About the Positions
We’re seeking Project Controls Analysts (Cost and Data Visualization) at multiple levels to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (rail and bus), aviation (international airports), and water projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods.
These roles sit at the intersection of project controls and modern data analytics. Depending on level and experience, responsibilities may span cost control, financial tracking, and schedule awareness, combined with advanced data structuring and visualization capabilities. Across all levels, the focus is not just on building dashboards, but on working within active programs to help teams understand what the data is actually telling them and where performance is trending.
Team members support cost and financial oversight across publicly funded programs (USDOT, FAA, FTA, and state DOTs), contributing across the full reporting lifecycle. This may include partnering with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, integrating and validating data from multiple systems, structuring datasets, and developing dashboards and reports that support project execution, program controls, and executive decision-making.
At Luster, these are not passive reporting roles. Depending on level, individuals play a key part in shaping how project data is organized, governed, and communicated across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The expectation across the team is an understanding of both the data and the project context behind it, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical outputs and real-world delivery.
This posting is for future roles and not for a specific opportunity that is available right now. We accept applications and conduct interviews in advance of upcoming hiring needs. When a candidate is selected, their profile is activated in our talent pool for this specialty area. We notify our talent pool candidates first whenever we have a project need.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Project Controls and Program Analytics
Cost Control and Financial Oversight
Data Integration and Management
Dashboard and Report Development
Stakeholder Collaboration

The Air Defense team builds robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. At a time when air superiority can no longer be taken for granted, the Air Defense team provides mission critical capabilities to protect the nation’s most important assets. From detection to tracking, identification, deterrence, and defeat, our family of networked sensors, effectors, and Command & Control (C2) software enables our customers to rapidly close the kill chain against a broad range of UAS threats. Working across product, engineering, business development, logistics, and operations, the Air Defense team develops, tests, deploys, and sustains the Anduril Air Defense Family of Systems in challenging operational environments worldwide.

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
Anduril is seeking a Principal Powertrain Engineer to join the Omen team at our Costa Mesa HQ. Omen is Anduril’s hover-to-cruise autonomous air vehicle (AAV) that packs the endurance, payload, and mission flexibility of much larger airplanes into a novel runway-independent Group 3 platform. Omen can operate from ship decks, beaches, or remote island clearings, providing true runway independence and freedom of maneuver across defense and civilian domains. Omen is the first tail-sitter aircraft with a mass-production contract, with an order of 50 systems representing a decisive investment that anchors production and accelerates the development of future systems.
You will work on new aircraft development in a lean, high-ownership culture where you directly shape the product and operate at a velocity to fly new designs within months, not years.
In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate a high performance hybrid-electric propulsion system into the Omen air vehicle. You will own and design powertrain components from concept through production, optimizing for the unique demands of a tail-sitter platform including VTOL operations, efficient cruise flight, and rapid transition between flight modes. As a Principal Powertrain Engineer, you will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teammates to deliver a high-performance, reliable propulsion solution. You will drive component selection, manage supplier relationships, lead testing and validation efforts, and ensure the powertrain meets performance, weight, thermal, and reliability requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will tackle hard technical problems, mentor junior engineers, and play a critical role in bringing a groundbreaking aircraft platform to operational reality. You will be a trusted subject matter expert in the design and development of our powertrain. Join our dynamic team and help us build the next generation of autonomous flight systems.

The Supply Chain Compliance Project Manager builds and maintains the compliance infrastructure that allows our supply chain to operate in a defense environment. This role translates complex regulatory requirements—FAR/DFARS, ITAR, export controls, and customer flow-downs—into clear, executable processes that withstand internal audits, customer scrutiny, and government review.
You'll own compliance workstreams from identification through remediation—conducting gap assessments, mapping compliance touchpoints across procurement and manufacturing workflows, developing compliant processes and documentation standards, and driving accountability through implementation. This isn't a policy writing role. You'll work directly with Procurement, Quality, Program Management, and Operations teams to ensure compliance is embedded into how we actually work, not just how we say we work.
The Compliance Analyst partners with Supply Chain leadership, Legal, Contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform regulatory obligations into documented, auditable, and repeatable business processes. You'll build the systems that prove compliance—including compliance matrices, control documentation, training materials, and audit readiness packages.
This role requires someone who is methodical, detail-oriented, and persistent about closing gaps. You need to understand that compliance without consistent execution is just paperwork, and you should be comfortable translating regulatory language into operational guidance that people can actually follow.
