable Reporting & Automation layer

Build reusable reporting layers that scale as origination volumes and product complexity increase.
Create self-serve reporting environments for risk stakeholders while maintaining control frameworks.
Prepare reporting and datasets for new initiatives on an ad-hoc basis and deep-dive insights required by Risk, Finance, and executive and senior leadership.
Create ability to do data mining by the rest of the risk team.
Bring visibility to more datasets that will support risk team’s day-to-day analytics and operational management towards SLAs

3. Supporting Portfolio Monitoring & Analytical Frameworks (Build scalable monitoring frameworks covering as below)

What we think you’ll need

Senior Data Engineer

This role will serve as core member of a data engineering team assigned to one of WPP’s major global clients, who will be maintaining and expanding upon a global data warehouse, automated reports, and data provisioning applications to ensure that media and marketing stakeholders the world will have access to the right data and insights to inform their marketing decisions.

WPP has developed the Measure platform, a stack of standardized technologies (Adverity for collection, DBT for modelling, Google Cloud Platform for orchestration, computing, and storage, and Microsoft PowerBI for visualization) and templates to speed the deployment and simplify support for automated reporting and analytics tools.

The team’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain a global Measure-based reporting solution, leveraging existing templates where applicable and building custom collectors, data models, cloud architectures, and/or visualizations when required. The team will automate the collection and transformation of disparate marketing data into a single source of truth, continually improving it to incorporate new data sources, and to derive new insights, to support ever-evolving business demands.

As an Senior Data Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include deploying and troubleshooting standardized Adverity data collection templates, QAing landed versus source data using self-developed scripts and manual processes, gathering platform and ad account parameters from upstream stakeholders, working within and contributing to the team building the data warehousing solution, adhering to technical standards and best practices, and contributing to the documentation of custom work.

In doing so you will exhibit a foundational understanding of cloud technology and key data engineering skills and knowledge to help your team in this fast-evolving and in-demand industry.

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Data Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Tech Ops division. What You Will Be Doing

Lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions across Voice AI, Computer Vision, and Conversational AI domains.
You will architect and build production-grade AI systems that enhance our monitoring and analytics platform, improve customer support experiences, and enable intelligent automation across our EV charging infrastructure.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that directly improve the experience for millions of EV drivers and operators worldwide.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

Deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, Django, and modern backend frameworks for AI service development
Hands-on experience with LLM engineering: LangChain, LangGraph, Amazon Bedrock/OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
Strong experience with Elasticsearch including vector search, hybrid search (BM25 + dense embeddings), and semantic retrieval
Proficiency with vector databases (Qdrant, ChromaDB, Pinecone) and embedding-based retrieval systems
Experience building production LLM systems with focus on low-latency inference, caching strategies, and observability
Strong foundation in distributed systems design, microservices architecture, and event-driven patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (query optimization, schema design), Redis, MongoDB, and message queues
Track record of optimizing system performance with measurable improvements (latency reduction, cost optimization)

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years focused on AI/ML systems in production
Tech/B.E. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field from a top-tier institution
Experience with Voice AI systems, telephony integrations (Genesys, SIP), and speech processing pipelines
Background in computer vision, image processing, or visual transformer architectures
Data engineering experience with Airflow, DBT, and analytics platforms (ClickHouse, Trino, Iceberg)
Experience working with massive datasets (50TB+) and building scalable data pipelines
Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning techniques (LoRA/QLoRA) for domain-specific applications
Familiarity with RLHF-style preference tuning and model alignment techniques
Experience with observability and monitoring stacks including metrics, logging, and tracing
Certifications in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or related specialization.
