Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is hiring a full-time Head of Graphic Design based out of our Brooklyn office. This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced and creative individual to work closely with the founding team of Van Leeuwen Ice Cream as they embark on their next stage of accelerated growth. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in the CPG and/or retail space, has the ability to work diligently with the marketing team as well as any third-party creative teams, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment (and loves ice cream! and now Fro-Yo!).
The Head of Graphic Design contributes to the Van Leeuwen universe by shaping how the brand comes to life across every customer touchpoint. This role leads art direction across a wide range of initiatives, including packaging design, partnership activations and the continued evolution of our visual identity. You’ll oversee in-store experiences end-to-end, from signage and digital menu displays to store planograms, ensuring every touch point feels cohesive and intentional. The role extends to designing and developing uniforms and merchandise that reflect the brand’s personality beyond the scoop shop.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and retail, international partners and external creative partners, to conceptualize, execute and scale creative that resonates both in-store and across broader brand moments. This position requires a strong point of view, attention to detail, agility and the ability to translate the Van Leeuwen aesthetic into thoughtful, high-quality design across physical and digital environments.
This role will be based out of our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office and follow Van Leeuwen's Hybrid work model and be in office at least two to three days a week.

The typical starting salary range for this role is: $168,000-$210,000.

About the Role
We are looking for a tech-forward, strategic thinker to join our team as we redefine Internal Audit for 2026. In this role as an experienced Senior Auditor, you will plan and execute operational audits of the activities of The New York Times Company to determine adequacy of internal controls, efficiency of operations, fairness of reported financial data, and compliance with the Company's financial policies and procedures. As a Senior Auditor, you will contribute to the entire audit lifecycle, including risk-based planning, execution and reporting.
Reporting to the Assistant Chief Audit Executive, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week at the New York Times Company headquarters in Manhattan. About the Role:
A Photo Editor for The New York Times has a creative eye and an innovative approach to visual formats and mobile-focused presentations. You should bring thoughtful technical skills and journalistic judgment to join a team creating visual journalism—still and video— for breaking news, features and enterprise stories for on- and off-platform publishing.
The primary duties of the job are to conceptualize and assign photography and video for the New York Times' Washington D.C. report, and to select and publish images and video for multiple platforms of The New York Times. The New York Times is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Programming team. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager, Programming and work with a team of engineers and cross-functional partners to build tools to support the newsrooms and bundled brands of the NY Times.
The Programming team is building the next generation homepage programming systems for the newsroom editors who curate The New York Times homepage every day. We're building an entirely new version of our editorial process and the applications that power it, while maintaining all of our mission-critical standards for publishing news. As a Software Engineer on the Programming team, you will:
Collaborate with product, design, other engineers, and newsroom partners to develop editorial tools for programmed surfaces, ensuring we align technical choices with our goals and editorial workflows.
Develop new features and improve existing components from requirements gathering through design, implementation, QA, deployment, and monitoring
Build reliable, secure, and observable features, while identifying bugs or technical debt within the team's domain
Review code written by other software engineers on the team and provide feedback

The VP Digital Design Lead will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing multiple projects at once across multiple accounts. You will be responsible for onboarding new Advertisers, monitoring delivery and performance, resolving technical issues, and providing in-depth technical recommendations, best practices and optimization strategies across a book of business. This includes troubleshooting complex database and backend technology issues.
The Solutions Engineer possesses great communication and presentation skills, and ability to understand all technical aspects of our client’s goal and objectives. The Solutions Engineer should be a fast learner and able to ramp up on the changing needs of the platform. Continuous learning and adaptability to change are critical parts of the job.
