About the role:
We are looking for a Manager of Vendor & Sublet Operations to serve as the functional backbone for all outsourced cosmetic and mechanical work. About the role:
Clutch is looking for a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team for the evening shift! The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM.
A $3,500 signing bonus will be paid after the 3-month probationary period. We’re looking for all-star licensed automotive mechanic talent to help ensure that all of our vehicles are up to our high mechanical standards. Working alongside our reconditioning team, you will perform vehicle inspections, maintenance work, and repairs across a range of systems.
What you’ll do:
Perform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections (stationary and road tests)
Diagnose and assess vehicle issues and damage
Perform Ontario Provincial Safety Inspections
Make recommendations about vehicle repairs and the best course of action
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance such as oil changes, suspension and brake jobs
Create and maintain documentation of repairs, inspections, and estimates
Ensure vehicles meet Clutch’s mechanical and safety standards
Communicate vehicle status, repair needs, and completion timelines
Use diagnostic tools and shop systems (e.g., Google Drive, Slack)
Contribute to continuous improvement of mechanical procedures
Metrics/measurement of success include inspection thoroughness, repair quality, safety compliance, turnaround time, and documentation accuracy

Experience working with a variety of car brands (domestic, import & European)

Collaborate with production teams as needed (detailing, shuttling, inspections)

About the role:
Clutch is looking for an Inventory Photographer (Evening Shift) as a critical member of our team! In this position, you will be working within the Photography Group, you will be responsible for taking great photos of our vehicles and uploading them to our database. Daily tasks include taking interior exterior, and damage photos, photo uploading, as well as vehicle shuttling. As an Inventory Photographer you will be responsible for everything that goes into making a Clutch car what it is.

About the Role
We are seeking a Vehicle Inspector to join our vehicle operations team. In this role, you will inspect and process incoming vehicles, ensuring each car meets Clutch’s high standards before it enters reconditioning or sales. You will document vehicle condition, identify issues, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.

About the role:
Clutch is looking for a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team! A $3,000 signing bonus will be paid after the 3-month probationary period. We’re looking for all-star licensed automotive mechanic talent to help ensure that all of our vehicles are up to our high mechanical standards. About the role:
Clutch is looking for an Automotive Apprentice Technician to join our team for the evening shift! The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM.
A $1,500 signing bonus will be paid after the 3-month probationary period. This role ensures that all vehicles meet Clutch’s high mechanical and safety standards and that repairs and maintenance are performed efficiently. You will help keep our reconditioning process on track, ensuring vehicles are ready for customer delivery and sale.
What you’ll do:
Perform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections, including stationary checks and road tests
Diagnose and assess mechanical and safety issues, identifying necessary repairs and preventative maintenance
Provide recommendations on repairs and best course of action based on inspection results
Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs, such as brake jobs, suspension work, tire services, battery replacement, fluid changes, etc.
Document all repairs, maintenance work, and inspection findings accurately in Clutch systems
Adhere to Clutch’s mechanical and safety standards, contributing to ongoing process improvements
Communicate effectively with reconditioning staff, service leads, and management regarding vehicle status and workflow changes
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of automotive technician experience, including mechanical diagnostics and repair
Experience working with a variety of vehicle brands (domestic, import, and European)
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable using technology (Google Drive, Slack, inspection documentation tools)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs

This role ensures the smooth final stage of our vehicle production process, including vehicle movement, preparation for delivery, and support across production teams. What you’ll do:
Coordinate the movement of vehicles within the production facility from assembly to staging areas
Oversee final inspections and ensure vehicles are properly prepped for shipment, including cleaning or adjustments

About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized entry-level Last Mile Associate at Clutch to oversee the final stage of our vehicle production process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement of completed vehicles from the assembly line to staging areas, ensuring they are properly prepared for delivery to our clients.

Shuttler Driver – Production (Mississauga)
As part of Clutch’s Production team, the Shuttler Driver plays a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our onboarding and reconditioning process. This role supports inventory readiness by transporting vehicles safely and on time between vendors, storage locations, and Clutch facilities.
Shuttle vehicles between vendors, storage yards, and Clutch facilities
Support vehicle onboarding and detailing teams as required
Assist with organizing vehicles in the warehouse and outdoor lots
Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage
Ensure vehicles are handled safely and in line with company policies
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements
Meet daily shuttle and turnaround targets
Work closely with the Production team to support inventory readiness
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Previous driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

You’ll work closely with production teams, contributing directly to quality and delivery targets.
What you’ll do:
Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing (measured by vehicle cleanliness scores and production completion targets)
Follow standardized detailing methods to meet both quality and time targets
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any defects or areas requiring additional attention
Use appropriate tools, cleaning agents, and detailing techniques to achieve company standards
Ensure all detailing tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
Operate and maintain detailing equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals
Keep detailing bays and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)
Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
Strong computer skills and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with high attention to quality and consistency
Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks, including bending and standing
Other items to note:
Must demonstrate effective communication, ability to resolve issues, and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability in a reconditioning facility
Physical and mental skill/effort required for detailing work
It’d be great if you have:
Previous automotive detailing or production experience
Familiarity with facility equipment and inventory processes

About the Role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Vehicle Inspector to join our Mississauga production facility. In this role, you will ensure every vehicle meets Clutch’s high standards for cosmetic and functional quality before delivery or further production. You’ll work with our production and quality assurance teams to inspect vehicles, document findings, and support continuous improvement in our processes.
What You’ll Do
Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet company standards.
Evaluate exterior and interior condition, including paint, trim, and upholstery.
Test vehicle functionality, including windows, mirrors, HVAC systems, and advanced safety or connectivity features.
Record inspection results using iPads and specialized inspection software.
Collaborate with production, repair, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; training in automotive inspection or quality control is a plus.
Minimum G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario) with a clean abstract.
Clean criminal background check and legally authorized to work in Canada.
Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
Tech-savvy, able to use iPads and inspection software.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Physically able to stand, bend, and lift lightly for extended periods.
Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
