We are seeking a technically strong Global Partner System Specialist to design, implement, and optimize partner-facing systems and operational processes. This role sits within the Global Partner Program and Strategy team and operates at the intersection of business and technology, bringing deep expertise in PRM management and CRM architecture and development. The primary focus is on PRM platforms, Salesforce, system integrations (including learning management and badging platforms), and partner data architecture supporting the global partner ecosystem.
You will administer and maintain partner systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity. This includes troubleshooting complex system and integration issues, partnering with technical teams to resolve defects, and helping to design and execute test plans (including taking the lead on regression testing) to validate enhancements. Role purpose
The role of a Senior Software Engineer in the R&D AI Automation Team is to design, develop, and maintain the software solution (Studio) with drag-drop flow builder and execution engine that integrates multiple channels like voice, SMS, and chatbot with the Five9 contact centre voice solution. This role would be a key developer role to modernize and re-architect the existing Studio product to use Java microservices on GCP. The Senior engineer's responsibilities include software design and development, testing and documentation across our backend, front-end and interaction management platforms to deliver end-to-end features, work with product owners and designers to expand the feature set and create high-quality user interfaces, take operational responsibility for the performance and quality of services owned by your team, potentially including taking part in an on-call rotation, deep dive into cutting edge technologies and work with the products team to transfer ideas into products.

Toast’s products run on a stack that ranges from guest and restaurant-facing Android tablets to backend services in Java to internal, guest-facing and restaurant-facing web apps. Our backend services follow a microservice architecture written using Java 8 and DropWizard; we use AWS extensively, ranging from S3 to RDS to Lambda. We have our own platform for dealing with user management, service elevations and robust load balancing. Toast stores data in a set of sharded Postgres databases and utilizes Apache Spark for large scale data workloads including query and batch processing. The front-end is built primarily using React and ES6. The main Toast POS application is an Android application written in Java and Kotlin. For data between tablets and our cloud platform we operate RabbitMQ clusters as well as direct tablet communication to the back end.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to work on our next-generation Imports Platform team. Imports Platform team is leading a strategic initiative to modernize Okta's identity lifecycle management capabilities by architecting and migrating from a legacy monolithic system to a highly scalable, distributed microservices platform. As a Staff Software Engineer on the Imports Platform team, you will be a technical leader who independently owns projects end-to-end, from ideation and architectural design through implementation, deployment, and operational excellence. You will drive technical strategy, make critical architectural decisions, and influence both your immediate team and cross-team initiatives. You'll work on complex distributed systems challenges including massive-scale batch processing, real-time synchronization, and user matching algorithms that serve thousands of enterprise customers.
This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health. You will mentor senior and junior engineers, partner with Product Management on feature strategy, and help shape the future of Okta's Imports platform.

- Provide technical leadership on major development projects, including architectural design and implementation strategy

Sr Analyst, Field Analytics
As part of Okta’s Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations group, the Field Analytics team drives insight and scale within the global field organization. We serve as the core engine for the analytics and strategic analysis that enable our leaders to make data-driven decisions that determine the trajectory of Okta’s growth.
You will be responsible for building high-impact technical assets, ranging from executive Tableau dashboards to standardized Snowflake datasets, while staying at the forefront of AI-driven analytics workflows. You will partner with US-based leadership and local team members to ensure our reporting framework is scalable, accurate, and deeply aligned with Okta’s global GTM strategy.

Within the Data organization, the Data Enablement team is chartered with creating scalable semantic models that make it safe for anyone to see and understand data. By partnering with product and engineering leaders, this team owns the data lifecycle from strategy to prototyping to implementation, executive dashboard and product level self-service support.
The Senior Data Analyst Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Data Enablement - this role will be responsible for unlocking analytics across the company. You will do this through a combination of data lifecycle ownership, data tooling enablement and outreach programs designed to foster the safe usage of scalable data models for reporting and analytic consumption.
You'll serve as a critical data and technical partner that empowers our Sales, TAM, and Customer Success teams with the deep product insights they need to succeed. An average week will find you partnering with these teams to understand their measurement needs, reviewing engineering plans to ensure we capture critical data signals from the Auth0 product and developing data products that drive key success metrics. You will have multiple tools and teams at your disposal to achieve the core outcome of creating product and customer insights that help our partners drive value and long-term customer success.

As a Senior Developer Advocate, you represent Okta to external developers. You will establish relationships primarily with developers already using Okta or in the process of onboarding.
