What you’ll do:

• Manage and monitor client communications, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and escalation when appropriate
• Track and coordinate client-submitted support tickets across internal teams through resolution

What you’ll need:

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, healthcare operations, consulting, or similar client-facing roles

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
• 12-15 years experience in designing and operationalizing software products at scale
• High proficiency of both written and verbal English communication
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget
• Proven success in growing and managing geographically distributed teams using successful recruiting, employee development, and retention
• Prior experience in B2B enterprise SaaS startup
• Experience with US Healthcare standards and regulations, e.g. FHIR/HL7, HIPAA
• Experience with Payment Integrity (PI), Claims data processing and applied ML in healthcare or life sciences

• 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, or quantitative analysis in a production environment.

The Medical Director, Clinical Strategy, will report to the Managing Medical Director, Clinical Strategy and be a fundamental physician driver of new clinical program design, strategy, and innovation – working closely with prospective and current clients as we rapidly expand. This role will be primarily responsible for performing compliance reporting reviews and audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, NCQA, URAC and client contractual requirements. This role will also assist with data collection, analysis and reporting for process improvement efforts.

• Ensures compliance with regulations by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; will provide recommendations for improvement and coaching as necessary
• Manages quality assurance for monthly ODAG universe submissions; reviews client validation results and ensures appropriate follow-up and closure of issues; manages any subsequent corrective actions and ensures appropriate root cause analysis is conducted.

Opportunity Overview:

Cohere is looking for an experienced payment integrity strategist to join our payment solutions team as we seek to expand to new payer clients. You will be a key member of the growth function, leading the process to help prospects develop the strategy and business case for PI transformation.

You will be charged with quickly developing a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and Cohere’s market-leading platform, which includes reimbursement, clinical and technology aspects. You will apply this understanding, together with your creative problem-solving and analytical skills, to support the sales function by developing compelling business cases for complex enterprise software partnerships. What you will do:

• Lead consultative process to help prospects develop the strategy and business case for PI transformation:
• Collaborate with sales executives and prospects to understand prospective customers’ business, adjudication, technical, and compliance needs
• Collaborate with product, selections, operations, and integrations team
  to recommend Cohere solutions for the client’s needs
• Collaborate with selections team to quantify savings for prospective clients
• Prepare executive presentations for prospective customers
• Project manage cross-functional proposal / pricing process
• Ensure client buy-in and internal sign-off on proposal documents
• Draft statements of work to appropriately reflect client requirements and Cohere capabilities 
• Partner with solution architecture and implementation teams to ensure requirements translate into build plan
• Apply expertise to develop thought leadership content that helps clients shape their PI transformation agendas

What you’ll need:

Your background & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.  Graduate degree in relevant field (e.g., MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
• 7+ years of experience in similar role for a payment integrity vendor, health-tech company, healthcare consulting, or health plan
• Deep experience selling into, or working with, health insurance plans across different lines of business
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, claims reimbursement, and payment integrity
• Understanding of health plan technology systems and workflows
  (e.g., core claims platforms, contract systems, claims data, analytics, etc.)
• Understanding of claims processing, ICD-10 Coding, and CPT/HCPCS coding
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical ability. Experience with financial analysis and return on investment modeling

The Solution Architect (SA) serves as a subject matter expert on Cohere Health solutions, maintaining deep knowledge of platform capabilities, products, features, and best practices. What you’ll do:

We are seeking a Senior Forward-Deployed Engineer to join our Forward Deployed Engineering team at Cohere Health. In this highly technical, customer-facing role, you will own end-to-end technical integration work with enterprise customers and partners—from pre-sales through production deployment—bridging complex healthcare systems with Cohere’s AI-first platform. • Deep expertise in data architecture and integration patterns: data modeling, transformation logic, schema design, and enterprise integration patterns (middleware, message queues, event-driven architectures)

Cohere is looking for a proactive Senior Implementation Manager to help lead implementations for new clients as we expand into new markets. In this customer-facing role, you’ll coordinate all activities needed for a successful launch and work closely with teams across the company.

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $270,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Data Governance Specialist to join our exceptional team. team. As the Lead Data Governance Specialist, your responsibility will be to ensure that the data in our application and analytics platform is trustworthy, reliable, organized, and well-managed to support real-time transactions and downstream analytics needs. You will be the data steward of key data assets for our organization - improving the governance and usability of the data.  You will work with engineering, products, analytics, clinical and operations to improve data quality, ensure proper data use, accessibility, and improve data literacy. The work will be fast-paced yet enterprise-centric, with evolving needs - requiring discipline, flexibility, curiosity, and grace under pressure.

You will be part of the Data & AI organization and build a Cohere data platform to support our downstream teams to optimize patient care paths.

What you’ll do:

• Drive best practices in data and information management throughout Cohere’s application and analytic platforms
• Work cross-functionally to establish and maintain an enterprise data catalog, capturing business, clinical & operational nuance and specificity, including data lineage and metric definitions
• Provide training and support to promote data discoverability and establish guardrails to ensure proper data use 
• Work with data producers, data engineering, and consumers to establish and maintain data contracts and data quality standards 
• Monitoring and maintaining a range of data quality dimensions, including but not limited to, data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness
• Accelerate our “shift left” data governance framework, including adherence to standards related to data validation, storage, access, and management
• Collaborate with compliance and IT to establish proper data security and privacy controls

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's in health informatics, data analytics, or related areas (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of data experience at a health technology company where health outcomes were critical to the mission, preferably a healthcare analytics company or population health organization
• Passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system and helping ensure every patient receives the best care possible
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with health technology data, including administrative, clinical, and patient outcome data, conducting in-depth analysis to support data-driven decision making
• Expertise in data governance practices, including data cataloging, lineage, and quality management
• Proven track record in leading through influence, ability to drive cross-functional complex data projects in a fast-paced and high-intensity “scale-up” environment desired
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with business, technical, and clinical leaders to define and govern data quality metrics
