The Role

AXS actively seeking a Database Engineer to provide quality, scalable data solutions for AXS products. The candidate will be expected to collaborate to design and then develop, implement, and optimize critical databases, processes and reports to achieve business goals and support the development and data platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aurora, MongoDB, etc.).

• Integrate database deployments into CI/CD pipelines to enable automated schema migrations, rollback, and testing.

• Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for database provisioning (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure database performance, health, and security.

• Optimize database queries, indexes, and execution plans to improve performance and reduce costs.

• Manage high availability, replication, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Collaborate with developers, SREs, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth and secure application-to-database integration.

• Enforce security best practices, including encryption, key management (AWS KMS/CMK), access control, and compliance with data regulations.

• Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Engineer / DBA with at least 3+ years in a DevOps/Cloud environment.

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server,  Aurora (at least one deeply, others working knowledge).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Liqbase,  GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a plus).

• Solid understanding of database security, encryption, and auditing.

• Solid understand on Kafka cluster. 

• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Pay Scale: $100,000-$120,000

The Role

AXS is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering who will not only lead engineers but also inspire them to build technology that powers unforgettable moments. In this role, you’ll guide the creation of features and services that span our entire ecosystem—from intuitive B2B applications to seamless payment systems to the powerful transactional engines that keep our global platforms running. Together with your team, you’ll design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that bring fans closer to the events they love and set new standards for live entertainment technology.

• Manage 4-6 engineers, including coaching, mentorship and performance reviews
• Continue to be hands-on in working with code, doing code reviews, and improving our software development practices
• Partner closely with the Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, Ops teams to identify and push technical initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, PMO, stakeholders, other  teams and peers to coordinate work, gather feedback and communicate updates

The Role

AXS is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering who will not only lead engineers but also inspire them to build technology that powers unforgettable moments. In this role, you’ll guide the creation of features and services that span our entire ecosystem—from intuitive B2B applications to seamless payment systems to the powerful transactional engines that keep our global platforms running. Together with your team, you’ll design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that bring fans closer to the events they love and set new standards for live entertainment technology.

What Will You Do?

• Manage 4-6 engineers, including coaching, mentorship and performance reviews
• Continue to be hands-on in working with code, doing code reviews, and improving our software development practices
• Partner closely with the Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, Ops teams to identify and push technical initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, PMO, stakeholders, other  teams and peers to coordinate work, gather feedback and communicate updates
• Make focused, operational decisions to execute against goals and project plans
• Participate in recruiting and retention efforts

What Will You Bring?

• 5+ years of relevant, hands-on and technical leadership experience as a senior or lead software engineer
• 3+ years of relevant people management experience with at least 3 direct reports
• Strong skills and experience in systems design and full stack development with ReactJS, .NET and SQL
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the tools used
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide strategic insight and analysis to solve problems and make improvements
• Experience working in a continuous integration and continuous delivery environment
• Experience working with and deploying to AWS

Bonus points if You Have

• Experience with containers, AWS CodeBuild, Spinnaker, Terraform
• Experience with logging, monitoring and alerting tools and best practices

Pay Scale:  $144,000-162,000

Position Summary:

AXS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our enterprise inventory experiences within the AXS Apex Platform. This role is responsible for defining how enterprise users configure event tickets, allocate seating and optimize pricing throughout the event, ensuring our products are intuitive, powerful, and built with modern best practices. The Senior Product Manager focuses on aligning inventory needs with our different client segments, building powerful capabilities that enable ticket sales and maturing our pricing functionality to help clients drive sales and revenue. 

The ideal candidate brings deep product experience in Enterprise tooling in complex and data-driven domains (e.g., ticketing, fintech, marketplaces, SaaS). You will shape intuitive user experiences for creating and managing event inventory, balancing usability with the complexity required for large-scale enterprise clients, while ensuring seamless integration across pricing, mapping, and inventory systems.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and client-facing teams to translate ticketing needs of our different client segments into powerful and easy to use experiences. This role will work in close alignment with the Senior Manager of Enterprise Product to shape long-term vision, establish measurable outcomes, and deliver inventory solutions that materially improve our clients’ ability to create ticketing set-ups that align to their business needs and drive sales throughout the end-to-end event lifecycle.

Essential Functions:

As a Senior Product Manager you will be accountable for:

• Defining and executing a cohesive inventory product strategy focused on serving inventory needs for our key client segment, driving adoption of enterprise tools and surfacing contextual data to optimize event goals
• Owning the inventory management frameworks that handle pricing, allocation, and event inventory performance across the Apex platform.
• Translating client and business needs into clear product requirements for inventory capabilities, including powerful dashboards and workflows, real-time inventory updates and accurate and useful data points to inform pricing
• Partnering with UX and Analytics teams to deliver intuitive, modern interfaces and workflows that enable efficient inventory monitoring and control.
• Collaborating with Architecture teams to define the inventory data and application layers that support scalable inventory management applications that scale to our largest organizations and are compatible across the AXS ecosystem
• Establishing and tracking product success metrics related to adoption, performance, reliability, and inventory accuracy.
• Communicating roadmap, progress, and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

We are looking for:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience working in Agile environments with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience building Enterprise product experiences including data-driven dashboards and self-service workflows at scale 
• Ability to partner with product analytics to define success metrics for product workflows as well as utilize self-service data tools such as Looker, Adobe Analytics or Fullstory
• Experience defining product needs based on Enterprise user types to build tailored experiences with consideration of role based access control requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working on integrated B2B platforms and familiarity with best practices for Saas user experiences
• Experience operating within complex, global technology organizations is preferred.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery and navigate ambiguity in complex problem spaces.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts, influence across teams, and align stakeholders around shared outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to define problems, analyze workflows and data, and deliver iterative, high-impact improvements.
• Balanced perspective across business processes, technical systems, and user experience.
• Curious, driven problem solver with a willingness to challenge assumptions and continuously improve how insights are delivered.

The Role

AXS is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer - Mulesoft to designs, build, deploy, and operate API-led integrations on Mule 4 using Anypoint Platform. They will delivers reusable, testable APIs, interfaces, and integration flows that support enterprise connectivity across business systems. They will partner with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to implement secure, observable, and scalable integrations, with strong emphasis on DataWeave transformations, API lifecycle management, CloudHub deployments, and automated testing with MUnit.

What Will You Do?

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Mule 4 APIs and integrations using Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform.
• Implement API-led connectivity patterns across System, Process, and Experience APIs with reuse and governance in mind.
• Develop DataWeave transformations for JSON, XML, CSV, and other payload formats.
• Configure and manage API deployments to CloudHub, including runtime properties, environment-specific configuration, and operational support.
• Apply API policies and security controls in Anypoint Platform, including authentication, rate limiting, and SLA enforcement.
• Author and maintain MUnit test suites, including mocks, spies, and coverage validation.
• Document API interfaces, contracts, error handling patterns, and reusable assets in alignment with enterprise standards.

What Will You Bring?

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• 3-5 years in integration development, including hands-on experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, and Anypoint Platform.
• Salesforce MuleSoft Developer certification required (or actively being pursued). Additional MuleSoft or Anypoint Platform certifications
• Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying REST-based APIs and integrations.
• Solid experience with DataWeave transformations and common integration data formats including JSON, XML, Paquet Avro and/or CSV.
• Working knowledge of API lifecycle practices, deployment to CloudHub, and production support considerations.
• Experience with MUnit testing, including mocks, spies, and coverage validation.

AXS is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for our MarTech team to lead the execution and delivery of the global MarTech ecosystem, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization, Customer Data Platform (CDP), website personalization tooling, mobile push infrastructure, advertising technology integrations, tag management systems, SDK governance, and event instrumentation standards. What Will You Do?

• Understand and evaluate global marketing, customer engagement, and activation needs by conducting discovery sessions, gathering stakeholder feedback, and analyzing performance and behavioral data to inform roadmap priorities. • Drive sequencing and prioritization across concurrent initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives, lifecycle marketing strategy, customer data strategy, and measurable revenue impact.
• Develop and track key performance indicators to measure MarTech effectiveness, including engagement rates, audience growth, journey progression, personalization performance, event data quality, activation speed, and incremental revenue contribution. • Coach and train junior colleagues (business analysts, product managers) in MarTech product management processes, data governance practices, and activation best practices.

What Will You Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
• 5-7 years in Product Management, MarTech platform ownership, or Marketing Technology delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement required.
• Experience with Personalization and/or CDP strongly preferred.
• Experience with tag management systems (GTM, Tealium or similar).
• Experience overseeing event taxonomy, tracking frameworks, mobile SDK governance, and adtech integrations.

The Role

AXS is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for our MarTech team to lead the execution and delivery of the global MarTech ecosystem, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalization, Customer Data Platform (CDP), website personalization tooling, mobile push infrastructure, advertising technology integrations, tag management systems, SDK governance, and event instrumentation standards. What Will You Do?

The Role

• Design and build new features and enhancements for our global ticketing platforms.
• Optimize for performance in scaling out our applications to handle massive spikes in traffic
• Create services that power the core of our infrastructure, implementing APIs and features for our mission critical back-end products.
• Optimize throughput and dynamically scale our distributed systems to handle traffic and requests in varying from the tens to hundreds of thousands.
• Design and develop scalable, public-facing APIs that enable scalable and robust integration with partner platforms.
• Work closely with other engineers, architects, business analysts, and product managers to create innovative solutions that continue to push the boundaries of our business.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code.
• Develop consistent, well tested code on Open Source Programming Languages and Frameworks.
• Work on implementing and developing the latest security measures to fight against fraud and malicious bot attacks
