The Job: Senior Developer

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high standards of code quality and system performance; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

GENERAL FUNCTION

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer (5+ years) with strong expertise in .NET 8.0, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-native development on AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications across the full stack.

This role requires deep proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Angular or React, and relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET 8.0 (C#, ASP.NET Core).

• Monitor and troubleshoot applications in cloud environments.

Database & Data Management

• Design and optimize database schemas using SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Write complex queries, stored procedures, and implement indexing/performance tuning strategies.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance across transactional systems.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth, role-based access control).

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

The Job: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, partnering with the product owner to gathering and documenting user stories from stakeholders, developing data-driven recommendations, and acting as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure new or improved solutions meet organizational goals; including oversee project implementation, conduct testing, create reports, and foster communication to drive change and increase efficiency within an organization.

The Job: Senior Cloud Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to act as a senior technical expert within our IT Infrastructure team. This is a hands-on role focused on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on automation, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native engineering.

You’ll lead complex infrastructure initiatives, shape architectural decisions, and help standardize how infrastructure is built, secured, and operated across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Infrastructure Design & Engineering

• Design and implement infrastructure across on-premises, Azure, and AWS environments
• Build scalable, secure systems using modern hybrid and cloud-native architectures

GENERAL FUNCTION

We’re looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions across the organization. This role will play a critical part in securing systems, enabling seamless access for users, and ensuring compliance across internal and customer-facing platforms.

IAM Architecture & Engineering

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across platforms such as Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, Active Directory, and Okta

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Helpdesk Agent reports to the Helpdesk Manager(s) and works on the day-to-day operations of the helpdesk. The Helpdesk agent works within a diverse team and ensures that all customer requests and issues are handled in a timely and professional manner within the guidelines of the company’s established policies and procedures.  The Role requires constant attention to detail and includes call and chat handling, resolving customer issues, and meeting performance metrics against established KPI’s and SLA’s.  Responsibilities also include assisting with building knowledge-based solutions and working with internal & external business partners on IT system issues.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing high levels of support for customers.
• Establishing procedures to ensure that all customer issues are addressed accurately and consistently.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar education or work experience.
• ITIL certification or other relevant industry certifications.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years working experience within a helpdesk call center or IT Service Delivery arena.
• Experience with customer facing IT systems with complex back-office system integrations.
• Broad knowledge in all areas of IT Operations (Networking, telecom, infrastructure, security, desktop support)
• Building and managing key relationships with internal and external business partners.

The Job 

As a Technology Business Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational partner to the CIO and Technology Leadership Team, driving financial discipline, governance, and operational transparency across the Technology function. You will oversee budgets, vendor management, headcount planning, and reporting, while ensuring that technology investments deliver business value and align with enterprise priorities. Financial Management & Governance 

• Own annual technology budget planning, forecasting, and reporting, including operating and capital spend.
• Track and report on run vs. change spend, capex vs. opex allocations, and spend efficiency.

The developer is a technical expert responsible for driving architecture, documentation, design and development for our business as part of our transformation efforts.
