What You’ll Do
We are looking for an experienced senior creative to support on the ideation, production, and delivery of creative assets for all activities, products, and partnerships associated with the David Beckham brand.
The main responsibility is to drive creative ideation and content execution to support the David Beckham brand and associated brand partnerships. The senior creative role will work closely with Authentic’s Associate Creative Director and Studio 99, to develop ideas and manage the delivery of content across multiple social media and brand partner channels.
The role requires a keen eye for detail and aesthetic appreciation. The range of brand partnerships this role will work on varies from fashion, sport, automotive, philanthropic – and with every partner a unique sensibility and style is required. Across the variety of brand partnerships, the upmost care and attention is needed as every asset is viewed on a global stage.
From social first to ATL campaigns, the level of care and creative attention never changes - maintaining best in class creative aesthetic is expected across all output.
The responsibilities with this role, ensure effective management of the creative process, and foster strong collaboration, both internally and externally. This applies to all work that we do with commercial partners, production teams or editorial – digital, social, print, moving, still, product, etc.

The Summer (May–July) Marketing & Communications internship offers an opportunity for students with a strong interest in sport, lifestyle, and entertainment communications to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, global environment.
Working alongside industry professionals during a key period for the business, including the FIFA World Cup, the internship provides exposure across communications, social media, PR, and content operations. It is designed to build practical skills in analytics, creative development, and digital content management.

The Business Development - Entertainment EMEA Summer (June - September) Intern will be trained in the nuts and bolts of the brand licensing business. You'll be mentored by experienced internal leaders who will advise and help you succeed and develop exceptional business acumen.
