TechnologyAdvice is looking for a Video Content Editor to help produce high-quality video content across our growing portfolio of media brands and digital properties. This role supports a range of initiatives, including client-driven video projects, sponsored social media videos, internal brand content, and long- and short-form video produced for our YouTube channels.

As a member of the Video Content Team, you will play a key role in transforming raw footage into engaging, polished content that supports audience growth, product visibility, and partner campaigns. As a Technical Account Manager at Smartly, you’ll play a critical role in helping new customers successfully onboard, launch, and scale their campaigns on our platform. Based in Manila, this role works closely with global customers and cross-functional teams to deliver smooth onboarding experiences and high-quality campaign execution from day one.

You’ll work hands-on with Smartly’s creative automation and advertising technology—supporting integrations, setting up campaigns, reviewing creative and structures, and troubleshooting issues along the way. This role blends technical problem-solving with operational delivery and customer partnership to ensure customers achieve strong early performance and long-term success on Smartly.

As a Technical Account Manager at Smartly, you will…

• Serve as the primary technical and operational point of contact for customers during onboarding

• Support platform and ad account integrations, ensuring correct and timely product setup

• Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing and setup through QA, launch, reporting, and early optimization

• Partner closely with Account Managers, Production, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution

• Review campaign structures, creative outputs, and configurations to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with strategy

• Manage timelines, dependencies, and turnaround times, proactively identifying and communicating risks

• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations

• Apply industry and platform knowledge to support problem-solving and idea generation

• Contribute to documentation of best practices and process improvements to support scalable delivery

We’re looking for you if you…

• Have experience in technical account management, project delivery, campaign operations, or a similar client-facing role

• Have a strong understanding of the programmatic and social advertising landscape, including campaign structures, targeting, measurement, and optimization levers across major platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, DSPs)

• Bring familiarity with digital advertising platforms or marketing technology (preferred)

• Communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and internal stakeholders

• Are comfortable managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Are able to work Eastern Time (ET) hours to support global and US-based customers

• Are able to work from the Manila office at least two days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days

As a Paid Media Specialist you will...

• Traffic and QA campaigns in Smartly across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google/YouTube– ensuring builds are compliant, best-practice, and ready for client activation.
• Implement and validate Smartly features (templates, automations/guardrails, feeds/catalogs, reporting) to speed up time-to-value and reduce manual work.
• Analyze performance and provide optimization recommendations (creative, structure, audience/placements, measurement/reporting) while the client owns budget changes and pushing live.
• Support testing roadmaps by setting up tests in Smartly, validating inputs, and summarizing learnings for client adoption.
• Support weekly customer syncs by prepping updates, tracking action items, and executing trafficking/implementation/enablement requests.
• Build enablement assets and help run trainings/office hours (checklists, SOPs, quick guides) to drive client self-sufficiency.
• Partner with Product/Engineering by documenting bugs/blockers, escalating with clear repro steps, and feeding recurring themes into playbooks.

• Have 1-2 Years of media buying or campaign ops experience with monthly media budget above $150k (internship/coursework/projects/entry-level) with fundamentals in structure, objectives, creative, and measurement.
• Are data-minded and able to turn complex inputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Are a strong communicator and team player who can explain buyer concepts simply.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Assist our email marketing vendor in preparing and sending email campaigns to promote vacation homes, owner propositions and franchise opportunities, plus special offers.

Website Maintenance:

Campaign Support:
