About the role
As an Account Executive – Expansion, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an existing customer portfolio. This is a hunting role inside the farm: you will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling Auctane and Metapack solutions. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to uncover needs, craft value-driven proposals, and expand strategic customer relationships across multiple business units and geographies.
This role is ideal for a results-driven salesperson who thrives in consultative selling, relationship building, and navigating complex enterprise accounts.

About the role
We’re building our Enterprise API Sales team — and this role will sit at the center of that growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll lead high-impact partnerships with large platforms and enterprise organizations, helping them unlock value through our API solutions.
This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll operate as a strategic partner to senior leaders, navigating complex buying groups, shaping long-term commercial strategy, and driving meaningful revenue expansion. From prospecting to close to expansion, you’ll own the full enterprise lifecycle — identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and building durable, multi-year partnerships.

About the role
Accelerate your career in outbound sales and drive growth! As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Auctane, you'll be on the frontlines of driving new business. This is a highly outbound-focused role where your main responsibility is to actively engage with prospects through high-volume cold-calling, targeted emailing, and strategic use of social media. About the role
As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll help drive user adoption of Shipstation for e-commerce shipping processing and automation. They are responsible for clear communication to prospective ShipStation users and will assist merchants throughout the trial process - showing ShipStation value, understanding their business objectives, and helping turn trial users into subscribers. ISRs will interact with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams, and will be customer advocates in regards to future product enhancements.

About the Team
The Inside Sales team is a growing team of Inside Sales representatives that help ecommerce sellers fulfill their products to their buyers using the most efficient and economical path. Inside Sales Representatives conduct demonstrations and manage opportunities in their pipelines. We are looking for driven folks with inside sales experience or someone looking to grow in their sales career to join our growing Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Representative position reports to our Inside Sales Manager.

At Auctane a Pre-Sales Engineer (aka Solutions Engineer) is an experienced operational and technical sales professional who works with clients on-site to identify their needs and develop customized business solutions using Auctane's products and services with a strong understanding of the small parcel shipping industry. They work closely with the sales team to understand the client's business, logistics, and IT environment, and then design and present solutions that meet those needs. An Auctane Pre-Sales Engineer also plays a key role in the pre-sales and implementation process, providing operational and technical support to the sales team and answering any operational and technical questions clients may have.
Solutions Engineers play a vital role in the success of any logistics and technology company. They are the bridge between the sales teams and product teams, and they are responsible for ensuring that clients have the best possible experience with the company's products and services. Auctane has many solutions directly tied to their product and services and many more tied to their partners. An Auctane Pre-Sales Engineer is the subject matter expert understanding these solutions and the monetization impact they being to Auctane and the client.
This is a remote position, with field requirements, and the ideal candidate must live in the Orlando Metro Area.
Travel Requirements: Up to 75% spent in the field.

Build and deliver customized analysis and proposals to drive customers to adopt Auctane technology and shipping solutions quicker.

Collaborates with other Auctane departments to ensure Sales commitments, technical solutions, and marketing programs are successful.
