About the Role  

We are looking for a Senior Strategist, Influencer Marketing to work on a leading beauty and consumer goods brand, and bring social expertise and perspective to an integrated environment. Our new Senior Strategist will work on Social Media Influencer Marketing programs and must have a strategic mindset and deep knowledge in the social media space. What You’ll Do 

• Collaborate with internal teams and broader IAT to create influencer programs and distribution strategies that align with client goals and objectives 

• Present campaign strategies, POVs, influencer selects, briefs, day-to-day updates and campaign results to internal teams and client 

• Oversee research, identification, and relationship management with influencers that help meet brand goals via influencer partnerships supported by SaaS toolbox 

• Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts within the influencer space while also ensuring that client/agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time 

• Create and conduct influencer brief for creatives and influencers 

• Analyze and access campaigns to provide valuable insights and opportunities 

• Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure

What You’ll Need  

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media influencer strategy and execution; experience in driving talent partnerships

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Project Director for 6 months, at least initially, pending further account growth. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director. 

You will be working within the WPP Open X model, where the role will involve working with other WPP Media and WPP Creative operating companies:  WPP Media (end-to-end media thinking and channel planning), VMLY&R Commerce (Shopper Comms) and WPP Production. Key Responsibilities: 

• Leadership & Delivery: manage the end-to-end execution of complex global integrated projects, overseeing their comprehensive setup, scope definition, and strict adherence to timelines for seamless delivery. You will partner with the BD/AD to ensure work is delivered on time and within budget, you will lead complex production elements and play a consultative role for all other aspects of the project. This encompasses a diverse portfolio spanning various mediums such as TV/video, print, digital, social, and influencer campaigns.
• Operational Excellence: Working with Operations Directors you will define, implement, and continuously optimise project management methodologies, tools, and processes across the department to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Act as the liaison between agency functions (e.g., Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Production, Technology etc.) to ensure seamless strategic coordination and resource allocation across large-scale programmes.
• Financial & Commercial Stewardship: Working into Operations Director you will be accountable for the financial health of the delivery portfolio, including strategic budgeting, forecasting, margin responsibility for the delivery elements, and optimising resource utilisation to ensure profitable outcomes. Working with Operations Directors you will help develop and oversee client remuneration and commercial models related to delivery.
• Risk & Issue Governance: Manage robust risk management frameworks, proactively identifying potential project and portfolio-level risks, and developing comprehensive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth, predictable delivery.
• Stakeholder Management:  Acting as a trusted advisor on delivery strategy, performance, and best practices. Partner with the day-to-day account leads within the agency to champion delivery requirements.
• Standards & Quality Assurance: Enforce high standards for all project documentation, deliverables, and communication across the delivery function, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to best practices.

The Account Executive (AE) is the day-to-day point of contact within the agency liaising with Clients and pushing tasks through the internal system. • Familiar with payment process/paperwork required to exchange with all stakeholders (internal, PH, clients, other agencies, etc)

What You’ll Do 

• Lead creative projects across digital, bringing ideas to life with originality, strategic thinking, and precision using AI. 
• Lead and refine AI production workflows across projects, setting the standard for AI-integrated creative execution. 
• Own the content creation process end-to-end—from concept and scripting to execution—using AI as a creative accelerator. 
• Originate and pitch concepts that leverage the latest AI video and content technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to demonstrate how AI can solve complex or “impossible” creative briefs—faster, better, and more imaginatively. 
• Design and execute AI-driven social media strategies that grow reach, engagement, and conversions. 
• Spot trends early and translate them into compelling, platform-native content. 
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and leadership teams to transform strategic ideas into engaging stories and campaigns. 
• Adapt content for different audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic. 
• Maintain and evolve client brand guidelines while integrating AI tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and creative experimentation. 
• Direct deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards. 
• Experiment with emerging AI tools to streamline research, spark creativity, and optimize production workflows. 
• Track performance, test formats, iterate quickly, and optimize content based on data and results. 
• Direct and mentor a team of video creators, ensuring output meets high-end cinematic and creative quality standards.  

What You’ll Need  

• 7+ years of experience in visual design, art direction, and creative strategy. 
• A strong foundation in branding, visual design, and user experience. 
• High degree in Graphic and/or Web Design, or equivalent professional experience. 
• A powerful design portfolio demonstrating originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression, ideally including AI-enhanced work. Portfolio should include examples of visual design, branding, presentation decks, graphic design, print, and information visualization, AI solutions. 
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Google AI models, VEO 3, OpenAI Nano Banana, Seedance, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation, ideation, editing, and trend analysis. 
• Ability to bridge the gap between traditional cinematic craft and the frontier of Generative AI. 
• Proven experience creating audiovisual content across digital channels. 
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). 
• Knowledge of designing social assets, visuals, video storytelling. 
• Strong understanding of what performs on each platform—and why. 
• Ability to hook trends, visuals, and data, turning ideas into scroll-stopping content that drives real results. 
• Experience generating content ideas and scripts and repurposing content efficiently across platforms. 
• A natural storyteller with excellent taste, style, and design sensibility. 
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on reach, engagement, growth, and impact. 
• Ability to think in visuals, narratives, and data. 
• Highly motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently in support of the agency’s creative goals and the client’s business objectives. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
