The MongoDB Developer Productivity team provides a highly leveraged foundation of shared tools and services that support our product development process. The Performance Infrastructure Team aims to make it as easy as possible for MongoDB engineers to test and improve the performance of MongoDB products. What we are looking for in you

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research in Machine Learning in areas such as Code LLMs, Reasoning Models, Agentic Systems and Reinforcement Learning

The Storage Engines team is building WiredTiger, a cutting-edge open-source storage engine.
