About the role:

We are looking for a Manager of Vendor & Sublet Operations to serve as the functional backbone for all outsourced cosmetic and mechanical work. This is an elite, hands-on position for a disciplined operator who provides the technical and procedural drive required to ensure our external production pipeline meets our "Gold Standard" for quality, financial accuracy, and timing.

You will be responsible for supporting production initiatives while simultaneously maintaining and perfecting the mechanics of our vendor partnerships. You are a strategic partner for the frontline production staff, managing the performance of the sublet engine. You don’t manage the vendors' day-to-day internal labor; you manage their output, their accuracy, and their adherence to our budget.

Your success in this role is defined by four non-negotiable metrics:

• Timeline Management: Minimizing "Days in Sublet" to ensure total production velocity.
• Quality Excellence: Ensuring 100% of vehicles return to the facility meeting our specific quality standards the first time.
• Order Accuracy: Verifying that the work performed matches the authorized scope with zero documentation gaps.
• Budget vs. Actual: Managing financial integrity by auditing every invoice against approved pricing models.

What you’ll do:

1. Procedural Command & Performance Management

• Dispatch Control: Coordinate all sublet work across cosmetic and mechanical vendors. You assign jobs based on vendor capacity and performance data, ensuring a balanced and efficient workload.
• Timeline Oversight: Monitor vehicle status with surgical precision. You are responsible for driving vendors to meet strict deadlines and proactively reassigning work if a partner falls behind schedule.
• Accountability: You manage the vendor's performance through the lens of our SOPs. You don't accept delays or rework; you investigate the root cause and implement procedural fixes with the vendor.

2. Financial & Quality Integrity

• Budget Stewardship: Review, challenge, and approve vendor invoices. You ensure that we are only paying for authorized work at the agreed-upon rates, maintaining total control over "Budget vs. Actual" variances.
• Quality Auditing: Act as the final authority on outsourced quality. You manage rework directly with vendors and ensure that their output remains consistent with our internal standards.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve vendor discrepancies regarding scope, pricing, or quality quickly to prevent operational bottlenecks while protecting the company's bottom line.

3. Logistics & Process Architecture

• SOP Maintenance: Ensure every vendor follows our standardized documentation and communication flows. You are the guardian of the process, ensuring that data integrity in our internal systems is 100% accurate.
• Gap Identification: Constantly analyze the sublet pipeline to find where timelines are slipping or costs are creeping. You don't just report the problem; you fix the process to prevent recurrence.
• Strategic Partner: Bring ground-truth reality to strategic meetings. You provide the data-driven insights that help us decide which vendors to grow with and which to offboard.

About the Role:

The Aftermarket Parts Specialist (Evening Shift) owns sourcing and ordering of aftermarket and used parts to support high volume vehicle reconditioning. This role requires strong parts knowledge, vendor familiarity, and the ability to make fast, cost effective decisions across multiple sourcing channels. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.  Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

You will play a critical role in ensuring production flow by getting the right parts, at the right price, at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, quote, and order aftermarket and used parts across a wide range of makes and models
• Evaluate multiple vendor options including aftermarket suppliers and used parts networks to balance cost, quality, and availability
• Manage end to end parts ordering workflow including receiving, verification, and organization
• Proactively resolve backorders, substitutions, and part discrepancies
• Maintain accurate tracking of parts through inventory and ordering systems
• Ensure production teams receive parts on time to meet reconditioning SLAs
• Monitor inventory levels and identify gaps or risks to production flow

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-7 years of hands on automotive parts desk experience
• Strong knowledge of aftermarket and used parts ecosystems, including recyclers and alternative sourcing channels
• Proven experience with high volume parts ordering in a production or retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to source parts quickly and accurately across multiple vendors and systems
• Deep understanding of vehicle components and part compatibility
• Strong judgment in balancing cost vs quality vs turnaround time
• High attention to detail and accuracy in ordering and receiving
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues including incorrect parts, delays, and returns
• Experience with parts catalog and ordering systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar)
• Valid Ontario driver’s license (G2 minimum) with clean abstract

About the Role

Clutch is building a best-in-class Health, Safety & Environment function from the ground up. This is an opportunity to own the HSE mandate for a high-growth, multi-site production and logistics business, designing the systems, shaping the culture, and protecting every worker across our national footprint.

Reporting to the Director, People Operations, you will serve as the senior HSE expert for the business: advising Operations and ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance, and leading the implementation of a Safety Management System. You will translate audit findings into sustainable programs and build the kind of safety culture where workers feel heard, hazards get reported, and leaders action.

What You’ll Do

Strategy, Policy & Governance

• Develop, maintain and communicate the Clutch Canada Health & Safety Policy with executive sign-off.
• Build and maintain the Safety Management System, with a clear certification pathway.
• Define HSE roles, responsibilities and accountabilities at every level and embed them in job descriptions and performance reviews.
• Establish a national HSE governance cadence: monthly operational reviews, quarterly executive reviews, and annual management system reviews.
• Serve as the senior HSE advisor to Operations and People Ops on strategy, risk, investment and emerging issues.

Regulatory Compliance

• Maintain a live regulatory register covering every province of operation: OHSA (ON), LSST/CNESST (QC), OHS Act (AB), WSBC (BC), and applicable Atlantic/Prairie regulations as the footprint grows.
• Own compliance with WHMIS 2015, Transport Canada TDG regulations, and applicable environmental legislation (waste handling, used-oil management, provincial environment acts).
• Act as the primary point of contact for Ministry of Labour inspectors, WSIB/WCB/CNESST adjudicators, and external auditors.
• Lead annual internal compliance audits at every site and drive findings to closure.
• Provide written legal-duty briefings to supervisors and managers in each province.

Risk Management & Hazard Assessment

• Implement a formal hazard identification, assessment and control process across all sites using the RACE model (Recognize, Assess, Control, Evaluate).
• Prioritize operational hazards identified in the Mississauga audit: pedestrian/vehicle interaction, fuel transport and storage, trailer loading, noise, air quality, ergonomics, slip/trip, and heat stress.
• Establish baseline industrial hygiene monitoring (noise, air quality, lighting) at all production sites with a re-monitoring schedule.
• Build a worker-led hazard reporting mechanism with closed-loop feedback so employees see what action was taken on their reports.
• Own the contractor and visitor safety program: pre-qualification, site-specific orientation, and on-site oversight.

Incident Management & Investigation

• Author and roll out a written incident reporting procedure covering near-misses, first-aid, medical-aid, lost-time, and serious injuries.
• Lead or oversee root-cause investigations for all serious and high-potential incidents.
• Maintain a national corrective-action register — every action has an owner, due date, and verified effectiveness before closure.
• Manage all WSIB/WCB claims in partnership with HR/People, including return-to-work and modified-duty programs, with a focus on driving down claim costs and experience ratings.
• Produce monthly incident trend analysis for site leaders and quarterly trend reporting for the executive team.

Training & Competency

• Build a national HSE training matrix mapped to role and jurisdiction, and ensure all workers and supervisors remain current.
• Roll out Health & Safety Awareness training as required under Ontario Regulation 297/13 (and provincial equivalents) to 100% of workers and supervisors.
• Design and deliver a documented New Worker Safety Orientation, distinct from HR onboarding, covering OHSA principles, site hazards, emergency response, and task-specific requirements.
• Deliver a Safety Leadership program for executives, directors, managers, and supervisors covering legal duties, hazard recognition, coaching, and psychological safety.
• Deliver formal LOTO, confined-space, working-at-heights, ergonomics, and material-handling programs as required by site activity.
• Embed safety into the existing Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction approach so safety is part of how work is taught, not an add-on.

Safety Culture & Worker Engagement

• Coach and support every site's Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC), including certification training, and ensure each JHSC operates within the national SMS framework.
• Restructure toolbox talks to include open forums for workers to raise concerns — not only daily-tasks briefings.
• Build a visible 'You Said, We Did' feedback loop so workers see action on their reports, the single most important intervention for the psychological safety gap identified in the audit.
• Coach site leadership on visible-felt-leadership behaviours: site walks, recognition, intervention, and active listening.
• Publish a quarterly national HSE update for all employees covering performance, incident learnings, and recognition.

Performance, KPIs & Reporting

• Define a balanced set of leading and lagging KPIs: TRIF, LTIF, near-miss rate, training compliance %, corrective-action close-out %, JHSC inspection completion %, and leadership safety interactions.
• Build and maintain a national HSE dashboard with site-by-site visibility, refreshed monthly.
• Present quarterly HSE performance to the executive team.
• Own the HSE budget: internal program spend, capital safety improvements, training, and third-party expertise.

What You’ll Need

• 5–10 years of progressive HSE experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or national capacity.
• Background in production, automotive, logistics, or similar high-hazard industrial environments strongly preferred.
• Direct, hands-on experience with Canadian OHS legislation across multiple provinces (Ontario OHSA expertise is essential).
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly maturing an HSE management system — not just maintaining one.
• CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional) designation preferred; CHSC or equivalent considered.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001, WHMIS 2015, TDG, and WSIB/WCB claims management.
• Comfortable working fully on-site at our Mississauga facility

About the role:

Clutch is looking for a Payment Administrator to join our “Sell to Clutch” team! You are perfect for this role if you’re detail-oriented and organized as you’ll be responsible for verifying customer & vehicle documents prior to purchase. You will own customer payment processing, ensuring that customer payments are prepared accurately and efficiently. What you’ll do:

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Service Coordinator to support our evening shift operations at our vehicle reconditioning facility. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. Credit Risk & Portfolio Management: Develop and implement credit policies that align with our risk appetite while maximizing portfolio performance. Monitor portfolio analytics to identify trends, manage delinquency and loss rates, and make data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Strong understanding of credit risk management, underwriting, and portfolio analytics. Experience developing credit policies and managing loan portfolios through various economic cycles.
• Proven track record of building or scaling lending operations, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience securing and managing debt funding for consumer/auto loan portfolios (e.g., warehouse lines, forward flow, securitization), including lender negotiations, covenant management, and performance reporting is an asset.
• Deep knowledge of Canadian lending regulations and compliance requirements.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to lead pricing performance across Clutch’s vehicle acquisition and retail channels.

This role sits within our Vehicle Markets Group and owns the strategy behind how we price vehicles across acquisition, retail, wholesale, and export channels. You’ll develop the frameworks and insights that guide pricing decisions across 10,000+ weekly offers and a dataset of 250,000+ customer offers with live market valuations.

You’ll translate market data, customer behavior, and inventory dynamics into pricing strategies that optimize conversion, margin, inventory turn, and capital efficiency. Working closely with Data, Operations, Finance, and leadership, you’ll test pricing strategies, refine pricing models, and drive decisions across the vehicle lifecycle — from acquisition through final disposition.

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on Clutch’s marketplace economics and company performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and evolution of Clutch’s pricing strategy across vehicle acquisition, retail, wholesale, and export channels
• Analyze offer pricing, conversion, and margin performance to identify opportunities to improve volume, margin, and capital efficiency
• Evaluate bid/ask dynamics and customer response to pricing across key vehicle segments
• Design and run A/B pricing experiments to test and improve pricing strategies
• Refine pricing curves using current and historical market data to optimize conversion and profitability

• Support inventory mix and disposition decisions by evaluating expected turn, GPU, and risk exposure

• 7-10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, BizOps, consulting, or a related role in a data-driven or high-growth environment
• Strong analytical foundation with experience using SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and advanced spreadsheet modeling

Shuttler Driver – Production (Enfield)

As part of Clutch’s Production team, the Shuttler Driver plays a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our onboarding and reconditioning process. This role supports inventory readiness by transporting vehicles safely and on time between vendors, storage locations, and Clutch facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Shuttle vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch facilities

What You’ll Do:

• You will be assisting customers with drop-offs to provide a great customer experience.

• Carry out minor repairs and first-line troubleshooting for HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, doors, drains, and general building systems.
• Monitor and respond to facility-related issues affecting daily operations, including after-hours and emergency situations.
• Support the efficient operation of service bays, detailing areas, vehicle flow areas, and other high-use operational spaces.

Technical & Systems Management

• Monitor building systems including HVAC, makeup air units, exhaust and ventilation systems, pumps, motors, plumbing systems, lighting, and electrical distribution equipment.
• Conduct first-response troubleshooting on mechanical and building-related issues and implement safe temporary or permanent repairs where appropriate.
• Monitor oil-water separators, waste handling areas, and related infrastructure to ensure proper operation and identify issues requiring escalation.
• Record inspections, maintenance activities, deficiencies, and repairs accurately in CMMS or facility logs.

• Coordinate and escort after-hours contractors or emergency vendors as required.

• Communicate overnight issues, vendor visits, and outstanding deficiencies clearly to the daytime facilities team.

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain accurate shift logs, inspection records, work order updates, and turnover notes.
• Provide clear handoff communication to day shift teams regarding outstanding issues, completed work, risks, and recommended next steps.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures for overnight facility operations.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend practical maintenance or reliability improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• College diploma, trade certification, or equivalent practical experience in Building Operations, Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, or a related field.
• Typically, 3–5 years of experience in building operations, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a similar hands-on technical role.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, automotive, logistics, or high-throughput operational environments is preferred.
• Experience working independently on evenings, nights, or rotating shifts is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, makeup air, ventilation, plumbing, pumps, motors, lighting, and general building systems.

This role is responsible for accurately identifying vehicle features, confirming trim levels, and uploading key information into our inventory system to ensure every vehicle is properly listed and ready for sale.

About the role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Licensed Technician Team Lead to join our vehicle reconditioning facility on the evening shift (Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM). This role combines technical expertise with floor leadership, supporting the team to ensure vehicles move through the reconditioning pipeline efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, leads from the floor, and is equally comfortable diagnosing and repairing vehicles while coaching others to succeed.

A $3,500 signing bonus will be paid after the successful completion of the 3-month probationary period.

What you’ll do:

• Own the Flow: Monitor the full reconditioning pipeline (Inspection, Mechanical, Bodyshop, Detail, Quality Control, Merchandising) to ensure vehicles progress smoothly and targets are met
• Hands-On Technical Execution: Perform inspections, repairs, and diagnostics while supporting the shop floor as a working lead

What you’ll need:

• 310S Red Seal (or equivalent certification)
• Experience working across domestic, import, and European vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills (brakes, suspension, oil changes, preventative maintenance, etc.)
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years working in high-volume, fast-paced environments (automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or similar)
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization and standardized processes
• Experience with Lean principles such as 5S, Kanban, Six Sigma, or similar

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Coordinator to support Clutch's Canadian wholesale operation. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day administration of wholesale, dealer, and export transactions — from confirming vehicle availability to ensuring clean documentation and smooth pickups. About the role:

Clutch is looking for a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team for the evening shift! The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM.

A $3,500 signing bonus will be paid after the 3-month probationary period. The Aftermarket Parts Specialist owns sourcing and ordering of aftermarket and used parts to support high volume vehicle reconditioning. This role requires strong parts knowledge, vendor familiarity, and the ability to make fast, cost effective decisions across multiple sourcing channels.

You will play a critical role in ensuring production flow by getting the right parts, at the right price, at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, quote, and order aftermarket and used parts across a wide range of makes and models

• Manage end to end parts ordering workflow including receiving, verification, and organization

About the role:

Clutch is looking for an Inventory Photographer (Evening Shift) as a critical member of our team! In this position, you will be working within the Photography Group, you will be responsible for taking great photos of our vehicles and uploading them to our database. Daily tasks include taking interior exterior, and damage photos, photo uploading, as well as vehicle shuttling. As an Inventory Photographer you will be responsible for everything that goes into making a Clutch car what it is.

Being highly organized, having strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail are all necessities due to the high volume of vehicles that are bought and sold week to week! The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What you’ll do: 

• Properly handle company provided camera equipment to take interior and exterior photos of each vehicle
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles for cleanliness and accurately identify any imperfections that are within Clutch’s vehicle standards to make sure they are displayed correctly
• Shuttle cars between warehouses and outside lots
• Maintain a high level consistency in your photos by following a standard shot list for each vehicle (all details captured, proper exposure and composition)
• Edit and upload photos to the company’s administrative application (cropping, straightening, exposure mostly)
• Provide feedback to the team on process improvement initiatives

We’re looking for: 

• Tech-savvy: you’re comfortable with cameras and familiar with its functions and basic editing
• An interest in the automotive industry and feel comfortable troubleshooting basic vehicle issues
• People leadership experience or mentorship - you’re a team player above all else
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a get-it-done, bias-towards-action attitude 
• High attention to detail while being able to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License (Clean Driver’s Abstract)
• Post-Secondary Education

It’d be great if you have: 

• Previous automotive experience
• Interest/experience with photography and photo editing
• Experience with partner sites (AutoTrader, Kijiji, etc.)
• Comfortable driving manual transmission

What you’ll do:

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets)
• Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targets
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attention
• Use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques to achieve company standards
• Ensure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
• Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals
• Keep detailing bays and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals
