About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Python capabilities, and hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications that integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) Large Language Models (LLMs). We are also looking for him to be a full-stack Engineer with hands-on experience with mobile front-end hands-on experience with mobile front-end Flutter, React-native. This role blends traditional backend engineering expertise with next-generation AI agentic systems development, requiring not just system design skills, but also creativity in prompt engineering, AI product development and working with data-rich environments.
You will contribute to the design and implementation of intelligent backend services that coordinate LLMs, agents, and data workflows to support enterprise-grade agentic systems.

Job Summary:
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer at Reltio, you will be a key member of our new Data Quality team, responsible for building a cutting-edge Data Observability platform from scratch. This platform will provide automated profiling and anomaly detection across various data sources, including Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift), dbt, Kafka/streaming, and SaaS applications (SFDC/Dynamics). You will contribute to both the API and UI development, ensuring a robust and intuitive experience. This is an individual contributor role.

● Design, develop, and maintain the Data Observability platform using Python for the agentic and backend services.
● Implement robust and scalable APIs for seamless integration with various data sources
● Collaborate with frontend engineers on UI design and contribute to UI development as needed.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of the platform.
● Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance
● Ensure the platform's performance, reliability, and security through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices
● Mentor junior/middle engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Skills You Must Have:
● 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development, building scalable backend platforms.
● Expert hands‑on experience developing backend services and platform APIs using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
● Proven track record of delivering high‑quality enterprise SaaS platforms in high‑stakes environments.
● Experience delivering SaaS applications that scale and perform with low latency and high throughput.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of unit and integration testing with CI/CD as part of your development process.
● Experience working with AI and automation tools to improve productivity and delivery speed (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, VSCode Kilo Code, etc.)
Skills That Are Nice to Have:
● Familiarity with cloud-based development using AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and/or Microsoft Azure services (such as Lambda, S3, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, or Azure Functions)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr SDE – Reliability and Resiliency Engineering to drive platform reliability, resilience, and distributed systems robustness across the Reltio multi-cloud platform.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on strengthening reliability practices, operationalizing chaos engineering, improving observability-driven validation, and embedding resilience into the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience building and operating distributed systems, good knowledge of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes-based microservices, and the ability to contribute to resilience-focused design and engineering practices.

The Sr. Application Security Engineer will play a key role in embedding security into our development and release processes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security is a foundational part of software design, development, and deployment, promoting secure coding practices, shift-left methodologies, and the secure adoption of API-driven and AI-enabled technologies.
Secure Development Lifecycle:
Collaborate with development teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design through deployment. Support the adoption of secure coding standards and best practices across teams.
CI/CD Pipeline Security:
Implement security controls within CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated security testing and vulnerability detection. Partner with release management to ensure secure deployment checks and policy compliance, including operationalizing SAST, SCA, and DAST.
Shift-Left Security:
Drive shift-left initiatives by providing guidance, tooling, and remediation support to engineers, enabling secure development from the outset.
Threat Modeling:
Lead threat modeling sessions with development teams to identify and mitigate security risks early in the design and architecture phases.
Vulnerability Management:
Analyze and validate remediation of application security findings from SAST, SCA, DAST, API testing, and manual assessments. Work with teams to prioritize fixes and ensure proper testing before release.
Application Security (SCA, SAST, DAST):
Design, implement, and maintain application security testing programs. Reduce false positives and provide clear, actionable remediation guidance to development teams.
API Security:
Partner with engineering teams to ensure secure API design and implementation. Identify and mitigate API-specific risks, including authentication and authorization issues, data exposure, rate limiting gaps, and OWASP API Top 10 vulnerabilities.
AI Security (Guardrails, MCP Security):
Support secure AI adoption by defining AI security guardrails. Address risks such as prompt injection, insecure model usage, data leakage, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) security concerns.

About the Role
We seek a hands-on AI Engineering Manager to lead R&D on LLM-based agentic workflows, data intelligence, and AI-first products. You'll guide a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, UI/Integration Engineers, and Quality Engineers—owning technical design, end-to-end execution, and delivery of agentic systems. This role blends engineering management with deep data science expertise, modern AI tooling, and agent orchestration.
