About the role:

This role is all about coordination and communication - you’ll be the critical link between our advisors finalizing customer deals and our Field Operations team executing at the curb. You’ll work behind the scenes to make sure every vehicle pickup goes off without a hitch, helping to deliver a seamless experience for customers selling their vehicles to Clutch.

 What you’ll do: 

• Coordinate daily scheduling and routing of vehicle pick-ups in partnership with our Field Operations team
• Serve as the point person for dispatching and logistics 
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to confirm logistics, reschedule as needed, and ensure a smooth handoff to our field team
• Act as the internal liaison between the advisor team and field operations to ensure pickup times are accurate and achievable
• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with appointments, proactively resolving customer or operational blockers
• Keep systems up to date and accurate in tools like HubSpot, Slack, and our proprietary dispatching tools
• Look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer and field experience

What we’re looking for: 

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a logistics, scheduling, dispatch, or operations coordination role
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skill - you can make a great impression quickly and speak confidently with customers
• Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at our new facility.

What You’ll Do:

• You will be assisting customers with drop-offs to provide a great customer experience.
• You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• A part  part of this role may be driving a kick-ass single-car hauler (flatbed truck) to get the customer’s purchase delivered straight to their front door. You don’t need a commercial driver’s license to drive the hauler and don’t worry, with a little training, you’ll realize driving the hauler is a piece of cake. We’ll train you.
• Not only will you be driving that kick-ass car hauler, but you may be will also be loading and unloading the customer’s vehicle on and off of it (it’s a quick and easy process, but it does require getting a little physical) and inspecting the car-hauler to ensure the vehicle is mechanically sound so that we can make our customers day!
• You’ll be expected to prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record. Consistent, safe driving is crucial to this role!
• You’ll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.

• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Automotive knowledge and passion for cars
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
• A great communicator with awesome people skills – in this job, you're often the first person customers meet face-to-face, and it's also their first chance to see the car they're buying in person (customers are usually super excited as it's a big purchase!)

Clutch is looking for a Delivery Associate to join our Field Operations team at our new location in Bayshore Mall, Ottawa! You could be a good fit if you are hard working, organized, and driven with a keen attention to detail. In this position, you will play a key role in maximizing Clutch’s ability to quickly list newly acquired vehicles our clients have purchased or traded in/

What You’ll Do: 

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle condition and report any damage or visual issues.

• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, both interior and exterior.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating vehicles.

• Provide excellent customer service during interactions, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor.

We’re seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist in the Bedford, Halifax area to be the face of Clutch! Since Clutch's purchase process is entirely online, meeting you to receive their newly purchased vehicle will likely be the first time a customer has met a Clutch employee face-to-face! You’ll have the freedom to go above and beyond to ensure our customers have an experience that doesn’t suck and is completely one of a kind.

What You’ll Do:

• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers. Minus the red suit, you’ll pretty much be a real-life Santa Claus on a daily basis!
• A major part of this job is driving a kick-ass single-car hauler to get the customer’s purchase delivered straight to their front door. You don’t need a commercial driver’s license to drive the hauler and don’t worry, with a little training, you’ll realize driving the hauler is a piece of cake.
• Not only will you be driving that kick-ass car hauler, but you will also be loading and unloading the customer’s vehicle on and off of it (it’s a quick and easy process, but it does require getting a little physical) and inspecting the car-hauler to ensure the vehicle maintains good maintenance and safe driving conditions.
• You’ll be expected to prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record. Consistent, safe driving is crucial to this role!
• You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system. Again, don’t worry, we’ll train you on the paperwork, however, you do need a natural eye for detail!
• You’ll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.
• As we mentioned, the Customer Advocate role is a unique combination of a few different things. So there likely will be other duties assigned too.

What we're looking for:

• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
• 1+ years in a retail store management 
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• A love for retail and building exceptional customer experiences
• License: Minimum Class 5 License with no restrictions 
• Driving Record: 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability: Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits:

• Wage: $26-$27 per hour
