Your team

As you might expect from a sports brand with running at its core, the APAC team at On is a fast-paced place to be. You’ll be part of the APAC Tech team and co-working with a group of highly motivated individuals. 

Your mission

• Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support across On APAC offices and retail stores, seamlessly administering cloud-based systems, software, and hardware configurations
• Own end-to-end P1/P2 incident management, driving the escalation process, providing real-time stakeholder updates, and delivering actionable post-incident reports
• Support IT infrastructure, AV, and network solutions for new office and retail stores, while supporting expanding cross-functional technology integrations
• Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle (purchasing, setup, distribution) and collaborate with Finance to validate vendor invoices, track pending requests, and ensure IT expenses align with approved budgets
• Oversee third-party service providers (e.g., network, music) by actively monitoring SLAs, evaluating monthly performance trends, and driving continuous service improvements
• Execute and enforce IT policies, system administration procedures, security measures, and business continuity plans in alignment with business requirements

Your story:

• Good Chinese and English skills are a must
• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on technology or relevant field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in technical support or customer-facing technical; experience in Retail IT support is preferred
• Proficiency with Apple products and troubleshooting ability
• Solid network administration and troubleshooting experience
• Passionate to learn and adopt new technologies

As the Lead - Retail and Workplace Technology Project Manager, Americas, you will own the end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure and systems for our physical spaces across the region. In this role, while reporting to the Senior Lead Global PMO, you will take the lead on high-priority projects, ensuring that our global standards are applied with precision. You will act as a guiding resource for the Americas project team, driving best practices and process improvements to ensure every retail  store and workplace opening and tech upgrade is seamless.

Your Mission 

• Serve as the central point of contact and lead Retail and Workplace expansion and projects across the Americas. You will orchestrate seamless collaboration between the Global Project Team, Construction, Global technology Site Services, and international vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Personally manage high-impact Retail and Workplace Technology projects (new store and workplace openings, renovations, and tech refreshes) from initial network/technology design through to final deployment.
• Define and oversee the technology lifecycle for all project phases—from initial timeline documentation and ISP planning to final delivery. You will orchestrate the procurement and installation of a comprehensive tech stack, including Network infrastructure, RFID systems, payment devices, traffic counters, printers, audio & visual systems and security camera (CCTV) solutions, ensuring 100% alignment with global standards and strict security/audit compliance.
• Proactively identify and pilot innovative solutions (e.g., AI-driven tools, next-gen RFID) and transform "boots-on-the-ground" insights into actionable feedback for the Global technology team to refine worldwide standards.
• Evaluate current deployment workflows and advocate for "best-in-class" project management methodologies to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.
• Lead the management of regional vendors, ensuring hardware procurement (hardware and engineering) stays on timeline and within the established budget. Review vendor performance, ensuring our external partners scale alongside our growth.
• Take full responsibility for the financial health of assigned projects, including detailed tracking, reporting, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Technology and Construction teams to ensure local requirements are met without compromising global infrastructure integrity.

Your Story

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience in a related field; project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years in Technology Project Management, specifically within retail, office expansions, or large-scale physical infrastructure.
• Good understanding of IT/Network infrastructure, Retail Tech stack (RFID, Payment devices, Traffic Counters…) and AV systems.
• Expert-level vendor negotiation skills and the ability to solve complex, high-pressure technical roadblocks in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a "lead by example" mindset. You can dive deep into technical network troubleshooting while simultaneously presenting a high-level budget strategy to leadership.
• Proven ability to guide peers and influence and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear project milestones for non-technical partners (Construction, Visual Merchandising, etc.).
• Fluency in English and a readiness for domestic and international travel to lead site-specific deployments. Additional languages are a plus.

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $130,000-$160,000

This position offers the opportunity to manage Retail and Workplace Technology projects from initial design to deployment. Collaborating with our global project team, construction team, Global Technology Site Service team and international vendors, you will serve as the primary liaison for retail and workplace technology projects in the Americas. This includes network implementation, Retail specific hardware deployment, AV installations and much more.

Your mission 

• Concept planning and deployment of network infrastructure for new retail and workplaces in the Americas
• Work closely with internal/external stakeholders throughout project phases 
• Defining timelines and documentation for all Technology phases of the project.
• Oversee internet provider planning and management. 
• Procurement of network hardware and technology (incl RFID, Payment devices, traffic counters, printers, AV…) through our global partners
• Installation of hardware in collaboration with our global network partners
• Vendor planning and relations
• Budget planning, tracking and budget reporting
• Network deployment following global standards and compliance requirements
• Security camera planning and installation in collaboration with global partners
• Ensure On’s Technology Global standards are met and adhere to all global compliance regulations
• Produce site specific documentation for seamless handover to Technology Site Management
• Look for opportunities to improve our Technology project delivery standards together with the global PMO

Your story 

- 5+ years of project management experience; project management certification is a plus

- Proven work experience in retail or office expansions or similar role

- Experience in Technology projects from concept to delivery  

- Knowledge of Network infrastructure and retail and workplace technologies (RFID, cash desks, traffic counters, printers, AV …); Cisco Meraki related knowledge is a plus 

- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management including vendor collaboration

- Awareness of IT compliance and audit requirements 

- Ability to adapt quickly and find solutions to complex problems

- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

- Available for domestic and international travel when required
