We are building a highly specialized Enterprise AI Hub to engineer the "Reltio Brain"—a Context Intelligence Operating System that transforms fragmented institutional knowledge into governed, autonomous action.

As the AI Engineer (Full-Stack & Applied UI), you are the critical bridge between complex AI reasoning systems and the human workforce. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Generative Interface Development:

• Lead complex implementations of highly responsive, intuitive front-end applications and custom agent dashboards that consume streaming LLM responses and complex agentic outputs.

Rapid Prototyping & AI-Assisted Coding: 

• Leverage modern AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to rapidly iterate on prototypes. 
• You will act as the technical execution engine for embedded AI Business Partners, turning their defined workflows into functional realities.
• Support defining and establishing the AI SDLC for implementing best practice engineering patterns via agents to align to and accelerate established development, quality, and release processes.

Full-Stack Connectivity: 

• Operate with autonomy within defined domain boundaries to connect modern front-end frameworks to backend Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateways and vector search APIs.
• Ensure seamless authentication and state management across personal, team, and enterprise context layers.

Component Library Creation: 

• Contribute to reusable UI components, RAG retrieval modules, and generative UI templates—executing within established architectural standards to maintain the look, feel, and interaction patterns of all internal AI tools.

Human-in-the-Loop Integration: 

• Build secure approval workflows and UX patterns that allow human operators to review, modify, or veto high-stakes actions proposed by autonomous agents before execution.

Skills You Must Have:

• 5+ years of full-stack software development with a heavy emphasis on modern frontend ecosystems.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Extensive experience deploying and scaling applications on platforms like Vercel, particularly utilizing the Vercel AI SDK for streaming text and generative UI components.
• Strong capability in utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to dramatically accelerate personal output while maintaining strict code quality and security standards.
• A deep empathy for user experience and an understanding of how to design interfaces that build trust between human workers and autonomous systems.

Skills That Are Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with backend Python development to collaborate effectively with backend/orchestration engineers.

The Sr. IT Enterprise Applications Engineer will collaborate with Reltio’s AI Engineering and business stakeholders to optimize, strategize and deliver technology solutions and automated processes to allow our global team to innovate at scale. The ideal candidate will be part of a global team responsible for our most critical platforms: Okta, Google Enterprise Workspace, Atlassian Jira, JSM, Confluence, Slack, Bettercloud, and Monday.com among others. This role will also perform IT administration and operational duties supporting AI applications like Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI ChatGPT.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Platform Orchestration: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for our core application stack: Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Lead the lifecycle of Okta Enterprise, including complex integrations, advanced lifecycle management (LCM), and adaptive MFA policies to ensure a "zero trust" posture.
• AI Integration: Manage and optimize our AI footprint, including Anthropic Claude Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, and ChatGPT Enterprise, ensuring seamless deployment and data governance and reporting.
• Automation First: Identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with automated sequences using APIs, Custom GPTs/Gems, AI Agents and/or native platform automations.
• Collaboration Architecture: Have a strong “integration as infrastructure” design mindset, ensuring core platforms are structured and connected for high-velocity cross-functional work, leveraging automation and AI where possible.
• Governance & Security: Partner with the Security team to ensure all enterprise apps meet compliance standards (SOC2, GDRP, etc.) without hindering user experience.
• New Technologies: Assist with the assessment of new and existing applications and platforms from business and AI use case analysis, application capability assessment, vendor evaluation, through to recommendations and execution.

Skills You Must Have: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or comparable work experience in IT Business Systems. 
• Okta Certification - Okta Certified Professional or higher required.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience as a design and implementation Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer within a high-growth, cloud-native Enterprise environment.
• Okta Enterprise: Expert-level knowledge of OIDC/SAML, API integrations, OIE, and Okta Workflows.
• Google Workspace Enterprise: Deep experience in advanced security and large-scale domain management.
• Atlassian Stack: Advanced administration of Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software, and Confluence.
• Slack Enterprise Plus: Experience managing Enterprise Plus, complex app-governance and integration models, Slack Workflows and Integrations.

As a senior architectural leader within the Enterprise AI Hub, you will design and implement scalable AI systems aligned to Reltio’s enterprise AI strategy. You will partner with the Director, Enterprise AI to evolve the foundational architecture that enables secure, governed agentic workflows across the organization—helping to engineer the “Reltio Brain” (our Context Intelligence Operating System).

In this role, you will evaluate cloud AI platforms, orchestrate vector databases, and help build the Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateways that securely connect AI to our corporate ecosystem. You will spend a meaningful portion of your time working directly with specialized AI Engineers to build the foundational primitives ("building blocks") that empower embedded AI Business Partners to innovate safely and rapidly.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Agentic Architecture & Orchestration:

• Lead the application of advanced principles to design and develop the overarching architecture for multi-agent systems, moving beyond simple conversational RAG to deterministic, goal-driven planning loops.
• Define how specialized agents communicate, delegate tasks, and maintain persistent state across complex business workflows using frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.

Model Context Protocol (MCP) Governance: 

• Architect centralized MCP gateways. 
• Standardize how all internal agents securely discover, authenticate, and connect to enterprise systems (Salesforce, Reltio-on-Reltio, HRIS, Jira). 
• Eliminate bespoke API integrations in favor of a universal, auditable tool-calling ecosystem.

Semantic Layer & Vector Infrastructure: 

• Enable the enterprise data grounding strategy with infrastructure design. 
• Establish advanced patterns for document ingestion, semantic chunking, and embedding model selection across the L1 (Personal), L2 (Team), and L3 (Enterprise) context hierarchy. 
• Select and optimize enterprise-grade vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) for latency and recall accuracy.

Deterministic Security & Access Control: 

• Implement rigid, deterministic software layers to govern probabilistic LLM outputs.
• Design robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) mechanisms within the MCP layer to ensure strict data isolation and prevent sensitive context leakage or prompt injection attacks.

Continuous Evaluation & Cost Optimization: 

• Partner with engineering leadership in the implementation and maturation of the Agentic Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Implement continuous Agentic Evaluation (Evals) harnesses and LLM-as-a-Judge frameworks to monitor agent drift, hallucination rates, and silent failures in production.
• Design intelligent model routing strategies (balancing frontier LLMs with Small Language Models) to optimize inference costs and throughput.

Technical Leadership & Enablement: 

• Provide decisive architectural leadership, guiding complex technical decisions and ensuring alignment to enterprise standards.
• Mentor a highly specialized pod of AI Engineers, enforcing rigorous systems-engineering standards.
• Create formal networks and coordinate among groups within the organization, conveying AI capabilities to diverse stakeholders and assisting in translating them into measurable business ROI.

Skills You Must Have:

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience. This must include progressive software architecture and distributed systems engineering, with a minimum of 2+ years exclusively focused on production-grade generative AI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agent deployment.
• Deep, practical mastery of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its implementation for secure, universal enterprise tool calling.
• Advanced expertise in multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) and transitioning from basic scripting to fault-tolerant system design.
• Authoritative knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), hybrid search architectures (dense/sparse retrieval), and advanced RAG optimization techniques at scale.
• Strong security engineering mindset with the ability to build deterministic guardrails, data masking, and identity management (Okta/OAuth/RBAC/ABAC) over non-deterministic systems.
• Command of modern AI observability and MLOps, including CI/CD for non-deterministic systems and tracing tools like LangSmith.
• Extreme adaptability and a "builder" ethos: high tolerance for ambiguity and the agility to rapidly pivot architectures when the underlying foundation models or industry protocols evolve. 

Skills That Are Nice to Have:

• Experience in a 500–2,000 employee cloud-native SaaS environment.
• Experience working closely with core MDM, data engineering, or analytics teams.
