Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, ostomy care, and minor skincare, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our amazing group!

The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships & Development. This individual will be responsible for developing phone relationships by prospecting nursing home accounts and manage customer service relationships. Job Duties:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

• Anticipate needs and provide high-level executive administrative support to VP
• Assist with projects

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Inside Sales or telemarketing experience preferred 
• Phenomenal organizational skills

The Payer Contracting Manager serves as the primary architect of the financial relationship between a healthcare provider and insurance companies (payers). This role is a blend of high-stakes negotiation, financial analysis, and strategic relationship management.

Role Overview

The Payer Contracting Manager is responsible for negotiating, monitoring, and maintaining all managed care contracts. You will ensure that the organization’s reimbursement rates are competitive, fiscally sustainable, and aligned with market shifts toward value-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end negotiation process for fee-for-service and value-based care agreements with national and local payers (e.g., Blue Cross, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, CMS).
• Financial Modeling: Analyze the financial impact of proposed rate changes using internal utilization data to ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and payer representatives to resolve systemic claims issues or credentialing bottlenecks.
• Strategy Development: Identify opportunities for network expansion and evaluate the feasibility of new "at-risk" or bundled payment models.
• Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure all contracts comply with state and federal regulations (HIPAA, ERISA, etc.) and that internal departments are aware of specific payer requirements.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the "signature to implementation" process, ensuring all contracts are properly executed, scanned, and loaded into the billing system.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, legislative changes, and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field. (Master’s degree/MHA/MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in managed care contracting, provider relations, or healthcare reimbursement.
• Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.
• Familiarity with medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and billing software.
• Deep understanding of different reimbursement methodologies

Job description

The primary responsibility of the Collections Specialist will be to follow up on and seek resolution of patient and third party accounts receivable balances. 

Essential Job Duties:

• Completes follow-up on outstanding insurance claims directly with payers.
• Completes incoming correspondence from patients and insurance companies.
• Works through coding or billing issues by working EOB’s to correct the errors in a timely manner.
• Escalate problem accounts to management team of department for assistance and resolution.
• Properly documents the patient account of all steps taken to resolve the balance.
• Bulk mails all manual claims to individual payers daily.
• Works all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
• Completes all required monthly in-services and educational training as required.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Tester to join our engineering organization and help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our healthcare software products. You will work hands-on with our in-house developed applications — with a primary focus on our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and our end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform — testing new features, validating bug fixes, and helping the development team ship software that providers, billers, and administrators can rely on.

This role is well-suited for an experienced QA professional looking to grow within a healthcare-focused engineering team, or for a recent computer science / software engineering graduate who wants to get hands-on exposure to real-world software development by starting on the QA side. You will partner directly with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to clarify requirements, design test cases, execute test runs, and provide clear, actionable feedback that drives product quality forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases against new features, bug fixes, and regression suites across our EHR, RCM, and billing applications.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience testing software platforms in a professional environment, OR Equivalent hands-on exposure to the software development process.

• Solid understanding of how software is built and shipped, including version control, build/release cycles, and the general roles of developers, QA, and product within an engineering team.

The Case Manager – SNF & Insurance Coordination is responsible for investigating and resolving complex insurance coverage issues for patients receiving care in Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role focuses on situations where coverage is incomplete, unverified, or unbillable through standard processes — including patients with Medicare Part A only, no insurance, or placement in hospital-owned or county facilities — and works directly with facilities and payers to identify viable billing solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Facility Outreach & Direct Billing Coordination

• Negotiate and establish direct billing agreements or arrangements with facilities where applicable
• Document all outreach, agreements, and billing resolutions in the appropriate systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the billing department and SNF facilities for unresolved or problematic accounts

Insurance Verification & Issue Resolution

• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details for patients with unclear or unspecified payer information
• Identify patients who have Medicare Part A only and determine appropriate next steps for coverage or billing
• Work with payers, Medicaid, and managed care plans to resolve coverage disputes and clarify billing responsibility
• Manage insurance denials and appeals related to SNF stays and coverage determinations

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all account activity, outreach efforts, and resolution outcomes

Excellent compensation:

Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $250,000 -$300,000 annually. Earn up to $400,000 with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap.

Qualifications:
