What The Role Is
We're looking for a Director of Social and Influencer Marketing. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and content — responsible for upleveling how Babylist shows up across social channels, how we build and sustain creator relationships at scale, and how we translate social attention into trust, advocacy, and measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Brand and Media, you will expand on our current social and influencer strategy and manage our social team. This role will lead creator strategy, strengthen community engagement, and continue elevating the quality and impact of our content.
We’re looking for a leader who can sharpen strategic focus, deepen community connection, and raise the bar creatively. You must have strong creative instinct and editorial judgment, paired with the analytical rigor to understand what’s working and scale it. We expect you to be deeply culturally fluent, ahead of trends, and actively using the latest AI tools to sharpen workflows, fuel creative experimentation, and strengthen analysis.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Director of Global Go-to-Market (GTM) for Core Games is a highly strategic role responsible for translating commercial objectives, brand identities and audience strategies into unified, high-impact global campaign architectures.
This leader will own the end-to-end GTM strategy for 2K’s portfolio of Core Games, acting as the primary orchestrator between Franchise, Regional, and Cross-Functional teams. What We Need
2K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Researcher to join the Research & Insights team. You will play a critical role in bringing the voice of the player to the forefront of the organization, providing player insights and recommendations that inform every phase of development - from game concept through launch. You will work directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams to design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions, while also serving as a customer-facing extension of Contentful’s Product and Engineering teams. Your work will help reduce implementation risk, accelerate time to value, and create tighter feedback loops into product development—specifically for complex personalization use cases.

Position Overview
As Associate Director, Communications Design you are the orchestrator of the Communications Plan, and all its detail. Working with the Director, Communications Design, you oversee the translation of the idea approach into the detailed communications architecture and connected plan, the brand will take to market, tied to culture. A Brief Overview

About the Role
GiveDirectly's #1 growth obstacle is awareness: major donors don't yet know about or trust direct cash transfers. This role will play a key role in fixing that: owning our surrogate, influencer, and brand partnership strategy end-to-end, building the relationships and campaigns that get cash transfers in front of audiences capable of $1M+ gifts.
Past partners include Substackers, podcasters, Mr. Beast, Ahmed Shaikh, Rutger Bregman, and Elsa Majimbo. You'll professionalize and scale what's been working, and make new bets on what comes next.
About the Workstream
Your goal would be to leverage meaningful endorsements that maximize reach/awareness to high-value audiences (those able to make $1m+ gifts, especially in tech/finance industries), helping initiate funding conversations.
Beyond individual surrogates, this role also owns our nascent brand and media partnership strategy — identifying fintech platforms, personal finance media, consumer brands, and other major organizations where GiveDirectly's mission creates natural co-branding opportunities.

Overall CM Compensation Package: $70,000 - $90,000 + Bonus Opportunity (This is what you can expect to be paid in this role. The range considers factors such as years of relative experience, Skin Laundry tenure, cost of living/geographical area and clinic volume.)
Schedule/Availability: Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change) including mall holiday extended hours and weekend availability.
Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.

About This Exciting Role:
Skin Laundry is growing & glowing! We have multiple new clinics opening across the US! We're looking for laser focused Clinic Managers to lead our sales strategies and day-to-day management of one of our Skin Laundry clinics. As Clinic Manager, you’re inspiring and leading by example. You will work directly with your team to coach, mentor and inspire to ensure successful sales & client retention strategies, customer service-related initiatives, and clinic operations. You will ensure that the clinic team is motivated to create an energetic and passionate experience for our clients. As the CM you are a kind & caring leader and must have the ability to make informed decisions and overcome challenges.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $31.73 - $39.90 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
