About the role
The focus of this role is to bolster Auctane's global engineering and operations within the Information Security Group. This position reports directly to the CISO and entails the leadership of several security programs within the engineering and operations teams.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and developing the technology and processes governing cybersecurity practices to secure Auctane's global infrastructure. The role will specifically concentrate on securing the Enterprise and Cloud Infrastructures, alongside managing security operations responsibilities.This critical role requires a successful candidate to be a key contributor in establishing and evolving the technology and processes that define Auctane's global cybersecurity practices. The primary focus of this position is to secure the Enterprise and Cloud Infrastructures while also managing core security operations.
The Infosec group operates as part of the broader R&D Tech function, which utilizes modern architectural patterns and technologies, including AI, at scale and pace. This is a fully on-site position located in Manila, Philippines, with the primary shift scheduled between 10 pm to 7 am PHT, and flexibility to support other hours.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel required.

About the role
As an Account Executive – Expansion, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an existing customer portfolio. This is a hunting role inside the farm: you will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling Auctane and Metapack solutions. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to uncover needs, craft value-driven proposals, and expand strategic customer relationships across multiple business units and geographies.

We’re looking for a Manager to own and transform our support content and knowledge operations. This isn’t a maintain-what-exists role. Our knowledge base needs a reset. Our help center needs to measurably deflect contact volume. And we believe AI is the key to getting a small, sharp team to operate at the scale of a much larger one.
About the team
You’ll lead a team of content writers and knowledge base specialists. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, architecture, and execution of all support-facing content, both the customer-facing help center and the internal knowledge base that powers our agents and AI tools.

About the role
We’re building our Enterprise API Sales team — and this role will sit at the center of that growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll lead high-impact partnerships with large platforms and enterprise organizations, helping them unlock value through our API solutions.
This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll operate as a strategic partner to senior leaders, navigating complex buying groups, shaping long-term commercial strategy, and driving meaningful revenue expansion. From prospecting to close to expansion, you’ll own the full enterprise lifecycle — identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and building durable, multi-year partnerships.
You’ll represent our Enterprise brands in the market, elevate our presence at industry events, and bring a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset to every engagement. Internally, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate forecasting, strong pipeline health, and thoughtful growth planning.
This fully remote role offers the opportunity to help scale a growing Enterprise API function across the U.S. and beyond. We’re looking for a seasoned enterprise seller who thrives in complex environments, builds credibility at the executive level, and consistently delivers measurable results.

About the role
We’re building our Enterprise API Sales team — and this role will sit at the center of that growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll lead high-impact partnerships with large platforms and enterprise organizations, helping them unlock value through our API solutions.
This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll operate as a strategic partner to senior leaders, navigating complex buying groups, shaping long-term commercial strategy, and driving meaningful revenue expansion. About the role
The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing will lead strategy, planning, and execution of co-marketing campaigns with priority partners. You’ll build relationships across internal teams and external partners and serve as a subject matter expert on marketing with and to partners and the partner referral journey. About the role
As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll help drive user adoption of Shipstation for e-commerce shipping processing and automation. About the role
At Auctane a Pre-Sales Engineer (aka Solutions Engineer) is an experienced operational and technical sales professional who works with clients on-site to identify their needs and develop customized business solutions using Auctane's products and services with a strong understanding of the small parcel shipping industry. They work closely with the sales team to understand the client's business, logistics, and IT environment, and then design and present solutions that meet those needs. An Auctane Pre-Sales Engineer also plays a key role in the pre-sales and implementation process, providing operational and technical support to the sales team and answering any operational and technical questions clients may have.
Solutions Engineers play a vital role in the success of any logistics and technology company.
