How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• Current student in a Bachelor's or Master’s program and able to complete an internship of at least 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer Technical Engagement

· Technical Documentation & Enablement

o Create application notes, integration guides, and best practices documentation for Ethernet system implementation

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

· 8+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical support, or system engineering roles

· Strong understanding of Ethernet physical layer specifications (100G/200G/400G/800G)

· Hands-on experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and BER test tools

· Experience debugging high-speed serial interfaces and signal integrity challenges

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts

· Ability to travel within mainland China and Asia for customer debug

Preferred Qualifications

Overview:

We are looking for a bilingual Product Manager (Mandarin & English) to lead CRM localization and integrations for the APAC region, with a strong focus on China. Your role as part of the Sales Team means your daily responsibilities may include:

• Meeting quarterly sales quotas by generating revenue from outbound MMS/Enterprise prospects in your target vertical sector
• Drive the new sales process through the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, discovery, positioning & demonstration, negotiating and closing business.  
• Maintaining accurate forecasts and managing sales activities in Salesforce
• Driving a sale forward by engaging the prospect at the director/ C-level executive level 
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Engineering, Contracting, and Implementation to spark outbound interest and navigate the sales process
• Partner with SDR team to penetrate key accounts, perform discovery to understand and qualify prospect’s pain
• Provide value-based/consultative selling of SimilarWeb solutions, build proposals and negotiate pricing and terms
• Leveraging our robust sales tech stack to ensure accurate CRM reporting and increase overall productivity using tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Chorus and, of course, Similarweb

This is the perfect job for someone who:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota carrying new business commercial role, with at least 2 years consistency in previous role(s). Greater China MMS/Enterprise sales experience required
• Native language proficiency in Mandarin - required
• Professional level fluency in Cantonese - benefit 
• Background in SaaS, data, market research or analytics sales 
• Track record of quota achievement in a fast paced environment; has won awards/club trips as a part of top performance. 
• Has had success self-sourcing meetings in a startup environment
• Demonstrates learnings/growth from a bad quarter or lost deal

part of a team providing support / trouble shooting at client site.

• Maintain tool uptime and ensure excellent execution of installation and support of hardware issues.

Your Role at impact.com:

As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for learning impact.com’s technology and to assist with proposing and implementing technical solutions for our clients on the company’s SaaS  platform. Responsible for project management and execution during the onboarding phase, and supporting customers with migration-related work throughout onboarding. What You Bring:

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager who will be accountable for the governance of Quality and Compliance product requirements and lead Quality initiatives for our Apparel, Footwear, Bags and Accessories categories. In this role, you will serve as the guardian of product integrity. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to define strict product specifications and inspection plans, while managing third-party relationships to execute a robust global testing program. Responsibilities

Govern Quality and Compliance Requirements: Take full accountability for the governance of Quality and Compliance product requirements, ensuring all products meet internal and external standards.
