The Data and Storage Services team is responsible for handling all of Affirm’s Data (OLAP and OLTP) requirements and encompasses the entire range from critical online checkout databases all the way to our Batch Orchestration, Streaming Infrastructure, Event Driven Frameworks, BI and analytics tools and systems. We're looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to lead our growing Data and Storage Services organization, specifically our Lakehouse Analytics team. You will bring a wealth of experience in managing teams and success in delivering highly technical multi-quarter roadmaps. You will also need to be fairly comfortable with ambiguity and possess tools to work through tough deadlines, craft strategy and drive execution. You will be able to work with your teams, as well as product stakeholder teams, to define architectural/organizational future states that we can scale to in the future. You will need to make balanced calls that align with our forward-looking vision and current business & technology critical needs.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of engineers and managers with empathy while fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven & inclusive culture to develop frameworks, systems, and tools for new Affirm products.
Oversee teams managing storage services including relational, key-value, and analytics storage infrastructure and tools at scale.
Understand and drive business and engineering metrics, promoting a culture of reliability, security, and productivity.
Collaborate with tech leads, program managers, and other engineering managers on security, tools, architecture, planning, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
Work across the engineering organization and with internal and external partners.
Provide leadership and growth opportunities to team members, mentor engineers, recruit, and represent Affirm hiring brands.
Lead technical decisions, projects, and roadmaps within the Lakehouse Analytics, Analytics Engineering and Privacy Engineering teams, shaping Affirm’s strategy for managing and serving orchestration workloads.
Collaborate with peers, leadership, and stakeholders across platform engineering and product engineering organizations.
In collaboration with tech leads, develop a multi year roadmap to design and implement frameworks, services, and tools for new Affirm products and business needs.
Guide, tutor, and aid in the professional growth of junior and senior engineers within the team.
What We Look For
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
10+ years of experience in managing multiple diverse and inclusive teams and delivering large cross-functional technical programs.
Proven track record in stakeholder management, ownership, and successful delivery.
Expertise in managing large-scale, geographically distributed compute and data processing systems, including data lake solutions and Workflow Orchestration frameworks.
Expertise in scaling frameworks like Snowflake, Spark, Flink and, Kafka on Kubernetes and cloud providers like AWS, leveraging storage systems such as AWS S3 and Apache Iceberg.
Capable of mentorship, cross-functional project execution, and individual contribution.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a growth mindset.

We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with strong frontend expertise to help build and evolve Cardata’s core platform. You’ll play a hands-on role in designing and shipping performant, scalable, and intuitive user experiences, while contributing across the stack where needed. Our roadmap includes exciting challenges across AI, enterprise-scale workflows, and complex integrations that power some of our most strategic customer experiences.
This isn’t a traditional developer role. We’re looking for engineers with strong fundamentals in software development, solid code standards, and design patterns, who are also AI-native builders. You’re comfortable using tools like Cursor or Claude Code to accelerate development, improve code quality, and rethink how software gets built. You’ll help us move fast, ship high-quality features, and continuously raise the bar for engineering excellence.

The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Strategy and Operations, this position is responsible for supporting a variety of sales and services related programs, initiatives, and analytics in North America. Candidates for this role must have experience manipulating large sets of data to discover trends and make recommendations. The role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, engineering, and data analytics to support the design, implementation and continued optimization of multiple business needs. This includes delivering data-driven insights to internal partners to inform short and long term strategy and action plans. The ideal candidate will be able to recognize and understand the relationship between clean data, clear & efficient processes, and reporting.
The Sr. Analyst level position is expected to have an excellent understanding of the OpenTable Sales and Services and Marketing organization, the ability to learn quickly, and to be able to work in ambiguity. You'll be able to navigate the roles, reporting, and reality of the business in the field. This position needs to have excellent communication, project management and data analysis skills and be comfortable building recommendations and owning stakeholder relationships. Experience with Salesforce, SQL queries, BI tools (Preset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and a finance, analytics or strategy background highly preferred.

The expected range of compensation for this position based in Toronto, Canada, including commission and/or bonuses, is $84,000-$95,000 CAD. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a compensation range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.

What We Look For

About the role
Clutch is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, maintain, and evolve our analytics data stack. In this role, you will work closely with business teams, own critical data domains, and mentor other analytics engineers while driving data quality, governance, and modern analytics practices.
What you’ll do
Lead the design and evolution of Clutch’s analytics data stack, including scalable ELT pipelines, dimensional models, and semantic layers using dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow
Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to define metrics frameworks, improve reporting fidelity, and build trusted data products
Drive best practices in data engineering: testing, observability, CI/CD, and code review for production-ready analytics code

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our ETL Platform team.
We own the core platform that backs Census’ sync engine. We are responsible for keeping our customer data flowing smoothly - on time, every time. We design and implement projects like our recent Sync Tracking overhaul - enabling us to capture, store, and process huge datasets, giving customers complete visibility into what data is flowing through our pipes; providing the capability to verify that every record is getting where it needs to go. About the Team:
The Financial Data organization is responsible for curating best-in-class structured data, both self-sourced and from third party content providers. The team was historically focused primarily on building a platform of 4,000+ fundamental financial models. The acquisition of Tegus by AlphaSense in 2024 advances our shared mission to empower professionals to make smarter decisions through AI-driven market intelligence. Together, AlphaSense and Tegus will accelerate growth, innovation, and content expansion and enable users to unearth even more comprehensive insights from thousands of content sets. Within this new environment, the Financial Data team is integrating our rich dataset into the platform alongside third party data to create a new final database that will offer our customers an unmatched level of accuracy, context, and flexibility to analyze and make investment decisions.
About the Role:
Join the Financial Data Team at Alpha-Sense as a Product Analyst. Successful candidates will demonstrate a highly analytical and problem-solving mindset, a clear interest in product management and financial markets, and strong communication skills.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. We are seeking an experienced Principal Data Architect to join our Data & AI team. In this leadership role, you will help shape modern data and AI architecture strategies that enable organizations to achieve business outcomes through scalable, reliable, and secure data platforms. The Associate Director, CRM Development plays a critical role in architecting and scaling the technology foundation that powers TripleLift's go-to-market engine. We’re looking for a Staff Analytics Engineer to build and own our Financial Subledger Data Platform—the canonical set of dbt models, governed datasets, and control frameworks that transform operational/ledger events into trusted, explainable, accounting-ready outputs. This is a senior hands-on role: you will write and ship production dbt code yourself (models, tests, docs), set standards for the platform, and directly manage and mentor one Analytics Engineer as a player/coach. This role operates with high autonomy and significant cross-functional partnership across Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, and upstream product engineering teams.
We want someone who can maintain and harden today’s platform while also giving us flexibility to adopt new technologies (e.g., evolving warehouse patterns, new table formats, catalog/governance tooling, orchestration approaches) as our subledger and control needs scale.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year: $170,000 - $220,000
