The Growth org aims to help Algolia grow by working on changes in the product, introducing new features, and providing the best possible user experience. You will get to shape the user experience of our customers as they start using Algolia, help create a new Growth platform, mentor software engineers, and introduce best practices.

As an Algolia Install Base Account Executive, you will own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, driving retention and expansion across your install base. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, uncover new opportunities, and ensure customers realize measurable value from Algolia’s platform. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, aligning Algolia’s solutions to customer goals to deepen adoption and drive revenue growth.
You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Renewal Account Executives, and Customer Success Engineers to deliver a seamless customer experience and proactively address risk and opportunity.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment, operates with autonomy, and brings a consultative approach to growing customer relationships. You will be expected to navigate ambiguity, define your own approach, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve our go-to-market motion.

As an Algolia Commercial Account Executive, you will play a strategic and high-impact role, cultivating and expanding relationships with some of the most complex and innovative companies. You are comfortable researching prospective customers and adapting sales strategies to meet their needs. You will also play an integral role in defining our sales model. You will be expected to navigate ambiguity, define your own process, and partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our go-to-market motion.

The Team
The Digital Merchandising Product team is enabling companies to optimize their business metrics by personalizing and curating search and discovery experiences mapped to the shopper journey. We work across Algolia stack in building solutions leveraging Search Engine, Rules, AI Studio, Analytics etc. We have ambitious goals ahead of us, including building several new products on top of Algolia existing APIs and capabilities.
