TripleLift is seeking a hunter-minded demand seller to join our Agency Holding Company sales team as a Sales Director. This senior-level role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities while deepening relationships across key agency accounts. The ideal candidate is based in the New York metropolitan area and has a strong track record of success within the advertising ecosystem.
This role requires a balance of building and nurturing key client relationships, maintaining a healthy schedule of meetings in Salesforce, and diligent pipeline management. For a Supply-Side Platform (SSP), this means influencing deals where an advertiser, an agency, a DSP, or a publisher chooses to favor us based on the quality of our formats, campaign performance, technology, and service.
This position operates on a set of core principles that guide our work:

The Technical Operations team at TripleLift is the center of excellence and central owner of publisher-side integrations. TripleLift partners with Publishers to monetize their unsold advertising space on their websites and apps. The Technical Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for onboarding TripleLift’s publishers, providing support to our Publisher Client Services and Publisher Development teams, owning the troubleshooting process to identify and resolve integration issues and collaborating with our Yield team to analyze integrations and develop strategies to enhance publisher performance.
Your daily activities will include; liaising with our clients to initiate integrations and resolve technical issues, onboarding publisher’s inventory, decisioning on the most impactful publisher setup and providing consultative solutions, submitting design requests for the generation of native placements, running reports and analyzing the data to ensure integrations have launched successfully, enabling demand for TripleLift’s native, display and video advertising formats and providing support to Publisher Client Services via an internal ticketing system.

Overview

The Associate Director, CRM Development plays a critical role in architecting and scaling the technology foundation that powers TripleLift's go-to-market engine. In this position, you will serve as the primary owner and developer of our Salesforce org - driving everything from custom object builds and workflow automation to data integrity, integrations, and platform governance. VP, Business Development
As the VP of Business Development at TripleLift, you will report to the COO and play a critical leadership role in driving the company’s growth through strategic partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Connected TV (CTV), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and Clean Rooms, with a strong emphasis on Retail Media and Search Ads platforms.
TripleLift has unique Creative, Data, and Monetization assets that will continue to evolve across these segments. You will lead a team of ~5 high-performing individual contributors across the US, EU, and APAC to develop strategic partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, and expand our AdTech footprint within retail and search advertising.
Business Development Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a global business development strategy to expand TripleLift’s presence in Retail Media and Search Ads, leveraging our SSP, Creative Tech, CTV, and Data/Clean Room capabilities.
Identify, prioritize, and close new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across key segments; support post-deal enablement to ensure successful activation and growth.
Establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders including retailers, advertisers, agencies, search platforms, and technology partners.
Maintain close relationships with Retail Media agencies to understand evolving needs and align solutions accordingly.
Oversee management of key partner relationships to ensure strong satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of individual contributors, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
Provide clear strategic direction, performance expectations, and coaching to drive individual and team success.
Collaborate closely with regional Sales, Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure alignment and successful execution across US, EU, and APAC.
Partner with regional leadership to tailor go-to-market strategies to local market needs.
Market Expertise & Innovation
Maintain deep knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem, with particular focus on Retail Media and Search Ads, alongside DSP, SSP, CTV, DMP, CDP, and clean room technologies.
Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform partnership strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
Provide market insights and feedback to Product and Executive teams to influence roadmap and innovation priorities.
Revenue Growth & Performance Management
Drive revenue growth across Retail Media and Search Ads partnerships, contributing meaningfully to overall company targets.
Establish and track KPIs to measure pipeline development, deal velocity, partner activation, and revenue performance.
Provide regular updates to the CRO and executive leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Contribute to broader commercial strategy discussions and annual planning processes.
Proven track record of driving successful business development and revenue growth in AdTech, with strong experience in Retail Media and Search Ads ecosystems.
Deep expertise across DSP, SSP, CTV, DMP, CDP, and clean room technologies.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple regions.
Strong negotiation and deal-making capabilities with clear examples of igniting, structuring, and closing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Strong understanding of AdTech industry trends and regulatory considerations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
8–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales leadership roles.

The Role

TripleLift is looking to hire a Director, CTV Sales within our Revenue Acceleration Team. The Sales Director’s core responsibility is to drive adoption of TripleIift’s Innovative CTV product suite by identifying, qualifying and selling new and prospective agency clients on its value. This seller will be working individually and collaboratively alongside our Demand Sales Team to drive success. The ideal candidate is an operator comfortable in a self propelled, dynamic environment, who intimately understands the nuances of the rapidly evolving CTV marketplace and is adept at uncovering client obstacles in the path of adoption.
Additional key responsibilities include scaling CTV go-to-market strategies and partnering with internal supply & product marketing teams to build effective narratives. The best candidate brings agency relationships (HoldCo / Indie) with them and are comfortable presenting at both a tactical and strategic levels; all the while educating and influencing key decision makers throughout the agency. The Role
TripleLift is seeking a Partner Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape and will be well connected with DSPs, Agencies, and Brands. As a Partner Manager, you will work on our most strategic holding company business. You will be well versed in all aspects of the TripleLift product suite and be able to build strategy and then effectively execute against them. You know how to think through a brand’s business needs and develop creative solutions. You love learning new technology and teaching it to others. You’re a jack-of- all-trades – you’re comfortable with campaign troubleshooting as you are with leading a client status call. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving the best client experience and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education Requirement
A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.
Experience Requirement
3-5 years of online advertising experience required; 2+ years of client-facing experience.
