You'll be a hands-on creative making content that belongs in people's feeds. Based in London with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days per week on-site), you'll concept, shoot, edit, and produce social-first content for Dove across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. Working closely with the senior content creator, social media managers, and the wider studio team, your ability to produce authentic, culturally fluent content at pace will help keep Dove's social presence genuine, engaging, and distinctly its own.

• Create and manage Dove's social content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, ensuring a consistent cadence of planned, campaign, and reactive content — including creator and influencer content — within a single, integrated schedule 
• Schedule and publish content across platforms, ensuring every post meets brand guidelines, platform specifications, and accessibility standards (captions, alt text, format requirements)
