We are looking for a versatile SOC analyst to join the team and write, tune and respond to alerts covering the entire environment from endpoints to cloud infrastructure. This exciting opportunity empowers you to ensure the right alerts come in and you don’t burn out on false positives. We are a forward thinking organization that leverages AI. Your work would take place during regular business hours. Weekend coverage will be necessary. From time to time evenings as well. The expectation is that we build for 24x7 coverage but you will be asked to step in to assist the team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and triage security alerts from a wide variety of sources across the organization
- Carefully tune rules to reduce false positives
- Write new rules to ensure appropriate MITRE ATT&CK framework coverage
- Escalate potential incidents
- Assist in any incident response activities
- Ability to run projects from beginning to end
- Work with Engineering and IT on visibility coverage and detection
Qualifications:
- 2+ years responding to alerts
- Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Comfortable writing and tuning detection rules
- Experience triaging alerts and establishing if an event rises to an incident
- Varied exposure to a variety of application, SaaS, cloud and end point logs
- Strong communication skills towards technical and non-technical people
- Preference for people who have experienced a real life security incident that they detected

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This individual will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting month-end close and reporting processes. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting knowledge, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Contract to hire: 6 month contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals for month-end and year-end close.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports.
- Manage multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange transactions
- Coordinate month-end and year end across international subsidiaries
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Support the preparation of schedules for external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and SOX (if applicable).
- Work closely with AP, AR, FP&A, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Provide support for special projects, system implementations, and process automation efforts.
Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA or CPA eligibility strongly preferred.
Experience:
- 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting and industry. Experience in inventory management is a plus
- Experience in a publicly traded technology, fintech, SaaS, or digital asset company a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
- Strong foreign exchange transactions
- Strong intercompany reconciliation and Elimination experience
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in month-end close, audit support, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with consolidation, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency a plus.

- Support the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Support external audits and financial reviews, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Maintain accurate books and records, including reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Strengthen internal controls, documentation standards, and compliance processes.
- Partner with business leaders to align financial insights with operational objectives.
Treasury & Liquidity Management:
- Oversee cash flow monitoring and liquidity management.
- Partner with treasury on forecasting and funding strategies.
- Support treasury-related initiatives to enhance capital planning and efficiency.
Regulatory & Accounting Partnership:
- Partner with Accounting to review accounting policies, estimates, and financial statement adjustments.
- Support regulatory readiness through strong financial governance and documentation.
Process Improvement & Strategic Projects:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and automation.
- Collaborate with international finance teams to drive consistency and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional financial projects supporting strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, including experience in a regulated financial services environment (payments, banking, fintech, or digital assets).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance.
- Experience supporting audits and preparing financial statements.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- ERP experience, NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Experience with finance systems such as Coupa, FloQast, Jira, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights.
Leadership & Operating Style:
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Comfortable building and refining processes in evolving environments.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Effective communicator who collaborates well across departments.
- Able to operate effectively in regulated, high-growth environments with competing deadlines.
