Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, ostomy care, and minor skincare, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our amazing group!
The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships & Development. This individual will be responsible for developing phone relationships by prospecting nursing home accounts and manage customer service relationships. The Case Manager – SNF & Insurance Coordination is responsible for investigating and resolving complex insurance coverage issues for patients receiving care in Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role focuses on situations where coverage is incomplete, unverified, or unbillable through standard processes — including patients with Medicare Part A only, no insurance, or placement in hospital-owned or county facilities — and works directly with facilities and payers to identify viable billing solutions.

As our Staff Accountant, you will be a vital part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency across our various entities.
Financial Operations & Reporting
General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate books by preparing and posting journal entries for multiple companies.
The Closing Process: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including complex bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
A/P & A/R Mastery: Process transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Analysis & Insights: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to help drive business decisions.
Audit, Compliance & Innovation
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and meticulous documentation.
Tech Integration: Utilize our advanced software suite and AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks and enhance reporting accuracy.
Ethical Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).
Experience: 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in healthcare or a corporate setting.
Multi-Company Comfort: Ability to handle the complexities of managing accounts for multiple sets of books.
Tech-Forward Mindset: Advanced Excel skills and a passion for embracing AI and new accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Associate’s degree with relevant experience considered).
