About the Team

You'll lead the AI Platform Team, the engine room for agentic workflows at dbt Labs. This team doesn't just build features; it builds the Agentic Platform that powers both our internal AI features and external AI integrations.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Build, lead, and coach a team of 5–8 engineers focused on building a robust, scalable platform for AI agents.
• Architect the "Agent-First" Experience: Move dbt beyond a UI-driven tool by building the APIs and services required for agents to reason, plan, and execute within the dbt ecosystem.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years in people management leading high-performing software engineering teams.
• Experience with Agentic Architectures: You understand the lifecycle of an agentic loop (Plan -> Act -> Observe) and how to build infrastructure that supports it.
• Technical Breadth in APIs & Protocols: Deep experience with API design, and ideally, familiarity with emerging standards like MCP (Model Context Protocol) or OpenAI Function Calling.

About the Role

About the role

We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the Fusion roadmap — the future of dbt Labs' intellectual property and a critical driver of product-led growth. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain core features of MetricFlow, including metric definitions, query compilation, dimensional modeling, and SQL generation across multiple data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and others).

About the role:

• Design, implement, and scale the initial Go-to-Market (GTM) AI program, developing complex AI capabilities and agents that automate GTM use cases and workflows to materially improve productivity and scalability.
• Build and deploy AI agents that reduce manual data entry and enable more sophisticated, scalable outbound personalization.
• Create and launch programs that enable the broader GTM organization to increase its understanding and adoption of AI tools and capabilities, driving wide-scale impact through high-value use cases.
• Implement AI-driven outbound programs using tools such as Clay, Glean, Claude, and LLM APIs to automate account research, data enrichment, and personalized outreach sequences in support of marketing pipeline goals.
• Partner directly with GTM operations leaders across Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Enablement, and related functions to develop a deep understanding of current processes, systems, and procedures, identify productivity opportunities, and apply AI to drive measurable operational and sales impact.
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions for manual processes, measure outcomes, and iterate to improve GTM funnel performance and conversion.

You are a good fit if you have:

• 3+ years leading or driving automation programs focused on AI automation.
• 8+ years of experience embedded in GTM Engineering, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar teams, with a deep understanding of business operations and workflows and a strong track record of partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Prior experience building a new function or capability within an organization from the ground up.
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify complex organizational opportunities and design strategic, scalable solutions using AI automation.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to GTM problems, with the ability to walk through concrete examples and business impact.

We're looking for a high-impact, results-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to turn marketing data into decisions that drive pipeline and revenue. In this role, this person will be responsible for partnering closely with marketing leadership, delivering analytical insights for pipeline growth, with a primary focus on the EMEA region. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to translate strategic vision into high-performing, measurable systems.

What You'll Do 

• Serve as the dedicated Marketing Operations business partner for EMEA field and revenue marketing teams, owning MBR and pipeline reporting, regional planning, strategic projects and run the business management
• Partner with Marketing, Data and Sales Operations teams to utilize AI to drive optimization, productivity, and cost savings
• Streamline and optimize marketing processes — including campaign creation and audience segmentation
• Partner closely with SDR and Sales leaders to support lead funnel management and routing, lead processing, SLA management and lead scoring and qualification frameworks
• Partner with data analysts to define KPI logic and data requirements, with a strong understanding of how Salesforce data feeds into BI tools and how underlying data models are structured
