As an Associate Creative Director, Art for one of the largest automotive companies in the world, you'll partner with copywriters, account managers, creative directors, strategists, and other creatives to deliver a variety of compelling materials. As Creative Director for one of the largest automotive companies in the world, you will work with the GCD and ECD on the evolution of all creative and marketing expressions for the brands and sub-brands. You will be collaborating with a team of creative practitioners that develop work for broadcast, print, digital, experiential engagements, asset production, and future innovation opportunities, working in both traditional and non-traditional mediums. In practice, this means steering the team towards excellence while also actively participating in hands-on creative development and production. This pivotal position requires you to navigate multiple responsibilities, serving as both creator and supervisor simultaneously. We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Vice President of Sales with experience selling digital media technology and integrated marketing agency services. About the team:
Engineers on this team build the application our customers and internal teams use to configure, operate, manage, and visualize complex incentive compensation workflows.
This role sits within Forma’s ICM Operations platform, spanning areas such as Core Services, Business Intelligence, workflows, automation, APIs, claims management, next-generation reporting, and data exploration capabilities.
There are many complex and difficult areas across the product, especially across frontend architecture and user experience, because of high data volumes, wide configurability, complex business logic, and mission-critical operational workflows. The work is not just about building screens; it is about helping users understand, act on, and trust complex compensation data and operational processes.
We are low on meetings and high on accountability. Most of the team is in the EST timezone, with some teammates in PST and Central. We are far from maintenance or simple progressive evolution in many areas; there is a lot of room to make a meaningful impact on the overall user experience, product architecture, and frontend design patterns.
What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the VP of Engineering the Senior Frontend Engineer will play a key role in building, evolving, and scaling Forma’s customer-facing and internal operations experiences.
You’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, operations, and leadership partners to deliver intuitive, performant, and reliable interfaces for configuring, operating, and analyzing complex sales compensation workflows. Position Summary
As a Campaign Manager, Retail Search you'll play a critical role in driving the success of Retail Media campaigns for our clients. You'll be responsible for the overall performance and execution of campaigns, ensuring they deliver exceptional results. You'll also act as a subject matter expert, educating clients on best practices and the strategic application of Retail Media.
This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with a deep understanding of Retail Media platforms and a passion for driving performance. You'll be a key contributor to the team, providing valuable insights and developing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
· Partner with Account Managers to develop and deliver compelling RFPs, decks, proposals, and planning recommendations based on data-driven insights.
· Develop and deliver best-in-class reporting and deliverables to clients, leveraging available Retail Media platforms and services.
· Support with integration of retailer shopper initiatives with retail media digital ads in a holistic manner.
Campaign Set-up, Execution & Optimization
· Develop and implement strategic campaign structures to maximize performance aligned with client goals.
· Develop optimal targeting strategy by leveraging data-driven keyword research and selection into effective keyword strategies.
· Design and implement tactical approach of retail media ads across the funnel.
· Define and implement bidding strategies, utilizing SaaS tools like Pacvue or within each Retail Media Network (RMN) platform, to optimize campaign performance.
· Develop, manage and optimize e-commerce campaigns as well as budget management.
· Conduct in-platform checks throughout campaign lifecycles to prevent budget overspend or underspend. Monitor campaigns’ performance across defined KPIs.
· Ensure efficient budget allocation and adjustments across campaigns and ad groups to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
Reporting & Analysis
· Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders, including key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for optimization (bi-weekly or monthly).
· Leverage all available Retail Media campaigns data sets to enhance reporting and recommendations.
Craft Development
· Educate agency teams and clients on best practices and campaign objective requirements.
· Partner with Account Manager and other Campaign Managers to source proposals from media partners and liaise with Specialty Business Units (SBUs) as required.
· Monitor client goals and KPIs to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
· Build strong collaborative relationships with planning teams and specialty business units (SBUs).
Desired Skills & Experience
- Professional or educational background in Retail Media or Advertising.
- 1- 2 years experience in Amazon Ads console with a focus on Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Search, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, Sponsored Display).
- Proficiency in using 3P SaaS platforms or data aggregators for Retail Media such as Pacvue or Skai is highly desirable.
- Mid/Intermediate level experience in other Retail Media networks (Advance by Loblaws, Wal-Mart Connect, Instacart, Criteo).
- Comprehensive experience in retailer managed Shopper campaigns & programs (eg. Walmart, Loblaws, Flipp, others) would be considered a plus.
- Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and translate them into effective e-commerce strategies.
- Understanding of broader media planning and buying to ensure integration and coordination with wider media objectives.

The Integrations Ecosystem org is the bridge between ClickHouse and the rest of the data world. As an Intermediate Data Engineer on our Data team, you'll be closely collaborating with engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders across the company to solve data problems that span the full stack — from pipelines and infrastructure to customer-facing data products. You'll be part of a small, dynamic team — the problems you'll work on won't always come with a neat brief, and we need someone who takes ownership and runs with it. Reporting to a Principal Data Engineer, your work will directly impact both internal decision-making and customer success.

This role has a salary range base of $88,200 - $110,200 - $132,200 designed to capture the full journey from developing skills to excelling in the position. Most new hires start between the minimum and midpoint, which aligns with being fully capable in the role. Salaries above the midpoint are typically reserved for team members who have demonstrated strong, consistent performance, deep expertise, and a significant positive impact within the role.

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team. At this level, you will be a hands-on executor and domain owner — responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the pipelines and data models that power analytics and business intelligence across the company. You will own specific areas of our BigQuery data warehouse end-to-end, delivering reliable data products within a framework set by senior and staff engineers.
This is not an architecture or strategy role — it is a role for someone who takes well-defined problems and executes them with high craft and reliability. High-Level Overview
As the Manager, Business Applications at Benevity, you will oversee the integration and efficiency of our business applications and systems.
